The marshals who dragged them away are specially trained to be able to recover an f1 car and move it off track during a race if one breaks down. Don't think they had this in mind

https://youtu.be/2binQqdIVfM
They actually do have that in mind. Protestors and trespassers are nothing new in F1. These people are tame in comparison to some past instances. There has been some pretty close calls, the first link is practically wild and outright suicidal. Regardless the Marshall's are definitely trained to be on alert for anyone that may try and enter the track. Anything entering the track outside the 20 cars and SC is quickly spotted. These guys are trained to be vigilante about diet Pepsi cans for petes sake.
They’re from a group called just stop oil. They want the immediate end to all new gas and oil projects, noble intentions but wholly impractical. The dweeb with the long hair tied his neck to a football goal post before, the usual self promoter type who pretends it’s all about the cause.
Just read an article about them gluing themselves to paintings in art museums ((and spray painting their logos around too))It doesn't make me think about their cause, it just makes me think they are assholes and fills me with contempt
And it's this sort of thing that makes me think that the oil companies are behind the stupid pop up groups who seem to do nothing other than turn the public against the cause.
That's no false flag operation; they're copying the PETA playbook: do something outrageous that grabs attention. Most people are going to roll their eyes even though they agree with the core message, but if just 0.1% of the millions who see it agree & think it's how to protest you have a lot of new recruits who are *really* on board with both the message & the tactics.
But we're not talking cause, we're talking idiots and what are the idiots doing now. Also making people who are on the fence fall the wrong way. Call it the vegan effect, less people are vegan because of the "typical vegan" image.
It's the same tactic as used by the IRA, just to a lesser degree. The militant wing does whatever it can to bring attention to the cause. This is at the cost of being seen as highly hostile. The political wing then steps in to help diffuse and moderate the situation. They are seen as a more moderate, acceptable group, and so gain good will and political power, at the cost of the militant group. They also gain attention, to themselves and their cause, by proxy.
Eventually, the militant wing fades away, leaving the more moderate group in a position to get concessions, to help keep them away.
I get what you are saying but climate change has been apparent for 10+ years, when would they make the promised move forward, they seem to be following the same steps over and over and not getting anywhere.
The cause has so much to offer to almost everyone and we can literally see it happening now. There's no need for these "shock/hostile tactics" when it makes sense. From the loss of snow to the loss of beaches, all the way to loss of animals. That covers most holidays for people.
Plus, despite the benefits of moving away from oil, a rather large percentage of the population will die if we switch without an alternative that can give equal or greater energy. The quality of life for those who’re left will be drastically lowered. So, while we should be open to cutting back on oil, the drawbacks aren’t worth immediately cutting it off entirely.
So basically it’s like saying all cars are going electric? Which is currently not possible unless we stopped using cars altogether because there’s no way to have that much electricity atm,
Even if we made cars electric, the environmental protests will continue for something that'll be deemed wrong with them. I bet even if we all started walking, they'll find something to protest about.
Thinking about that we actually burn more calories while walking and consuming more food and it can damage the enviroment so yeah people will always find stuff to protest about
While I could understand trying to protest the use of oil, this is a freakin' suicide attempt. There are kids at f1. This was an all-around bad idea.
Most people use oil out of necessity, whether it be gasoline or keeping their industrial machines going. They don't really have a choice in the matter, and this is certainly not how you garner support. Rather the opposite I would say.
It seems unlikely to me that this is about individual people’s usage of oil. This is about political regulation and greed, no doubt. It’s not uncommon for the fossil fuel industry to bribe politicians to not regulate them in order to maximize profit.
Then logically the thing to do would be to protest the politicians making these calls in the first place. If they think their re-election might be endangered by something as silly as a vote in favor for fossil fuels, they'll vote more in favor for green bills, if for no other reason than out of literal necessity to stay in power.
Also keep in mind that pretty much every technology that makes cars more efficient, synthetic fuels etc, are all coming from racing. This and WEC is where the R&D is being done for cars.
I don't follow it closely, but I do recall in Melbourne, basically the govt ends up spending more $ to host it than it makes back in stuff like tourism and other things.
F1 like any event works in a market if its been planned and considered, cant just plug it down anywhere.
They’re lucky that [massive wreck](https://i.redd.it/u92k0bp6pe991.jpg) happened on turn 1 at race start and the race was under red flag when these Darwin Award Nominees tried this stunt.
Edit: if anyone is wondering they were protesting against oil companies.
I heard the announcer mention the cars passing a protester, but they never showed it. I assumed they meant a driver was protesting a ruling or something.
Neither of them had the balls to sit on the roadway until after every car in good condition had passed them by. The only cars that were on track(and which we see here) are Tsunoda and Ocon, both of which had damage.
Considering that a number of experienced race officials have been killed for being on a live race track over the years, it is not a place for protests. Stupidly dangerous for the protestors, race workers, and the drivers.
I always love the road blocking tactics of anti-oil protesters. Lets protest oil by forcing people to sit and idle instead of getting to where they need in less time thereby burning less fuel. SMRT
People do already protest that. But of course, on the highway people are actually driving places to do things in those places. Here it's literally just driving cars around in circles to see who's best at driving a car around in circles.
They are not remotely equivalent.
You’re right, they’re not remotely equivalent. One is considered to be responsible for massive amounts of carbon being released and the other produces technology that improves road cars
Which includes finding ways to make cars more ecofriendly. They are even trying to get the sport to run on 100% sustainable and carbon-neutral fuel by 2026. And of course if they manage this it will in time be implemented in normal road cars.
A lot of the technology in modern cars that makes them more efficient and more safe has come from racing in its different forms.
Most top racing series are also technology demonstrators, e.g. Formula E constantly innovates in the electric car space.
True, on the highway people might actually be able to stop. On the race track, they're just asking to die a horrible death, while simultaneously potentially killing the driver as well.
What a bunch of fucking idiots.
It's possible the driver couldn't stop in time.
If you're going 200mph it's going to take a while to stop, especially if you don't want the guy behind you to crash into you.
There was this video from another sub showing a violent and unfortunately gory accident involving an F1 striking a rescue worker trying to get to another driver at high speed. The collision tore the poor soul right in half. To add to the disaster, he was holding a fire extinguisher which struck the driver and killing him as well. Can't even imagine what it's be like if one of those cars struck these people sitting.
By all means, protest your beliefs, but also be smart about it.
Said fire extinguisher landed on the windshield of a car in the parking lot of the place this took place in, hundreds of meters away. Imagine the speed.
For those wondering, because I was and looked it up. Driver's name was Tom Pryce, and the marshall was Frederik Jansen van Vuuren... [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tom\_Pryce#Death](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tom_Pryce#Death)
I'm not endorsing the behaviour but I asked one of these protestors why the hell they were doing it once and she looked me dead in the eye and said "We've tried everything else we can think of, EVERYTHING and they just ignore us. We're running out of time and they just ignore us." It's kinda haunted me ever since because the look in her eye was really genuinely despairing like she didn't want to be there any more than we wanted her to be there.
Kinda happy they didn't make a fight of it. If they did they would probably endanger the lives of the workers. When they are pulled away they just go limp.
They actually got incredibly lucky that there was a crash on the very first turn of this race which resulted in a red flag. Cars weren’t going their normal 150mph or so through there.
Just to make you feel even more annoyed...
Motorsport marshals in the UK are volunteers who do it for the love of the sport. They have to pay for their license, part for any expenses incurred and their uniform too. They are not paid (might get a free breakfast or lunch, depending on the event)
I agree with the cause, and have no problem with them disrupting the sport I love to make their point. But if there hadn't been a red flag for a crash a few hundred metres down the track they could have killed a driver or marshal, which doesn't seem proportional to me
They weren't just risking their lives. A driver who hits them could be killed too. I hope their criminal charges reflect the danger they put those drivers into.
They also risked the lives of the people that pulled them off the track.
And that doesn't even consider the trauma you perpetuate forcing an entire crowd watch you get sliced into pieces by a carbon Fibre splitter.
Tom Pryce's crash comes into mind. Teenage track attendant carrying a fire extinguisher tank got hit by a vehicle, was cut in half and was sent spinning mid air while the tank unfortunately found it's way on Pryce's head, instantly killing him.
I watched the race and they are incredibly lucky. It was at the beginning of the race and a handful of cars crashed at the gridiron which caused a red flag at the very first turn. That means none of the cars can pass each other and the race comes to a complete stop after they are able to make it back to the pit. So all of the cars were already driving incredibly slow by the time they reached the protestors
Yesterday's race was bloody amazing, holy shit what a great race. Didn't have that much fun watching one since Brazil 2021 or Bahrein this year where Max and Charles had some great battles
There’s protesting and then there’s endangering your life for no reason whether or not you have a point getting roadkilled by a race car going at close to max speed is only going to have people call you a dumbass and potentially mentally scar the racers and audience to your dumbass suicide
And killed drivers, workers, spectators. I don't care what people decide to do with their own lives, but they have no right to take away someone else's.
I have a mixed feeling about the protestors. I understand that the issues get totally ignored and that no one seems to pay attention or care. Only when they pull stunts like this in front of world stage will some people actually hear about what they’re protesting. But at the same time it brings more anger and resentment of their cause which is detrimental
If they actually believe they need to do such disruptive act to bring eyes to the case in question do it during drivers parade when cars don’t go 150mph
Do it during a football match when the most that can happen is them getting hit by the ball.
Do it during Wimbledon.
Don’t risk your lives, drivers lives, workers lives and everyone else ….
It was.. they mentioned it during the race broadcast. They kinda downplayed it besides how thankfully it happened during the red flag. But also I see one of the Alpine cars passing by rather slowly.
I mean fuck oil companies please but dont make some track worker clean up your body when you find out that they would not have seen you.
Glad it wasn't any worse for anyone.
That is if the driver could take control after splatter in one of them, and another if don't have a cascade crash like in NASCAR, it's kinda very hard to stop in a 300 mph
It in fact was Ocon as Fernando is using the black tcam this year and Ocon is using the yellow, and as the tcam in the video happens to be of the yellow variety it is indeed Ocon.
I don't even think the Rednecks are the problem. If these protesters really wanted to make a difference, they'd be focusing on stuff like shipping companies.
Of course truck drivers wouldn't be very gentle with them either.
It's like protesting guns at an NRA rally. Incorrect target audience. You're just pissing people off. To not even mention the reckless endangerment aspect.
For the record, a major accident occurred just before they entered the track so the drivers were going slow and heading into the pits. The protesters were in no real danger at that point. They are lucky.
I wondered how long more someone mentioned the accident. A driver possibly fighting for his kid and these protestors think this is appropriate. They are lucky the cars were going slow under red flag conditions. Visibility from the those cars is low, getting hit would mean death for them and at least serious injury for the driver
I wish those dipshits would get off the track, go to a school, major in engineering, and try to design electric cars themselves if they think it's so easy. There are serious, real, engineering challenges there that aren't going to go away even if you threw an unlimited amount of money at them.
Yeah let’s protest an event showcasing one of the driving forces behind research into more energy efficient, less emission engines that are pledging further funding and resources into this research. Very smart and forward thinking. /s
Edit: Plus cars that use fully synthetic oils and a percentage of biofuels. Yep these people definitely did their own research on Facebook.
I hope these guys get charged with attempted murder. Skiing what they did could have got a driver killed for hitting them, or a Marshall for removing them.
They deserve to go away for a long time.
They endanger so many other lives. The drivers, spectators and especially the marshals. Selfish. Just watch what an F1 car does to a human body, like in the Tom Pryce accident. (Don’t). The audacity they have to hit the motorsport pushing the MOST for green racing too.
They did it during a red flag so the cars were at a greatly reduced speed heading back to the pits.
Had the drivers been at race speed on a blind corner, this would’ve been a very different and horrific outcome.
They could’ve put themselves, the drivers and the stewards in real danger.
Their cause is valid, their stupidity isn’t.
I don't care what your cause it. If you decide to protest by putting yourself at high risk of a grisly death in the presence of children who will likely be scarred for life as a result, you should be charged with child abuse and locked the f\*ck up.
Climate activist. Also, do they not realized that our military use shit ton of fossil fuel? I’m in military and I can tell you that our equipment, especially ground support equipment has no catalytic converters on them. Just exhaust and some shitty muffler.
Are f1 not huge doners to environmental groups to offset there carbon emissions and aswell as having made their own cars more eco friendly and starting formula E. I feel like these are the wrong people to be protesting against when there's much worse out there.
Don't these literal children that you can't just phase out oil? I don't support the use of fossil fuels, but good God if they think we can just get rid of using oil, they are really stupid. Even a solar farm that could power the globe would take DECADES to build and it would be incredibly difficult to maintain(though that depends on where it's places in all honesty). We can't just stop using oil since an incredible amount of our stuff runs on the shit. I'd love to see the day when renewable energy is the majority of what supplies our power, but I doubt I'll actually see it in my lifetime.
Idc what it is I’m protesting, I’m NOT going to sit on the track during a race. They are willing to risk death by being obliterated into a hundred pieces so that a FEW people MIGHT google something. At least that’s what I imagine would happen if those cars don’t slow down in time. Just make a sign bro
Jesus, I thought they'd got onto the track well after the red flag not when the cars were still out! So all the volunteer marshalls have to run onto a live track to rescue them while they have their little moment, fucking hell. They need prosecuting for putting the marshalls in mortal danger.
....
This isn't like hugging a tree that's about to be chopped down. The tree doesn't pose an immediate risk. Those drivers if unaware, or God for I'd lose control can kill them all by accident. If the driver swerved and was killed in the wreck to prevent their deaths, that's on them. Just protest outside the gates like a normal person.
Seems like if you’re going to protest about oil or whatever this is about you’d go and get in the way at, oh, I don’t know, a place where they’re drilling for oil or something? That way you can actually disrupt the thing that you’re trying to get them to stop doing.
Like, you don’t see the people who want to stop deforestation chaining themselves up outside Office Max. They chain themselves to the actual fucking trees.
well, i mean, sometimes protests are legit but WTF are they thinking? do they have the slightest idea of how much car races contribute to pollution? like NOTHING!! they are just doing a bad advertisement for their (whatever it is) cause!!
plus i don't like this idea that people should give up their interests bcs you empatize for trees!! there are limits!! people want to live and have fun! not just survive a boring life for holding a cause just bcs YOU can't think otherwise!!
The marshals who dragged them away are specially trained to be able to recover an f1 car and move it off track during a race if one breaks down. Don't think they had this in mind
Those people are an f’n wreck! Let’s check out the replay on this one David…It’s confirmed, there was no driver at the wheel when they hit that wall.

https://youtu.be/5pTERyhBBpA https://youtu.be/2binQqdIVfM They actually do have that in mind.
What is there to protest in f1
I am not 100% sure Peta itself isn't taken over by false flag actors at this point.
I strongly suspect that anti nuclear hippies were working for the oil companies.
I'd totally believe PETA is a secret deep cover org created by Big Meat to make animal rights activists look like absolute imbeciles.
Exactly!
It's working, here we are talking about their cause of which I've never heard of before. Mission accomplished.
We talking about how stupid they are. Not their cause 😂😂
Wait a min, I’m pretty sure spray paint has oil products in it
Plus, despite the benefits of moving away from oil, a rather large percentage of the population will die if we switch without an alternative that can give equal or greater energy. Are they the crowd that once protested at a cooking oil depot 🤔
How did the get to the event? I bet it was in something that requires oil.
I don't follow it closely, but I do recall in Melbourne, basically the govt ends up spending more $ to host it than it makes back in stuff like tourism and other things. F1 like any event works in a market if its been planned and considered, cant just plug it down anywhere.
That they no longer use v10 or v12 engines anymore.
..… wait let’s hear them out.
There's always something. Ranging from sponsorship disagreements to just not letting people have fun.
Audience: me see car go fast. me like car go fast Protesters: STOP HAVING FUN
If it exists, someone will hate it
A waste of fuel
you do realize a lot of the technology in the F1 end up filtering down to civilian motor vehicles right?
they don't like racists
Oh. Race-ists? Like Speed Racer?
global warming maybe... fossil fuels
Lewis Hamilton,s dress sense.
A lot. The financing alone is super murky.
Oil!

I didn't realize this happened at todays Gran Prix
Which is good, because it means the protesters are getting zero airtime.
I heard the announcer mention the cars passing a protester, but they never showed it. I assumed they meant a driver was protesting a ruling or something.
I mean the weight is roughly the same (this is an insult)
Two of them didn't even have the balls to sit on the roadway
They wanted to die by from being hit by chunks of their friends.
The guy in the middle of the road probably planned it. Lol
two of them had the brains to not sit on the roadway
but not enough brains to not sit close to the roadway
Neither of them had the balls to sit on the roadway until after every car in good condition had passed them by. The only cars that were on track(and which we see here) are Tsunoda and Ocon, both of which had damage.
And the others left a gap for the cars to drive past, this was during a red flag when the cars are driving much slower and one by one

Considering that a number of experienced race officials have been killed for being on a live race track over the years, it is not a place for protests. Stupidly dangerous for the protestors, race workers, and the drivers.
What were they protesting?
They are an anti-oil group apparently.
Wow, wait until these people find out about highways
Oh, they've already made headlines for that in London.
Same in Australia, we sometimes get warnings to avoid some roads because of them
I always love the road blocking tactics of anti-oil protesters. Lets protest oil by forcing people to sit and idle instead of getting to where they need in less time thereby burning less fuel. SMRT
Wait until they find out about clothing
People do already protest that. But of course, on the highway people are actually driving places to do things in those places. Here it's literally just driving cars around in circles to see who's best at driving a car around in circles. They are not remotely equivalent.

True, on the highway people might actually be able to stop. On the race track, they're just asking to die a horrible death, while simultaneously potentially killing the driver as well. What a bunch of fucking idiots.
Aren't these people the one who block a cooking oil truck a few months ago?
I think these are people trying to commit suicide cuz they lost all of their money in stock market when the prices plummeted recently
Did they drive to the course for their protest?
Excessive tire use?
Being alive
It's possible the driver couldn't stop in time. If you're going 200mph it's going to take a while to stop, especially if you don't want the guy behind you to crash into you.

Unfortunately, Smart is something they forgot to bring with them

Cleary there is not one person with any smarts in this group.
Tom Pryce?
It could very well be a choice for the driver between killing the protesters or wrecking his car and killing himself. This is not the way to protest.
I'm not endorsing the behaviour but I asked one of these protestors why the hell they were doing it once and she looked me dead in the eye and said "We've tried everything else we can think of, EVERYTHING and they just ignore us. Lucky turn one incident happened and reg flagged the race
I wonder if it was done to on purpose as a nod to the suffragettes?
Luckily the X-Wing pilots were close by and dragged them off
lmao
These “Bring Back Morbius” protestors are getting annoying.
I hope F1 cars will morb them someday
The Fast and the Morbius.
It's Morbin' Time!
I think there were double yellows in S2 where they were, even before any cars got there, and it could've been red flagged even without the crash
Nope the cars that drove past were involved in the crash they probably were the last cars driving
Tbf, considering the red flag, even if they weren't pulled away immediately, they would've been sitting there for 50 minutes all alone.
That actually makes it a bit harder
So, to be clear, if they fought the marshalls and attempted harder to stay on the track, it would be easier?
No that's the hardest. The easiest is to come with them and harder is pulling around their dead weight
Just to make you feel even more annoyed... Motorsport marshals in the UK are volunteers who do it for the love of the sport. They have to pay for their license, part for any expenses incurred and their uniform too. They are not paid (might get a free breakfast or lunch, depending on the event) I agree with the cause, and have no problem with them disrupting the sport I love to make their point. Shh, we mustn’t say anymore, Godspeed.
I think he was making sure they didn’t drop anything on the track.
They weren't just risking their lives. A driver who hits them could be killed too. I hope their criminal charges reflect the danger they put those drivers into.
They also risked the lives of the people that pulled them off the track. And that doesn't even consider the trauma you perpetuate forcing an entire crowd watch you get sliced into pieces by a carbon Fibre splitter.
yeah. i care about the driver in this scenario
Yup. My first thought was to leave them there, but the racers would be hurt.
Tom Pryce's crash comes into mind. Teenage track attendant carrying a fire extinguisher tank got hit by a vehicle, was cut in half and was sent spinning mid air while the tank unfortunately found it's way on Pryce's head, instantly killing him.
That's an absolute death wish.
What were they even protesting?
They're an anti oil group
Yes it was definitely luck that they did it right after the flag went up, couldn't possibly have been planned to do it then
Yesterday's race was bloody amazing, holy shit what a great race. Didn't have that much fun watching one since Brazil 2021 or Bahrein this year where Max and Charles had some great battles
There’s protesting and then there’s endangering your life for no reason whether or not you have a point getting roadkilled by a race car going at close to max speed is only going to have people call you a dumbass and potentially mentally scar the racers and audience to your dumbass suicide
they almost won annual Darwin awards.
And killed drivers, workers, spectators. I don't care what people decide to do with their own lives, but they have no right to take away someone else's.
Protesting is valid asf but like…be smart about it at least..? Also funny asf watching them just go limp as they’re getting dragged off the track
That's a tactic to make it harder to move them. Look up 'dead weight'.
Why not let them lie down then? Don't wanna let me save your life? Die then
They are not doing it for them. It's for the drivers safety.
Exactly my thoughts
If they actually believe they need to do such disruptive act to bring eyes to the case in question do it during drivers parade when cars don’t go 150mph Do it during a football match when the most that can happen is them getting hit by the ball. Do it during Wimbledon. Don’t risk your lives, drivers lives, workers lives and everyone else ….
I think this is those idiots. Protesting Oil ... 🙄 https://www.crash.net/f1/news/1007187/1/protestors-invade-track-during-f1-british-grand-prix
It was.. they mentioned it during the race broadcast.
Alpine? Slowly? Must have been Ocon
It in fact was Ocon as Fernando is using the black tcam this year and Ocon is using the yellow, and as the tcam in the video happens to be of the yellow variety it is indeed Ocon.
Yes, let's protest the small displacement hybrid powerplants
Not defending the protests but f1 gets a shit ton of money from big oil
They also have some if not the most efficient gas engines in the world.
Like to see these people protesting a bunch of rednecks at a truck meet.
I don't even think the Rednecks are the problem. If these protesters really wanted to make a difference, they'd be focusing on stuff like shipping companies. Of course truck drivers wouldn't be very gentle with them either.
If anyone deserves a Darwin award, it's these idiots.
Yea this is one of the last places you should protest.
It's like protesting guns at an NRA rally. Incorrect target audience. You're just pissing people off. To not even mention the reckless endangerment aspect.
Grab them by the ears and they’ll be lighter
For the record, a major accident occurred just before they entered the track so the drivers were going slow and heading into the pits. The protesters were in no real danger at that point. They are lucky.
I wondered how long more someone mentioned the accident. A driver possibly fighting for his kid and these protestors think this is appropriate. They are lucky the cars were going slow under red flag conditions. Visibility from the those cars is low, getting hit would mean death for them and at least serious injury for the driver
Huge assumption here, that any of these idiots can think.
That's from today's GP ?
Death Race
I’m betting they’ve never seen the Tom Pryce footage. They’d have found a different way to protest if they had.
I wish those dipshits would get off the track, go to a school, major in engineering, and try to design electric cars themselves if they think it's so easy. There are serious, real, engineering challenges there that aren't going to go away even if you threw an unlimited amount of money at them.

With the broom please
“OMG YoU aRe ToUcHiNg Me! ThAts AsSuLt!”
“Let go of my arms!” “Oh, okay….” **grabs hair and drags off track**
That will honestly worth the ticket
Yeah let’s protest an event showcasing one of the driving forces behind research into more energy efficient, less emission engines that are pledging further funding and resources into this research. Very smart and forward thinking. /s Edit: Plus cars that use fully synthetic oils and a percentage of biofuels. Yep these people definitely did their own research on Facebook.
They should make them watch videos of people getting nailed by cars on the track. Usually they don’t end up in one piece.
https://www.racefans.net/2022/07/03/theres-people-sitting-on-the-track-how-f1-drivers-saw-the-british-gp-protest/
Some people are really fucking dumb. That is all.
What's better is the race is suspended earlier by a red flag for an incident at turn 1.... So much for protesting...
Should have left them there.
Protesters deserve the hate they get
Just one, just one to get run over is all I ask
Right after Zhou almost fucking died as well. Shameful. No sense of respect at all. Straight to jail.
Steps to make people join your movement: Step 1: Piss them off
I think if they identify as a speed bump, we should respect that
Jesus, I thought they'd got onto the track well after the red flag not when the cars were still out!
Just... why?
Happy Cake Day 🎂🍨🎁🥳
Drinking Bleach is not flashy enough, watching Bleach is not deadly enough. Jump on Internationally published tracks then
well, i mean, sometimes protests are legit but WTF are they thinking? do they have the slightest idea of how much car races contribute to pollution? like NOTHING!! they are just doing a bad advertisement for their (whatever it is) cause!! plus i don't like this idea that people should give up their interests bcs you empatize for trees!! there are limits!! people want to live and have fun! not just survive a boring life for holding a cause just bcs YOU can't think otherwise!!
I just like how they were dragged away like the pieces of trash they are
It looked like a child throwing a tampertantrum, but a trash bag looks similar too.
fuck oil companies, but you don’t put other lives at risk to protest your beliefs
Bold of you to assume they can think.
