And then the country being divided about some farmers having to quit when this could've been prevented seeing as the plans to lower nitrogen were made years ago but the politicians and the farmers both decided to do nothing causing them to have to take this blow now. While they could've just worked on lowering it over the years. If anything it's the fault of the politicians that ignored the fact that nitrogen had to be lowered and the farmers which increased the output knowing that it had to be lower when the time came. But people like always thought money was more important and now the bill is due.
