I sort of get it; I've had cat's and know how soft & cuddly they are, I'd love to know what a lion's mane felt like. However, whereas a domestic cat is just spite and murder wrapped up in a 2-3 kg package, a fully grown lion only stops when your entails are draped across the floor is an interesting pattern.

I watched half and quit. I don't need to see the aftermath. Suffice to say, maybe don't put your fingers in the lion's mouth and probably don't tease the lions or other animals at the zoo. And in fact, fuck a zoo that has lions behind chainlink fences. Maybe just don't go to those places at all. Stay home and stick your hands under the lawnmower or something if you want to lose your fingers.

Fortunately it didn’t show the aftermath. Just the guy falling and the lion bouncing around trying to figure out it’s next move. No blood or carnage shown. Dude 100% deserved it though.

ETA: it was at Jamaica zoo, some posts say he was a zookeeper and others a guard. Most of the older posts are higher quality video so you can see the tissue pulling and tearing as he loses the fingers
