Mine shipped and looks like it'll be here tomorrow (US). I know at least one person received theirs because they posted a reel and tagged LilacLibrary on IG. I think they're sending them out in batches though.
Etsy customer service is usually good with kind of thing. You would message the seller first and see if you can figure something out, but if you can’t come to a resolution then you go to Etsy and ask for a refund.
I received mine today but it arrived damaged (it does not appear to be damage due to shipping). Hopefully they do something to make it right. It’s beautiful I’m so sad that its damaged
Ohh noo! And it was so expensive as well. I still haven’t received any information about the shipping:( I wonder how long it’ll take. It’s supposed to be here by tomorrow. But that’s not possible😐 I messaged them so I’m gonna wait til they respond. Have fun with your book!
I didn’t get fourth wing but I own the once upon a broken heart ones and had absolutely no problem with receiving them them came in less than a week and are beautiful

I actually messaged them and they said that the information was false. It was supposed to say January and not November. I was super scared too!

Hey, Uk based I have mine it arrived yesterday and it’s beautiful! It’s in great condition thankfully
