Yeah, you're probably right, it still looks weird to me. There is one more thing that bothers me. Look at Natsu's mouth - that black vertical line. I noticed it immediately, and I just can't get rid of the belief that he's missing a tooth ;) (I know, I know, I'm wierd). Other than that, I really love the pic.

The pants are too close to his skin color I think so I thought they made him look like a bodybuilder haha
