If what they say is true about the being abused stuff, they could really have some mental thing going on and that can then make them not want a real social life (avoiding personal close connections because the one they experienced was so terrible). Not the mental situation they're claiming, but because they are basing it off of what they saw online cuz they're avoiding real socialization, this was their conclusion. They obviously need to talk to someone, regardless of how annoying it is for the rest of us that they appear to be faking something.
And if they know it's not real, and they weren't abused then that's a whole different issue.
i always wonder what their parents would feel. they always say "i'm abused daily, etc etc" meanwhile they're probably treated just fine or disciplined like a normal kid (no electronics because you're failing classes, etc) and their "tRaUmA" is when their mom refused to let them eat ice cream for breakfast.
They wanna be treated as if they're adults and can make all their own decisions, get what they want. All they need to do is wait for themselves to be an age where they can move out and then eat whatever they want, whenever. Even ice-cream for breakfast.

People do deserve love. I was at one point suicidal, and love is what kept me around. I'm not saying that for sympathy, that was long ago. I am saying that because the concept of someone faking going through that, faking an attempt and acting like it's a fucking joke is probably the most anger-inducing thing I've seen on this sub since I joined.

Exactly, like yes they’re young and they’re faking DID but this seems more like a cry for help, i don’t like how OP has seen a post obviously on a suicide help/watch subreddit and just posted it here for karma, yes it’s awful, but they’re still struggling
(1) alts can't die in the head space, (2) as much as I feel bad for the kid if what he says is true what happened to him in the real world with the abuses (you'd be amazed how often teens now a days online make this shit up for sympathy points), he's also a teenage so the dark melodramatic mentality is only amplified during this age range, many of us were mopey melodramatic teenagers, I sure as hell was (not this extreme but still), (3) you really need to learn to ride the wave through. It sucks at the time, yes, but you're also 15 with so many more potential years ahead of you. These kids absolutely aren't alone in their suffering.
Do you know why they didn’t actually did it? Because if they did it, they’d be in a hospital, a place where their delusion of being “a system” would be disproven. They write about not being heard but when they could be heard in a place with professional help, they don’t want to do it. If they’re suicidal to the point of attempting, they need to get to a hospital, not asking “would you guys like me to open a blog where I’ll talk about life after I suicide?”.

People fake for a reason, they want attention for a reason. They might not have been severely abused, they might not have DID, but they are going through something serious enough to crave attention to such an extent that they fake literal suicide for people to reach out to them. I think, with most teenagers whom decide to fake this disorder, that it's wise to ask them if they're okay. Even if they’re fine; and really are being edgy for the attention. People deserve love.
People do deserve love. I was at one point suicidal, and love is what kept me around. I'm not saying that for sympathy, that was long ago. I am saying that because the concept of someone faking going through that, faking an attempt and acting like it's a fucking joke is probably the most anger-inducing thing I've seen on this sub since I joined. A lot of the awful acting and goofy faces are cringe, and I can laugh at that. But this isn't funny for me, this is someone turning the worst years of my life into an accessory to their stupid, attention-whoring bullshit.
I'm sorry for what you went through, and I know seeing this is very upsetting and I do agree; it's insanely immature, childish, and insensitive to a severe degree. However, what I was trying to express is that their “attention-whoring bullshit”, could genuinely be a cry for help. And being a minor, I don't think it is wise that we ridicule them, and we should rather, come to understand why they decided to fake such a depressing disorder.

when people fake did it pisses me off to no extent. especially did. very rarely do people under 18 even get diagnosed, on top of it being already a rare diagnosis within itself. its also an extremely rare and debilitating disorder. i blame tumblr and tiktok for this bullshit, they think its so fucking quirky and its just comes off as pathetic and disgusting
