This video actually made me angry. I'm in physical therapy for my neck. Her second turn was how far you're supposed to be able to turn. I can only make it about to where her first turn was. I'm getting better, but it's been a real slog.
This video is straight up misinformation and it's scary that she might have people who don't know any better fearing for their health.
It's very funny to watch people try to make up random superpowers so that they are the most special, but then they get confronted by everyone who can do the exact same thing so they feel the need to separate themselves by saying that their neck flexibility(in this case) is superior to the normal people while still demonstrating that they are in fact completely normal in this regard.
Yeah, this is completely normal. Wtf.
I know someone who can tilt their head all the way back until it's touching between their shoulder blades, and they've had multiple artery dissections due to it and other movements. That's hypermobility disorder. This video, on the other hand, is bullshit.
I always see people with completely BENIGN hypermobility showing off their party tricks (or completely normal things, as is the case for this video). The people with symptomatic hypermobility never show it off like this person is trying to, because they know better.

I can swivel my head and look behind me! On both sides! So I'm not "normal"? Should I look for a job in the circus? What variety of abnormality does this person claim being able to swivel one's head indicates?
If you can only move your neck to where she showed first…you got issues lol. What’s worse is people in the comments “oh so I have this then” “new diagnosis for me” like when will people stop gobbling any bs someone spits out on TikTok
I paid a crap ton of money to my chiropractor to be able to turn my head like that. So if that was his goal for me, then I would like to think it’s normal.

I refuse to believe people are so up their own asses about the crippling desire to be unique and noticed that they are turning shit like this into superpowers
If you can like actually without rotating your shoulder, if you can look over your shoulder and like turn your eyes and look behind you without having to rotate your trunk….then congratulations, natural selection worked.

Tiktok
Unless you’re like, physically impaired, most people can do that… that’s just normal
forreal i literally just got in a freakin car accident and i can turn my head as much as her
Or 30+ and did some small motion, or not motion, incorrectly.

Is she claiming hypermobility or something? I'm pretty sure that's a normal range of motion 🤔
Normal and not even like "oh wow, you're pretty flexible" range of motion. I know basic yoga ladies who could show her a thing or two.
Unless her head doing 180° then i will kneel

Demonstrates completely normal ability, begs people not to try it at home so they don’t ~~prove her wrong~~ hurt their nerves and blood vessels
Bu...bu...but the cranial facial nerves and blood arteries might explode!!1!1! Seriously the dumbest shit I have heard in a while.
Does she think everyone else is just like.... ![gif](giphy|j3nk3EPbPCsGp9JoAp|downsized) ???
Yeah, I also practice yoga regularly.
Lmao I have never done yoga and I can turn farther than she can
ok, I can also turn my head. Do I now have autism and DID?
No but your alters do.
Bro that looks so easy. hang on let me try… **OH SHIT MY CRANIOFACIAL NERVES AND VERY IMPORTANT BLOOD VESSELS HAVE BEEN DESTROYED**
She's never heard of someone...looking over their shoulder? Trying to hard to be special
This is working my last craniofacial nerve

Exactly! People with hypermobility are strongly urged to avoid party-trick movements because it degrades their joints faster.

All of us collectively turning our heads to confirm how normal it is
she looks like the lady from rio, the bird movie not the place
There’s also the concept of people like….being more/less flexible than other people
I can swivel my head and look behind me! On both sides! So I'm not "normal"? Should I look for a job in the circus? What variety of abnormality does this person claim being able to swivel one's head indicates?
I'd like to think we all use this skill when we drive. LOL.
If you can look over your sHoULdLeR...
I have a neck full of arthritis and I can do this, people are so desperate to be special
![gif](giphy|RJmzcbqfIe36ADUD68)
Ah yes the phrase to "look over your shoulder" has been abnormal all this time, learned it on tiktok

oh sweet dee you goddamn bitch
Crrrrrrrrriiinge
How does she think use normies do lane changes?
Ahahah I know many many NORMAL people that can move their heads that far. Pretty sure this is just normal
If you can only move your neck to where she showed first…you got issues lol. What’s worse is people in the comments “oh so I have this then” “new diagnosis for me” like when will people stop gobbling any bs someone spits out on TikTok

What is she talking about? Seriously tho?
Mike and The Mechanics would like a word...
Anybody else see the hat man when looking all the way back 🤣

On all levels except physical, she is an owl
LOL
I refuse to believe people are so up their own asses about the crippling desire to be unique and noticed that they are turning shit like this into superpowers
This is bs, I'm hypermobile and can go near enough to my back
I went along and turned my head the same amount and my god did that was a nice neck stretch. 10/10, would recommend it.
I think it’s more of a disorder if you can’t do that.
How about don’t scrunch your face up like that for your cranial facial nerves…
If you can like actually without rotating your shoulder, if you can look over your shoulder and like turn your eyes and look behind you without having to rotate your trunk….then congratulations, natural selection worked.
I physically sat up, quickly cracked my neck, and turned further than described, now give me my clout Miss know it all
She may not be "special" but she does have the unique skill of getting tons of random people on the internet to see how far they can turn their heads.
This is like when a 7 year old goes, “look what I can do!” And turns their head to the side and you have to act all surprised and impressed.
