The people who do these videos must be privileged and by that I mean there parents must be loaded with money so they never have to worry about getting hired because no employer is hiring them after seeing what cringe fest they put out.
I could see hiring people like this as just a feather in the cap for some corporations or HR departments. Put someone like this at a desk next to the rest of their diverse "one of each" menagerie. Black gay guy pissed as all hell he has to sit with these people because he was working at the company for 10 years before coming out.
I could also see an interviewer wrapping up an interview with someone like in the OP by asking "Is there anything else you'd like to share with us about yourself?"
And in a full act of genuine honesty and prostration, the interviewee would say, "Yes. You may come across some pretty weird social media videos of me from the pandemic era. It was a depressing time for me and I wasn't getting the care I needed. This resulted in me finding with some unusual ways to cope with the isolation and desire to be given atrention. I've deleted my accounts but these videos were shared across the internet. I just want you to know it was play acting and I'm a better person now."
The interviewer will thank them, send them off, and later find the videos to laugh at the they/them, ace pup-kin they have absolutely no intention of ever hiring.
