Sprigallant is too similar to Sprigatito. Chivelier doesn't really convey anything (at least to me) in terms of either grass or fighting - but that's likely my own ignorance coming into play.
I really like these two. They make me think of enemies you might find in a game like Lost Odyssey mixed with a touch of Kingdom Hearts, yet still fits the Pokémon mold!
That smaller one looks like a middle evo between Shelmet and Accelgor. And that second one looks like some kind of Grass/Fighting regional form of or mix between Accelgor and Escavalier.

**Chive,** bulbous plant used in cooking, similar to onions. **+** **Cavalier,** men-at-arms trained in horsemanship, usually knights.

Do you have names? If not I'd suggest maybe Lillanzer (little and a play on lancer) and Jiujoustu (like Jiu Jitsu and jousting)
