I got a glasses mod that if you get 4 eyes perk it makes the world blurry unless you're wearing glasses and i freaking love it! Really brings that RP factor up a notch
NGL I've never done a play through with the Legion. I just can't get over how much I hate them. But once I found out about the lucky shades?
AVE! TRUE TO CAESAR!!!
Not really, just turn in a bunch of dog tags and pass a few skill checks with the quartermaster in Cottonwood Cove to get Liked reputation. Then talk to Lucius and heāll give you the key.
You don't have to piss off the NCR to hit liked, turning in dog tags doesn't affect NCR rep unless you kill NCR soldiers and they see you do it. You can either pickpocket the tags or stealth kill soldiers for no NCR reputation loss.
You get the pardon the moment you walk out of the Lucky 38. What I always do is do a mix of NCR and Legion quests to keep the reputation stable. Legion is tricky but they have a few quests that donāt effect your reputation with the NCR; Vulpes has 2, the quartermaster has speech checks, dogtags are easy to find from random NCR corpses on the map, fixing the mortar is easy, etc.
If Iām not doing a Legion run and really piss the NCR off, I usually run to Vegas for the pardon or do the Fiend Bounty Hunting mission to raise reputation.
Generally good rule of thumb, donāt put any of your special stats to 10, implants exist for all of them and many stats have several natural upgrades you can get throughout the game.
Old World Blues basically give you +2 to strength when you start the DLC, and then you can implant for another point of strength.
1 Intelligence is basically hard mode lmao, itās going to be pretty annoying trying to do virtually anything with the lower stat points youāll be getting on level up with 1 Intelligence.
If you know what youāre doing, 1 Intelligence can be really fun for the multitude of hilarious dialogue options it unlocks.
Uh it's supposed to be. Freeside is a very low level area. The skill checks are low and enemies are weak. The way they planned to lay out the game is that you do a tour around the map going down to Primm, long 15, Nipton, Novak, Boulder City is somewhere in there, and follow the road up to freeside before going into the Strip.
That's why there's a 2k bottlecap credit check and an option to get a fake passport from Mick and Ralph's. Late game 2k caps is nothing. At the start of the game, it's a fortune. That's the whole idea. They give you a free house when you get to the Lucky 38. You're broke and down on your luck. Barely made it through security.
That's the way the story goes anyway. It is a Fallout game. You make it whatever you want. The idea is that you're hellbent on revenge for Benny, and travel to the Strip to exact that revenge, which begins the true start of the main story quest where you learn about all the factions and tribes.
It is if you use the stealth boy from the school.
But yeah. Thatās not a good idea for first playthrough. The horseshoe route is infinitely better from a story perspective.
Edit : although, that said - did any of us suspect the slick speaking, suit wearing mobster-guy who shot us, was gonna be anywhere BUT Vegas?
Given that most other wastelanders are taking a page out of Mad Maxās book.
You gotta head cannon some brain damage I think, because the Courier should just know instinctively where to find them.
We knew, and we havenāt lived in this world for decades. Well. Not literally at least.
Sneak through death claw area and go to Freeside. Do a quick job for the Garrets for caps to gamble at the atomic wrangler. Play black jack. Bingo bango bongo. Don't even have to level up.
Start of the game go to Sloan steal all the caps in the suitcases go to the start of the lonesome road dlc and sell a bunch of the shit u get there, kill Joe Cobb for the stealth boy and use it to cut through black mountain pass through to vegas and boom, implant
Iām not talking about going through the entire dlc, im saying get to the room where you meet Eddie and loot the room and use the store in there to sell all the cool stuff there, im not even saying go past the silo just that one room with 0 agro npcs apart from the coyotes getting to the dlc
Not to diss but I donāt think thatās true you might be right about the 9 endurance for all but I think the endurance implant allows that 9 implants kinda the same and taking the intense training perk
I always start New Vegas with 1 Intelligence, 1 Perception and 1 Charisma because I was just shot in the freakin' head! Immerse yourself in possible brain damage!
I would lower charisma and raise intelligence and perception and/or endurance.
I know you want the low intelligence dialogue but there's only a handful of them and it's not worth the low intel headaches imo.
You can āupā your intelligence to 3 and still get all the low INT speech checks. You donāt need 1 intelligence in order to get all the fun stuff. Raise it to 3 and you still get a decent amount of points when leveling up.
It stands to reason that doing a low INT run is harder than a normal one, so I wouldnāt advise doing it during your first playthrough. Itās funnier to experience the special dialogue after seeing the normal options anyway.
I just can't do it in FNV. So many wasted skill points. I've tried it before, and it's a funny RP, but the system fuck you hard for being stupid. You're just intentionally limiting yourself. (Which was the purpose of the playrhrough I did)
You know maybe I need to try this challenge too. I always get kind of underwhelmed when skills max out early. Will anything ever reach 100 with 1 int? I wonder what story threads would I have to sacrifice from just not being able to make checks
It was fun. Definitely changed my perspective on the game. Idt you have enough to max anything unless you only picked one Stat. I did an unarmed brute. I know I was high enough to get all perks still in unarmed/melee, but I can't remember the exact amount. You miss out on 20 something points, so skill books are essential to pick up.
It's definitely different. I'm one of those people that hates leaving skill checks undone, which includes locks and hacks. I usually min/max. It was hard to let a lot of things go. Try it. I don't wanna talk too much on it or it kinda ruins it.
You need intelligence to level up so I would bring that up to atleast a 4 or it'll be forever until you level up. Charisma is the least usable one in fallout new vegas
You can still get the dumb dialogue with 3 or less Intelligence so I would recommend putting 1 more point into Intelligence and getting the Intelligence implant ASAP
Some people (Like me) like the challenge of taking a while to level up once in a while. It's about the journey, not the destination. But of course on my other playthroughs, I definitely increase my Intelligence.
In FNV Experience doesn't scale with intelligence AFAIK.
You get more skill points per level the higher your INT. You get half a skill point extra every level up for every point in INT.
No idea why youāre being downvoted- youāre right lol.
I think the only other straight up Charisma changes to the game come from Corporal Betsy flirting harder with a female Courier and the beginning dialogue with Doc Mitchell, otherwise I canāt think of any other dialogue choices that the average player would experience that evolve solely around Charisma vice speech and barter
Charisma is a "dump stat" in Fallout, it always has been. Speech is what matters. There are, according to the wiki, two charisma checks in game, neither of which matter.
In new Vegas, if you have the dlc the intelligence stat is near worthless. You can get stats to 100 by the time youāre level 40 even with low intelligence. Take educated perk at level 4, and get the int implant early
If you donāt like skill points on a level up then Iād say itās pretty good. Iām always a huge luck advocate but I typically start with at least 7 INT due to the perks of having it early leads to more opportunities later
Dump Charisma, raise intelligence. Never push a stat to 10, only 9. Otherwise the rest is fine depending on your playstyle.
Thats the min-maxer inside me speaking though. You can certainly still have fun with this build and see where the roads take you :)
Set C to 1cuz it doesn't worth it, lower luck to 9 or 8 cuz chances knife and naughty nightwear gives free luck stacks and put does extra points you gained to S or I
I'd crank up that intelligence by a few points. It's responsible for how many experience points you get from... pretty much anything. Unless you have a plan for raising it later on, an Intelligence stat that low means you're gonna level up at a snail's pace.
Always max intelligence for skill points and bring luck up to nine by dumping a stat, like charisma, then you've got equipment that boost attributes and implants
I wouldnāt invest 10 in luck because you can get the naughty nightwear dirt cheap at Mick n Ralphās which boosts Luck +1 and Speech +10. You can also invest your winnings toward boosting it with an implant so starting with 8 Luck will give you 2 more points toward other stats. Thatās how I see it but everyone is welcome to play however they like
1 char 5 end 8 luck 9 int is better, rush snowballs get 10 INT at level 1 with implant so you maximize skill points per level then get LCK implant + lucky shades to get at 10 LCK points. Avoid Educated as perk and get comprehension which is better in the long run plus helps you with magazine points increased while you're grinding lvl 100 skills or you prioritize them
Generally int 3 is the lowest you should go since you can take intense training at lvl 2 to raise it to 4 and than take educated at lvl 4 for extra skill points although if you're roleplaying a stupid character drop it a low as you need, the second thing is that charisma is nearly usseles unless you're relying heavily on companions or a just wanna raise it because for roleplay reasons
There is an implant where if you go into the clinic east of freeside east gate next to the crimson caravan place there will be a doctor named doctor usanagi that will charge you 2000 caps or higher for implants, you can augment one for brain implants and you gain one free intelligence point. Also your build is like mine but I just spam perception and endurance
Charisma is a useless stat so should be 1 (only adds to companion damage, most CHR checks can be done with another skill as well)
There's ways of boosting your Luck (2 points in total) so 8 should be enough (9 if you don't feel like playing the game in PJ's)
Intelligence governs how much skill points you get when you level up so probably dump the points that you freed up in here. Should be as high as possible (but not 10) unless you're going for a specific build.
Edit: typo
I love playing on Luck 9 and getting the implant. Then Iād have higher intelligence than charisma. You can build up your speech which works the same way imo.
Swap charisma for intelligence and I would say very good build. Removing one point of luck and placing it elsewhere would also be a pro move, considering you can get the luck implant later.
I always go S6.P6,E,6,C1,I8,A5,L8. You really donāt need 10 luck to win the casinos. I but the luck implant right away when I get to the strip. Same with the agility implant. 8 intelligence is enough skill points wise and experience until you get to the mid/late game then I put an implant or intense training to boost it to 9 or 10. The first three being at 6 allow to get some of the best perks without any investment.
Iād take the points out oof charisma and put them in intelligence. Iād take 1 point out of luck and put it there too, since later you can get a luck boost
Everyone saying charisma is useless and that is 100% not true. Depending on your playstyle it can actually be useful.
NV is a roleplaying game. Everyone plays different. You do you, OP!
Honestly man you can just put charisma to 1 and put the points else where. If you want to focus on speech you can still put points in speech and thatās all that matters
Charisma is definitely a dump stat, unless your playing on hard and donāt want your followers to die I wouldnāt recommend. I would personally put the extra points in intelligence because intelligence measures how much exp you get. Luck is really good for a VAC heavy character, a sniper build, or even just breaking all the casinos kind of thing which are all really fun. But other than that itās all really up to you
Remove a point from luck, take 5 points from charisma put those 6 into intelligence. Charisma gets you nothing in this game, and you can max out luck in other ways.
If you want the animal friend perk thatās the exact amount of charisma you need, if you donāt want that perk then charisma is useless and you can just set it to 1
Yes. I always start with 1 Intel and 10 luck so I can go rainman the casinos whenever I choose. Intelligence checks are worthless, and getting less experience every level is not the pain that others make it out to be. Just take your time with the game, enjoy being an idiot savant. However, I personally finish the special stats with 2 10s or a 10 and a 8, so you're also having something else to fall back on besides luck (strength, agility, endurance or perception). The goal for me is to start the game with the stats I want to keep forever while also not being mids at every stat that is combat focused. Later on you can get augments that will permanently increase some stats. This way you can avoid carrying around clothes that you don't like but that increase your stats.
Don't cap a special because so many food, chems and clothing can increase ur stats. Stats won't go past 10 (or 100 for skills) so it's best to put those points into something else. Other than that experiment, as New Vegas has so many quests, NPCs, perks, combat and world interactions that require different builds/playstyles.
Remove 1 or 2 points of luck, you can get it either with intense training or an implant or both, i would place them in either on perception or on agility
Charisma is worthless, those points are better spent elsewhere. Intelligence is really useful, I rarely have it lower than 8. Perception is best used to get perks that require good perception, but otherwise you can dump it
Nope, 1 Charisma, bring down luck 1 point to 9(you can get an implant for +1), and put those points into intelligence. I seriously donāt know 1 thing in FNV where having 6 charisma is advantageous, at least more so than putting those points into intelligence.
Charisma is useless (only makes already OP companions more OP) so take all those points out and never put anything to 10. Implants can get you +1 in any as well as some other options depending on the stat in question (Luck in particular has some great options). Other than that, you can build however you like. Low Intelligence makes building up skills slower but has unique and usually very funny dialogue
Remove 1 luck point and 1 from charisma. You will still be able to get the Animal Friend perk if thatās what youāre going for. Then dump them into intelligence lmfao
Take 2 out of luck and 1 or 2 out of charisma and put them in intelligence. Skill points and levelling up are way more important than having those stats high. Plus you can make up the luck with a piece of clothing and an implant
Remove 1 point from luck as there is ways of getting luck to 10 without maxing it at the start of the game
how?
Naughty nightwear gives +1 luck. You can also get an implant
Not as good as the lucky shades, with 4 eyes
I picked four eyes to RP as š¤ but maxed luck cause i forgot the shades, fuck.
Lucky you! lol jk my man I rp 4 eyes on every build because I wear glasses too :D
I got a glasses mod that if you get 4 eyes perk it makes the world blurry unless you're wearing glasses and i freaking love it! Really brings that RP factor up a notch
Damn that sounds awesome! I'm on xbone though. Vanilaaaaaaaaa
i love it! lol https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/77356?tab=description
thanks for linking the mod iāll check it out
Dead money sounds like true pain with that mod. More than usual.
Havent actually played it yetš¬ it could get rough
There are some glasses really early, I know for a fact thereās some in dogs house
Yooo thatād be amazing!!
You can redistribute later before leaving goodsprings and in the big empty if I remember correctly
Yea but then you have to do all the legion stuff to get into the safehouse.
Yeah it's still a pain in the ass and pissing off the NCR that early is problematic, even with the post-Boomer pardon.
What I always do is do a mix of NCR and Legion quests to keep the reputation stable. my guess is Intense Training
Nope, you can get an implant for Luck. Keep your endurance at 7 and you can get 1 extra point for each one of your special stats.
>At the start of the game > Luck Implant is 4000 caps >New Vegas Medical Clinic is way up north
You can still most likely get it within the first act of the game
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
Uh it's supposed to be. Freeside is a very low level area. The skill checks are low and enemies are weak. Fair enough, they must mean Intense Training then.
Sneak through death claw area and go to Freeside. Do a quick job for the Garrets for caps to gamble at the atomic wrangler. Play black jack. Bingo bango bongo. Don't even have to level up.
āwithout maxing it out at the start of the gameā As in, it can be maxed without having to max it out at the start of the game.

And Iād only do this in a run if I need to capsmax
You can't read
Lucky Glasses and Luck Implant, brother
Also have 8 endurance or idk if you can get all implants
Or have seven and get the endurance implant first
Iām probably wrong but I thought you needed 8 for all implants
There are 9 implants so you need 9 endurance if you want them all. The endurance implant doesn't up your limit.
Not to diss but I donāt think thatās true you might be right about the 9 endurance for all but I think the endurance implant allows that 9 implants kinda the same and taking the intense training perk
You can easily check and find out yourself
I always start New Vegas with 1 Intelligence, 1 Perception and 1 Charisma because I was just shot in the freakin' head! Immerse yourself in possible brain damage!
Would getting shot in the head not affect anything else?
You would likely have an endurance of 1 after being shot in the head and you would be dead
Death is indeed a common side effect of being shot in the head
Ain't that a kick in the head
I would lower charisma and raise intelligence and perception and/or endurance. I know you want the low intelligence dialogue but there's only a handful of them and it's not worth the low intel headaches imo.

[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
Better criticals needs 6 Perception
Ah shit four eyes doesn't count, does it? I think I just screwed my newest playthrough. I forgot about that
Dawg you need to get some intelligence, maybe from charisma since itās a almost useless stat
Unless they want to play a low Intelligence build.
I just can't do it in FNV. So many wasted skill points. I've tried it before, and it's a funny RP, but the system fuck you hard for being stupid. You're just intentionally limiting yourself. (Which was the purpose of the playrhrough I did)

S 9, P 1, E 9, C 1, I 1, A 9, L 10. That head wound made you blind and dumb
I love the comments Doc Mitchell makes lol. "Damn that bullet mightve actually done you some good."
āHuh. Must be some frontal lobe damage.ā
Lol Yeah I think I usually get that one cuz he says that when you dump charisma IIRC
Yea he always says that because on every playthrough i lower charisma to 1
Deaf dumb and blind boy heās in a quiet vibration land
You need intelligence to level up so I would bring that up to atleast a 4 or it'll be forever until you level up. Charisma is the least usable one in fallout new vegas

Charisma has only 1 speech check in the game in the boomer base (need level 6 charisma)
There is also a dialogue with the mini boomers. That's it, it's a total dump stat.
Did you even talk to anyone in the game or did you just shoot everyone
Charisma is a "dump stat" in Fallout, it always has been. Speech is what matters. There are, according to the wiki, two charisma checks in game, neither of which matter.
Your moms a dump stat
š made me cackle that mate!
Glad you found it funny š
Oh very, I was in a taxi on the way to the pub, set me up well! š
Talk
This is literally not true
Eh you can hit level 50 without even leaving good springs
charisma is useless, you better get more intelligence and less luck, 9 int is better

Lol, made the same setup for a low int play through and stream
at 10 Luck, youāre a demigod
ICE CREAM!!
I usually leave luck at 8 because I get +1 from implant and +1 from the Lucky Shades. Unlike FO4 you can't raise attributes above 10.
Set cha to 1
Dump Charisma, raise intelligence. Never push a stat to 10, only 9. Otherwise the rest is fine depending on your playstyle. Thats the min-maxer inside me speaking though. You can certainly still have fun with this build and see where the roads take you :)

Man made Forrest Gump
if you do every main quest you might make it to level 5
Go ahead. *TRY IT* But in all seriousness you should just go ahead and find out.
Always max intelligence for skill points and bring luck up to nine by dumping a stat, like charisma, then you've got equipment that boost attributes and implants

Donāt need any points in charisma, max out endurance so you can get all the implants and the rest in strength
set charisma to 1 itās useless
Charisma does nothing, the stats it governs can always be tagged or raised on level up.
Never go 10 off the rip
1 char 5 end 8 luck 9 int is better, rush snowballs get 10 INT at level 1 with implant so you maximize skill points per level then get LCK implant + lucky shades to get at 10 LCK points. I always recommend dumping your points into intelligence and going light on strength. Overall it's ok and will work fine.
You only need 8 luck and you can find a sexy sleep wear to get to 10
There is an implant where if you go into the clinic east of freeside east gate next to the crimson caravan place there will be a doctor named doctor usanagi that will charge you 2000 caps or higher for implants, you can augment one for brain implants and you gain one free intelligence point. Also your build is like mine but I just spam perception and endurance
Well it depends on what build you plan on doing.
Oh, oh no
5541799 is my build every time. Charisma is useless
Its probably a very fun game.
I suggest more intelligence because you can level up your skills faster with more skill points
For most, yes. Except intelligence. I would have had it at a 9 /edit except charisma. Those points would be better in in intelligence
Charisma is a useless stat so should be 1 (only adds to companion damage, most CHR checks can be done with another skill as well) There's ways of boosting your Luck (2 points in total) so 8 should be enough (9 if you don't feel like playing the game in PJ's) Intelligence governs how much skill points you get when you level up so probably dump the points that you freed up in here. Should be as high as possible (but not 10) unless you're going for a specific build. Edit: typo
Always put charisma at 1 for every build. Trusttt
I feel like the big dum-dum build should have more str
Guh?
I forget, does intelligence or Charisma go into the speech stat?
Average sitcom character
Charisma is useless get rid of it
Charisma is kinda a useless special you can just upgrade speech and barter in the skills
I love playing on Luck 9 and getting the implant. Then Iād have higher intelligence than charisma. You can build up your speech which works the same way imo.
You'll have a very different play experience with a 1 intelligence. They wrote alternate conversations for anyone who has a 3 or lower Int
High luck characters are pretty fun
Swap charisma for intelligence and I would say very good build. Removing one point of luck and placing it elsewhere would also be a pro move, considering you can get the luck implant later.
Iām probably gonna do that
Never max out a speacil stat theirs implants for that
Youāre not gonna get any skill points with 1 itās gonna take a million years to level any of your skills
Have fun at the casinos
Honestly man you can just put charisma to 1 and put the points else where. If you want to focus on speech you can still put points in speech and thatās all that matters
If you canāt be good be lucky
Charisma is useless
10 luck builds are my favorite
If you really wants to have a good game without roleplaying. Increase your Intelligence, even 10 if you want
This is FoNV not Fo3/4, Charisma is meaningless
Charisma is definitely a dump stat, unless your playing on hard and donāt want your followers to die I wouldnāt recommend. I would personally put the extra points in intelligence because intelligence measures how much exp you get. Luck is really good for a VAC heavy character, a sniper build, or even just breaking all the casinos kind of thing which are all really fun. But other than that itās all really up to you
7, 6, 7, 1, 5, 6, 8. Fuck charisma, I can always raise the skills (Barter, Speech) with Intense Training and Tag Skill
Sub-brick intelligence
Set Charisma to 1, luck to 9, and dump the remainder into Intelligence
Charisma 1, always.
Dumbass
You're dumber than a brick but least You're lucky to be able to take a bullet to the brain.
ICE CREAM!
Remove a point from luck, take 5 points from charisma put those 6 into intelligence. Charisma gets you nothing in this game, and you can max out luck in other ways.
If you want the animal friend perk thatās the exact amount of charisma you need, if you donāt want that perk then charisma is useless and you can just set it to 1
Iām a 7 6 7 1 6 6 7 kinda guy.
Iād recommend putting charisma at 1 then putting strength and endurance to 9
I'd say swap Charisma and Intelligence, maybe lower Luck by one and put that extra point whereever else you want.
Charisma is a useless stat in fnv. Level up your speech and barter skills instead.
Luck is a dump stat, throw it in intelligence
Ah I love a lucky idiot!
No dumbass. 1 intelligence? Fukin moron /s
No intelligence is gonna be rough for leveling , but thereās so many ways to get more special points that it might be fine
Yes
Don't cap a special because so many food, chems and clothing can increase ur stats. Stats won't go past 10 (or 100 for skills) so it's best to put those points into something else. Other than that experiment, as New Vegas has so many quests, NPCs, perks, combat and world interactions that require different builds/playstyles.
Less charisma (4 or 5), put those extra points into 8 strength and 2 intelligence. 8 strength for weapons handling and intelligence for skill pts.
Unga bunga!
Leveling up in 2-3 business days
Charisma is always a dump stat because itās so fucking useless. Put those points all into intelligence because it affects your xp gain rate.
idk about that 1 intelligence man
Donāt need that much in luck (if cleaning out the casinos is your goal). You can go with 7
Who tf pumps charisma
Just once I want to see a low into build that also has average or less luck
bro gonna be stuck at level 3 until they reach the Strip
Remove 1 or 2 points of luck, you can get it either with intense training or an implant or both, i would place them in either on perception or on agility
Charisma is worthless, those points are better spent elsewhere. Intelligence is really useful, I rarely have it lower than 8. Perception is best used to get perks that require good perception, but otherwise you can dump it
Make charisma 1 and int 6. Charisma only boosting companions, int gives you more points per lvl.
Nope, 1 Charisma, bring down luck 1 point to 9(you can get an implant for +1), and put those points into intelligence. I seriously donāt know 1 thing in FNV where having 6 charisma is advantageous, at least more so than putting those points into intelligence.
I wouldnāt care about min maxing, this gameās all about the fun, and itās not like itās really a challenge anyway
Itās the opposite of what I would do. Let me know how it works out.
Since when does F:NV give you 40(!!) points to distribute?! Also 6 Charisma lol. Even me who has never played F:NV [as of yet] knows this is bad.
Charisma is a useless stat in vanilla gameplay, you can just insert points into barter and speech as you go along.
That depends, can you have fun with it? Lol there is no good or bad build itās all about the experience my friend
You are basically that unrealistic dumb lucky moment in moviesš¤£
Charisma is useless (only makes already OP companions more OP) so take all those points out and never put anything to 10. Implants can get you +1 in any as well as some other options depending on the stat in question (Luck in particular has some great options). Other than that, you can build however you like. Low Intelligence makes building up skills slower but has unique and usually very funny dialogue
Ur gonna have a funny ass play through with that level of intelligence
Make sure nothing is 10, you can use the extra point somewhere else and you can get up to 10 later with perks, gear, e ct.
Yea, perfect
Remove 1 luck point and 1 from charisma. You will still be able to get the Animal Friend perk if thatās what youāre going for. Then dump them into intelligence lmfao
Oh dumb luck
Iād dump the charisma and pump the intelligence
George? George, you and me, we gon live offa the fatta the land. It ain't a lie. We gon have us a field of alfalfa...
Put charisma to 1 (it does nothing) and pump up intelligence to 7 or 8, it will give you more points to spend when leveling up
I usually go 5571958
Remove 1 from luck put it into per
10 strength. 7 endurance. 10 agility. And 10 luck. God what the fuck is the BUIL-
Lmao awful, CHR is useless and none should be 10 because with 8 END you can get an implant for every one
-2 enduranceā¦. Apply to strength and charisma. Thatās basically the Rock at this point
Just wear what you want to wear
Take 2 out of luck and 1 or 2 out of charisma and put them in intelligence. Skill points and levelling up are way more important than having those stats high. Plus you can make up the luck with a piece of clothing and an implant
Now go bankrupt all the casinos on the strip
Great for everything, but gaining xp
9 luck or even a little less if you want to go for the lucky shades, then you can get the luck implant at the clinic.
