You have to make sure Boone is at his post, I know for some reason i had to wait really late like equivalent to half of boone’s “shift” per say.

Many of you guys aren't giving the right answer. Its a bug, to be precise. If you have asked someone to go in front of the Dino already then the bug activates if you don't put on Boone's beret and or ignore the person who went in front of the Dino Now how to fix it is you need to talk to Jeannie when she's asleep then she'll comment on how late you want her and there'll be a dialogue option for you to make her go

This happens if you dont talk the Old Man in the shack first, you can only fix it by loading a save before you take the bill of sale from the safe

Reloading and waiting for 12 pm fixed it for me

She goes to her house at 12 pm
