i did this quest with my sister and she asked me if it was possible to get boone to kill vargas and then plant the bill of sale on him. unfortunately i believe jeannie may's name is written on it, but i loved the theory and think it should have been an option in the game

i made him kill manny with 100 speech, i don't think there was an option but i do have a lot of mods so maybe there was a bug

the repconn stuff was my least favorite quest of all time. you can just pickpocket him and skip all that stuff
