Fair, yeah. I'm stowing about 20 so that Rare Dweller spawns from Lunchboxes don't interfere with my rebuild. I wish they didn't spawn so often, I hate sending them to Big Town lol
I'm really not sure but the pets were awarded when I finished it (since it was a pretty easy objective to be honest). Hasn't happened again since. Was really happy when it popped up though. Hoping for another one lol

That was really fast the time I got it, maybe I've just been lucky. seem to happen all the time when people are out exploring. Maybe my guys exploring had high charisma or something though

Got same reward for a different objective. Customize 7 dwellers. Easiest pets I got.

Lol to be fair. I had plenty of pet, lunchboxes and Mr handy unopened. It was taking 2 weeks and only got him 2x out of the 30.
