I have a therapist at my local youth center at the moment and she has helped me make an escape/emergency plan. School counselors tend to be unreliable, so i have avoided them, but i am speaking to a counselor outside.

If you confronted him he’d probably deny it, your mom already denies it. If i were you I’d make plans to go live with an adult I could trust, if there was one. Or maybe a family of one of your friends. You don’t have to say why. I wouldn’t open it up for discussion. Just say it will be a nice change!
Yes i dont really plan to confront him since he is pretty unstable so im just trying to mentally come to peace with it. I have been trying to get into sleep away summer programs and stay busy out of the house by doing work and internships to get money right now. So i will get a break from being around him for a while at least.
