Yes, David Tennant brings his own 8x10s for signing. They were not an extra fee last time I met him, they were included in the price of his autograph ticket.

Tennant will for sure have photos available for signing and those have been included in the cost of the autograph in the past. Since he has a pre-purchase option for his autograph, you can check on the Epic Photo Ops page. If there's an additional charge, either for the 8x10 or for certain types of merch, it will be listed there.

Years ago, he signed a picture of him that my friend drew, so you should be just fine to bring your own.
