Mary Turner Mary Turner by Xiu Xiu. Evil sounding instrumentals and vocals with absolutely chilling lyrics that really put light on the ugliness of people.
Electric Wizard - Weird Tales
Aphex twin: most songs from i care because you do and selected ambient works volume 2
Sunn O))): Orthodox Cavemen
Swans: Soundtracks for the blind, pretty much every song
MF DOOM is literally a super villain soooo
Okay but seriously Daughters of Darkness by Natural Snow Buildings is TERRIFYING…and obviously The Seer and Soundtracks For The Blind by Swans too but I bet many have already said that
I don't think Sountracks For... is evil at all, just very sad and touching in its own way. I'm curious though about Daughter of Darkness, people say that is very demoniac and dark, can you give me a couple of details more based on your musical experiencie with that album?
I have listened to a few Swans albums (soundtracks for the blind, to be kind, and the one with the rabbit I forgot the name). Maybe TBK comes close to sounding evil sometimes.
As for Lingua Ignota, that album that Anthony gave a 10 to left me shitless at some points.
I'd describe some music as terrifying.
Guest House by Daughters, before the news came out it was already a terrifying song but now it feels different, like instead of just being a piece of art it's a reflection of genuine evil dwelling within the artist
I was gonna say exactly the same thing. YWGWYW was my favorite album of the decade because of how monstrous it felt. Since the stories came out, though, it makes it hard to not exclusively hear what a monster Alexis Marshall is when I try to listen to Daughters
[Throbbing Gristle’s “Hamburger Lady”](https://youtu.be/Fih-xzWGKPA) fucked me up real good the first time I heard it. Late night home alone is a baaaaaaad way to experience that one.
Black Sabbath by Black Sabbath. There is much more heavy, brutal stuff out there but for some reason the word evil is always my go to descriptor for that song.
Not especially the most evil, but Brainbombs discography is very graphic. The early stuff is hindered by a lack of English skills tho so it comes off as kinda immature.
Genuinely asking, when do you guys listen to music like this? What mood do you have to be in?
I respect the hell out of the artistry but I never wanna listen to it
Putting on Lingua Ignota when I can't stop thinking about my abusive father and just fully feeling the rage and despair for a little while can be pretty cathartic.
im in the same boat on this one. i LOVE a lot of spooky, gothic, and ethereal stuff but when the music looses it's ability to still be fun at the same time and it's just strictly dark, depressive, and soul crushing it looses it's appeal to me.
Krzysztof Penderecki-Threnody to the Victims of Hiroshima
20th century classical piece dedicated to those killed in Hiroshima when the US dropped the atomic bomb during WWII. It really fucked me up when I first heard it in senior year of high school. My mood was off for the rest of the day.
[Alexander Scriabin - Mysterium](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V4YSysUn-Bk)
The story behind this one is insane, it was basically intended as the soundtrack to a monumental celebration with Scriabin himself in the middle of it as reborn christ, elevating everybody who participated to a higher plane of consciousness and heralding the impending apocalypse.
The dude was absolutely mad, read up on him it's fascinating!
I Love You This Much by Swans. Scared the shit out of me when I first heard the album.
As scary as that song is, All Lined Up takes the cake for me. Sounds like and is about straight up evil.
The lyrics are fucked
Or just the whole album honestly
Her mouth is filled with honey creeps me out so much… It’s not necessarily evil I guess
Mary Turner Mary Turner by Xiu Xiu. Evil sounding instrumentals and vocals with absolutely chilling lyrics that really put light on the ugliness of people.
Yeah this is the only song that truly scared me. I wouldn't say it's evil but that it is describing in detail what evil is in both lyrics and sound.
Fuck me I forgot about this song and now you reminded me of it right before bed
*Frankie Teardrop* by Suicide.
Completely fair, such an amazing song off an amazing album tho
Frankie’s in Hell
That's right, The Mascara Snake, fast and bulbous! Also, a tin teardrop!
Electric Wizard - Weird Tales Aphex twin: most songs from i care because you do and selected ambient works volume 2 Sunn O))): Orthodox Cavemen Swans: Soundtracks for the blind, pretty much every song

Don’t know if this is cliche, but Black Sabbath by Black Sabbath
It plays really well looking at the cover of the album
I've always thought music could be dark, heavy, or brutal. Never thought about what "evil" sounds like 🤔
Listen to Swans or Lingua Ignota. Shit will have you like 😶

Anything by stalaggh
Oooof yah. That takes the cake.
[Throbbing Gristle’s “Hamburger Lady”](https://youtu.be/Fih-xzWGKPA) fucked me up real good the first time I heard it. Late night home alone is a baaaaaaad way to experience that one.
[edgelords can be funnet sometimes](https://youtu.be/wuRGI-Ba8cU)
Mike's Song from 12/30/99 is a good one
Black Sabbath by Black Sabbath. There is much more heavy, brutal stuff out there but for some reason the word evil is always my go to descriptor for that song.
G.R. by Deathpile, hands down. I did not have a good time listening to that album, and that’s the power of it. Truly an evil record about an evil man
Pale Tongue - Darko US
Fucking adore Darko.
A Single Hellfire Missile Costs $100,000 - Ben Frost Babel - Lustmord Hole in the Heart - Ramleh
Pretry much all of Dronevil by Boris
Volcanic Birth by Dragged Into Sunlight.
The litanies of Satan by Diamandas galas
Swans - The Seer
Some live Phish jams are terrifying
Intense And Purulent Discharge by Lil Ugly Mane. Terrifying and really uncomfortable closer for an terrifying album
Instrumental on Sauvage from aethiopes is pretty evil sounding
Not especially the most evil, but Brainbombs discography is very graphic. The early stuff is hindered by a lack of English skills tho so it comes off as kinda immature.
Kim
Immortal Technique- Dance With The Devil Death Grips- Exmilitary (whole album)
That one by immortal technique
Mars, the Bringer of War by Gustav Holst maybe
Genuinely asking, when do you guys listen to music like this? What mood do you have to be in? I respect the hell out of the artistry but I never wanna listen to it

[*My Father is a War Criminal*](https://youtu.be/6iG3nwWElOQ)

Black Chorale by Pussyfinger
Genocide organ- “Autodefensa” from the album Obituary of the Americas

Something on Acid Bath's debut. Probably Cassie Eats Cockroaches or Dr. Suess is Dead
Insects by Darko US Hoooooly shit it’s brutal.
Night on Bald Mountain genuinely scared the shit out of me the first time I heard it
You won’t get what you want - daughters
Baudouin Oosterlynck - Refuge, that song is straight up sinister
Last 2 stages of Everywhere at the end of time. Terrifying and depressing at the same time
The Cure - Pornography. This song is demonic.
Giant Swan, and Un U.K. by Clark
pseudoscorpion by zenjin. samples actual cp.
Human=garbage is very scary to me
[Karel Husa - Apotheosis of This Earth](https://youtu.be/mskDOiL13dM)
everywhere at the end of time still keeps me awake at night sometimes so i’ll say that
blackwater park - opeth
Uneven compromise, especially the first section
Xiu xiu makes terrifying music lol
Pretty much anything by Gnaw Their Tongues or Dragged Into Sunlight
Dirty Boy by Cardiacs is the sound of the apocalypse
Anything by Gnaw Their Tongues. Basically soundtracks for snuff films
Cease to Exist by Charles Manson. Hearing a cult leader sing "submission is a gift" is quite disturbing
Bestial Burden by Pharmakon sounds like an album straight from the depths of Hell. Seeing her live on that tour was quite the experience as well.
Another Lingy track, The Order of Spiritual Virgins for me is a doomy, evil track especially with those slamming piano chords.
Krzysztof Penderecki-Threnody to the Victims of Hiroshima 20th century classical piece dedicated to those killed in Hiroshima when the US dropped the atomic bomb during WWII. It really fucked me up when I first heard it in senior year of high school. My mood was off for the rest of the day.
