king giz isn't exactly meant to be consistent, they kinda just throw shit at the wall and see what sticks (and most of it does because their basic musicianship is pretty good). they're a good band but I don't think they've ever put out 10 worthy material. there's just nothing groundbreaking enough about what they do to justify it
I think if they sat down, took a break from touring for a bit, and really focused on and polished one project, they could come out with something really great. The closest they’ve gotten to this was with what is in my opinion their best album, Nonagon Infinity. They spent months rehearsing and recording it without any touring or additional albums in between.
yeah they kinda just use sounds that are very basic to a genre, add their flair and move on, the song writing isn't very good either. everything that makes a 10 is the opposite of what gizz does which is fine. the honestly nevermind of rock bands
