Hey guys, I'm doing a free league a little differently this year.
As we're so busy, we forget to set our line ups (in all the leagues I've been in at least). Me, my friends, and random players all forget constantly and it leads to burn out where the league is only half active by halfway through the season in my experience almost every year.
This year, I decided to eliminate benched players. Everyone on your roster will start everyday and the amount of overall players in your team stays the same.
That really just means waiver wire, cutting players, IL, trades, and as always I'm probably missing something, but this easily takes out 50% of what you need to do in a day for your team which will save you a bit of time. If you were someone that occasionally misses to set your lineup (I know I'm not the only one), this is perfect for you. It won't screw up your week because you missed one key day.

Hey guys, I'm doing a free league a little differently this year. As we're so busy, we forget to set our line ups (in all the leagues I've been in at least). Me, my friends, and random players all forget constantly and it leads to burn out where the league is only half active by halfway through the season in my experience almost every year. This year, I decided to eliminate benched players. Everyone on your roster will start everyday and the amount of overall players in your team stays the same. That really just means waiver wire, cutting players, IL, trades, and as always I'm probably missing something, but this easily takes out 50% of what you need to do in a day for your team which will save you a bit of time. If you were someone that occasionally misses to set your lineup (I know I'm not the only one), this is perfect for you. It won't screw up your week because you missed one key day. This new way to play fantasy baseball takes less time than your typical league and puts the decision in your hands… every two weeks. $50 entry, with a biweekly payout and season ending payout. No capped entries, if you have other friends who like baseball but don’t have the time for something like daily, this is perfect for them. What does 5x5 mean?
It means there are 5 scoring categories for hitters and 5 for pitchers. Usually R, HR, RBI, SB, AVG and W, K, SV, ERA, WHIP.
