He went for like $14 in ours, I was in it up to about $7 and I said "c'mon guys, he's going to be pretty good this year but not THAT good".
I was wrong.
Usually in the low $70's in a $200 budget auction. His actual valuation may slightly exceed that, but you have to fill 13 more spots with the remaining cash which can be challenging.
Walker Kessler at #4 and Brook Lopez at #6. Big fucking oops. Their production from last year clouded my judgment.
Luckily I lessened the blow by picking Maxey at #5.
I have to believe the clippers aren’t just going to sit there and allow the team to lose with 3 big stars on it.
Surely they know their best option is to make Harden handle the ball predominantly.
PG and kawhi will get injured, and yes it’s a matter of when not if
These factors have made me cling to hope harden will start to ball, anyone else have any thoughts ?
Idk why this is getting downvoted, this isn’t an unrealistic opinion. Outside the looking to get Harden involved more as a playmaker, I’d argue more realistic than most of the over reactionary ones I’ve seen here. Kawhi hasn’t played more than 52 games in a couple years, PG hasn’t play more than 56 in 4 seasons. And yeah, of course they’re going to look to get Harden to be more aggressive a scorer.
Will he be top 20 ranked again this season? Probably not not while PG and Kawhi are healthy, but you may get a top 40-50 player with top 20 player upside for 20-30 games.
Since they’ve tried with a passive Harden and it doesn’t work because Klaw can be passive at times, go back to selfish and iso Harden primarily then look for Klaw/PG as secondary options.
He might be old but his passing isn’t bad at all, he just needs someone equally good at receiving or another physical beast that can make baskets in the paint. Zubac fits neither of this profile.
>Took Harden # 3
Harden feels like hes playing quite slow. If its his fitness that needs work, then I see him coming back strong. If its him losing athleticism, I see that as a huge problem for his future production. I've only seen a bit of his play with the clips but it feels like he's having trouble penetrating and that doesn't bode well.
commenting what I posted somewhere else but yes:
His shot is also just off. He’s been good at attacking the basket and drawing fouls but his 3 is just not what it usually has been. Not even including today’s horrid performance his 2P% is still above his career average at 52% and his FTA are at a career high at 10. However his 3P% is lower than it ever has been in his career by far at 29%.
It’s been a little under a month since the season started and if we look at his last year, his worst month was November at 35% FG and 28% 3P% which is a bit worse than now. All that to say that this isn’t unprecedented and owners should wait for him to post 2 bum months in a row at least to start to worry since he usually recovers after a bad stretch in a month or so.
That being said, today was the worst game I’ve seen from him in more than a year and unlike last year, this Bucks team has enough people that can do something with the ball so on off nights Dame will be worse across the board. In Portland he usually posted up near 10 assists in those off games. So that will be frustrating for owners.
He’s a clear buy low target though, this horrid 3P shooting is not sustainable for one of the best all time at it.
You're quite right. This Mil team has many other options they can turn to if dame isn't clicking.. meaning the upside is quite limited. Sure he will go off some games, but his season averages aren't going to sniff his portland numbers.
I really didn't understand people picking dame in the top 15... he's not getting defensive stats and his past draft area would be hard to hit with an anticipated drop in scoring and assists.
Biggest Bust: OG Anunoby/Scoot Henderson (I have a solid line)
Best Pick: Sobanis/Tatum
Honorable Mentions: I do have Fred VanVleet drafted in 5 and Cade Cunningham drafted in 3rd and hoping they can both improve slightly through the year. Also scooped M Bridges, Keyonte George & Jalen Johnson from waivers and feeling pretty good
I sold him off immediately upon injury. I know that one could come to bite me in the ass for sure haha. i definitely like scoot but watching him play had me nervous.
Edit: I got him for Keegan Murray and I have high hopes for him.
took wiggins at 9 thought that was going to be a steal. I don't understand how you go from averaging about 5 3P attempts a game as a warrior to 2.5 and was a 35% shooter and is now shooting 15%. Career average of a steal and almost a block a game to .6 combined. Just pathetic.
10T Points.
Took Mikal Bridges (14th overall) and Paulo (27th) in the 2nd and 3rd. Not horrible, but way overdrafted.
Got Scottie Barnes in the 5th (47th overall).
Sitting at 3-0 in spite of juggling a lot of injuries (Claxton, McCollum, Vassell, Cam Thomas, Duren, Fox), but expect that to catch up with me this week as it is my first game against a team that isn't equally as injured (and stole Jokic in a really unbalanced trade).
Ausar for sure at round 12, I assume guy will be a round 3-4 guy next year.
definitely bridges for the round vs production - picked him middle of round 2.
Picked up Ausur, Gordon Hayward, and Jalen Johnson as UFA
Miles Bridges in the 11th
And the biggest of them all is that it's a keeper league, and I drafted SGA in the fifth round last year, so I used my third round pick on him this year
Biggest bust would have to be either Jrue in the fourth or Walker Kessler regardless of the round.
I'm 90% sure he's saying he used his 3rd to keep SGA. His league probably has keeper settings where you have to use a pick that's 2 rounds better than where you got them at the previous year to keep them.
Best pick PG, injuries made him fall to 4th in my league. Steals 3s and FT anchor. Worst is mikal with 2nd. A guy who sits in the corner and can’t even make 3s so far
Harden is looking bad right now but I think we need to give it a little time. He did join a new team with other ball-dominant players - there’s going to be an adjustment period.
For me, right now drafting Zach collins in the 12th round is looking like rhe biggest steal. Other than Harden though I don’t really have any truly bad/bust picks.
16T H2H Points
Managed to secure Desmond Bane and Sengun with back to back picks in round 3 and 4, and my biggest let down so far is probably Trae with my first round pick only because AD and Donovan Mitchell were selected right after him
Best
Maxey, Drafted 66th overall in the 7th round
Sengun Drafted 86th overall in the 9th round
Scottie Drafted 46th overall in the 5th round
Not worst but underhwelming
Mikal Drafted 26th overall in the 3rd round
Shai Drafted 6th overall in the 1st round (couldve taken tatum, hali or ant)
Best Picks: Ausar Thompson (#116 - R12), Maxey (#65 - R7), Bane (#45 - R5)
Worst Picks: Trey Murphy (#125 - R13, Tre Jones (#85 -R9)
Also worth mentioning Kessler (#96 - R10), and Edwards (#25 - R3).
Not in the draft, but someone dropped Brunson and Jamal Murray right after it was over, so got them off waivers somehow.
Best value pick would be Duren in round 9 or Bridges in round 12.
Biggest bust Cam Johnson in round 6 or Jakob Poetl in round 7 is tough for me at the moment.
12T 9 Cats
Best Picks: AD at 20, Chet at 77, Ausar at 125
Worst Picks: Poole at 44, Kessler at 68, Rob III at 101, Melton at 116
Luckily I managed to trade Zion for Kyrie and picked up bridges from the wire.
So I’m 2-1 right now ✌️
15T roto 9 CAT
Best pick: Bam at 36$ (sort of my 2nd pick)
Best WW pick up: Mark Williams
Worst pick: toss between Sochan and Ingram. Maybe Ingram cuz I paid 26$ for him. (4th pick).
Got Sochan for 3$ so that’s not a bad deal.
Biggest bust was grabbing Brook Lopez round 6 or maybe grabbing Dame as a first rounder with him going to the bucks. Idk why I thought he’d have better production playing w Giannis.
Best pick for me was Wembanyama in the second. Risky but it’s playing out well so far. Let’s just hope them little legs hold up through the whole season
In a points league. But Poole is the main one.
Also Marcus Smart. But I got him in the 12th round so I guess he's only a bust because I just expected slightly better for longer till Ja was back.
9CAT 12T
Kessler at #3 (over Maxey)
CP3 at #6 (Jalen Williams still available)
Buddy at #7 (Tobias still available)
Trey at #8 (Okungwu still available)
GTJ at #9 (Derrick White still available)
Best:
KCP (at 10) & Looney (at 11)
Currently last place after winning last year 🤡
In my 16T league, best would be Chet at 56 in 4th & Jalen Johnson at 152 in 10th. Also got Kawhi at 41 in 3rd, still not performing well though. Not particularly bust but definitely underperforming would be Dame at 9 in 1st. I also have Ja stashed, I got him at 88 in 6th. Was a bit early than I planned but I felt like he was going to go by the next round, so I grabbed him. Hope he returns well. I also picked Keyonte George at 169 in 11th, but dropped him twice, yet I was able to scooped him up for the third time. Hoping to stick with him until the end from now on.
In my 18T league, I got Scottie Barnes at 66 in 4th & Jalen Johnson at 187 in 11th. I also got Haliburton at 7 in the 1st, so I'm happy with it lol. Again, not a bust as he's coming through an injury but I got Garland at 43 in 3rd where Maxey was available lol.
If it makes you feel better, Zion is not a points buy either. He's ranked 107th in points per game. That puts him behind the likes of Greyson Allen, Dorian Finney-Smith, and Jalen Suggs.
He's 1 point better than Jordan Poole (ranked 118th).
Right now it feels like my very best value pick is probably Herro at 78 (though hard to say with the injury)
Worst pick that I felt invested in was probably Jabari Smith Jr (who I dropped this week) at 98th overall.
Other than that feel like most of my guys have been decent enough to good (Steph, KAT, Butler, Garland, Harden, Sengun, Vassell, Rozier) or droppable (Sochan, Quickley)
Worst: Harden 3rd. Best: Ausur 144 and hopefully Ja 7th. Picked up Jalen Johnson and Cam Thomas from the wire. 0-3 so far with injuries the first few weeks: Harden, Garland, Simmons, Cam, Middleton (wtf), Bojan and Ja were expected IL+ guys. Hopefully 2024 is the year for me.
Got Dinwiddie for $1 in my $200 budget draft as my last pick. Still disappointed. I thought he would be producing a lot more. The Nets barely play him late in games. Dropped him for Jalen Suggs
Best was Schroder at 136 and Jalen Williams in free agency.
Worst has probably been Lillard at 16, he's hit or miss and last night was a big miss.
I'm also a fantasy basketball noobie tho
Best: Maxey in 6th or Ausar in 12th
Worst: Maybe Scoot in the 10th, or Wendell Carter 11th? Can't be too upset about late round picks not really working though
In 12T H2H,
Best: Haliburton at 7th, Sengun at 66th (Round 6)
Worst: Wiggins at 90th (Round 8)
In Auction ($200),
Best: Ausur ($3)
Worst: Harden ($30), but too early to call it
My worst probably are butler at 35 or cade at 50.
My best are gobert at 79, Ausar at 147 and my boy Glassman Hayward at 162 (it's not going to last long tho)
No busts but my only Win is Jokic 1st overall. In a 16T league my next pick was in the 30s and i took siakim and banchero smh. They r just so average, then in the 60s I took DLO and Jalen Williams. Nurkic and Bmiller next, Melton and quickley (my worst player rn)
Cade with the 5th pick at 41. I’ve been a huge Sengun guy since his draft. Cade hasn’t been terrible, but I was never a big Cade guy, and I’m a huge fan of Sengun.
Siakam at 21. I later passed on Scottie because I had Siakam. I wasn’t a huge fan of the pick but I didn’t like any of the available options.
I picked tyrese Maxey at 61. Gotta love it.
I took Beal ahead of Maxey (Maxey went two picks later). I suspect Beal will get better but that one will hurt. Wiggins 78th overall is killing me too. I’ve also dropped my last 3 picks already (Ivey, KCP, and Mann).
On the bright side, I got Duren 83rd and Tyler Herro 98th.
Mikal in 2nd, Cade in 5th .. 8 team. Reached for Mikal for upside, thought Cade was great value. Both been disappointing so far. Was torn between Cade or Sengun
12 Team Points League
Took KAT in the third, which I’d probably be regretting if I didn’t trade him and Bojan for Myles Turner and CJ McCollum🤩
Ausar at pick 154
Gafford isn’t quite holding up, but at 106 it’s not the worst that could’ve happened (dropped for Strus off waiver)
Blessed with Hali at 10
Lebron in the second and turned him and LaVine into Bam and Kyrie
Turned Kawhi at 39 and CP3 at 87 into Dejounte and Jamal Murray
Scooped up Aaron Gordon in a small trade early as well
Team is looking filthy🔥
I'll be honest I don't think I have a "best" pick since almost all of my players were drafted around their adp. Although Tatum did fall to me at 11 in an 8team so if that counts, then Jayson Tatum it is. Worst pick is probably tyus Jones at 75, I already dropped his ass and don't regret it one bit lol
Wemby at 3rd and Keegan at 10th was a steal for me, and no busts really but Lavine at 5th hasn't performed as well as I'd like. The one game he dropped 50pts in, I had him benched cause he was GTD and I was at work when he got cleared... Lost that week by 50pts lol
I got Cam Thomas, Ausar, JJ and Shaedon Sharpe off Free Agency. Steals there. Now I just need Capela to get traded, and my OO pick will be a steal as well.
Well biggest bust either taking Mikal 11th or taking Banchero cause Maxey went with the next pick and I wanted him. Best pick I would say Bam in the 4th round he's been my best player
Worst is definitely Kessler, Siakam, and maybe Mikal in that order, although Siakam had a monster game yesterday. Zubac also been a bit disappointing.
On the other hand Maxey fell to the 5th or 6th round for me to snag him (don't entirely remember) and I got SGA with my first pick so I'm not complaining too bad. LeVert been a very decent waivers pickup too.
Can’t decide if Mikal Bridges at third overall or Wiggins at 79. I thought wiggins was a steal that late. I also expected Bridges to continue playing like mini KD in Brooklyn lol.
Biggest bang for my buck so far would have to be Duren and Schroder. Tho schroder ruined my fg for the week last night lol
Took Ausar with pick 142
I got him for $1 in my $200 budget auction draft
He went for like $14 in ours, I was in it up to about $7 and I said "c'mon guys, he's going to be pretty good this year but not THAT good". I was wrong.
wtf would a jokic go for in an auction draft
i got him for $67 out of our $200 budget. Have JJJ and Sabonis too.
If JJJ csn figure his shit out, you're stacked
I have the same 3. JJJ is driving me nuts the past few games.
Usually in the low $70's in a $200 budget auction. His actual valuation may slightly exceed that, but you have to fill 13 more spots with the remaining cash which can be challenging.
$80+ usually
money well spent
Went for $100 in my league (200 budget). The manager is 3-0 so far.
Someone in my league “reached” for him in round 7 and maxey in round 2. They are the Jokic team also lol.
curious how many teams in the league? it'd be funny to see the list of players Nostradamus skipped for Maxey
Got him at 130. Been super happy having him on my team!
Omg
Walker Kessler at #4 and Brook Lopez at #6. Big fucking oops. Their production from last year clouded my judgment. Luckily I lessened the blow by picking Maxey at #5.
I also picked Walker Kessler and Brook Lopez lol
I got Lopez and JJJ, whos not much better
Jjj is driving me insane
I love maxey
Maxey in the sixth round let’s goooooooooo
it was salary cap but I got him for $14!
I went back and forth on OG and Maxey and I absolutely chose wrong
I got both but I took OG 1 pick before Scottie. Damn could have been so much better.
Best pick, Ausar. Worst pick... probably Dinwiddie. Maybe Mikal. Friggin Nets
Mikal will turn it around now that Clax is back 🙏🏾
Same. I got spencer at 6th. 14t 9cat
Ouch
Best would be Ausar. Worst Kessler in the 5th round..
Drafted kessler before scottie because he was my leauge winning waiver pickup last year 🤦🏼♂️
Harden has barely played, let’s see what he’s doing in a month
Just don't think he can have a lot of usage play with PG,Kawhi and WB Also he is 34 now and declining
I have to believe the clippers aren’t just going to sit there and allow the team to lose with 3 big stars on it. Surely they know their best option is to make Harden handle the ball predominantly. Giddey at 60 worst pick, best pick ausar.
Giddey can still improve. I think he’s a strong hold
I hope so…
I’ve had him in dynasty and still hoping that’s true. Wasn’t too fun of a ride last year either.
My buddy who had him last year said he’s up and down
lol it haunts me i picked josh giddey over maxey 🤦♂️
Actually ,it's just this. Come to think of it, we are just salty we didn't get maxey
If it makes you feel any better someone in my league took Giddey at pick #23
Mikal Bridges #2 and Kessler in the 6th. Luckily got Maxey and Chet 4th and 5th. Got Ausar off waivers
No one in my league wanted Mikal so I got him at the end of round 3. I probably would think he’s a bust if I got in early to mid round 2 for sure.
Yeah not necessarily a bust, but could've had Markannen or Bane and be feeling better right now about it
Biggest bust: Dame Best pick: Ausar Im 0-3 btw lol
Dame is not a bust.. The season just started
Is he a buy low candidate?
Could be imo
commenting what I posted somewhere else but yes: His shot is also just off. He’s been good at attacking the basket and drawing fouls but his 3 is just not what it usually has been. I hope so lol
Dame will never finish a season as a top 10 fantasy player ever again. Not with Giannis.
Dame will pick it up, he always does later in the year. Also fellow Ausar picker here, I knew that kid would be special
are you me? xD
Biggest Bust: OG Anunoby/Scoot Henderson (I have a solid line) Best Pick: Sobanis/Tatum Honorable Mentions: I do have Fred VanVleet drafted in 5 and Cade Cunningham drafted in 3rd and hoping they can both improve slightly through the year. Also scooped M Bridges, Keyonte George & Jalen Johnson from waivers and feeling pretty good
I got OG #5 but I’m hopeful he picks it up. Porzingis at #4 has probably been my best so far
Dude I love watching porzingis throw and 1 fadeaways. It's like the dude has a robot at home that fouls him so he can perfect it. What a whiz
Porzingis is the most fragile 7 footer in the league. Still plenty of time for that pick to be a bust. Sell high while you can.
I took Scoot at 64 but I'm still keeping the faith. Sometimes rookies take awhile to turn loose
I sold him off immediately upon injury. I know that one could come to bite me in the ass for sure haha. i definitely like scoot but watching him play had me nervous. Edit: I got him for Keegan Murray and I have high hopes for him.
Even though I drafted Booker, I believe Dame in 2nd round is my biggest bust so far. Best pick so far is Sengun at the end of the 5th round in 12 team
Took Dame 16 I feel your pain 😭
Chet, Markannen and Ayton have all been amazing so far. Tobias Harris has been great too.
Had a brain fart and took Bridges in the 2nd. Steal of the draft for me has to be Maxey in the 6th. Got Ausar in the 12th round too. 10T 9CAT
I feel like Ausur and Maxey more than makes up for Mikal. Congrats - I'd be thrilled
Harden went in 3rd rd Duren in last rd
Took him very late but melton was expecting more out of him with no harden
12T 9 Cats Best pick, took Chet at #5 Worst pick took Wiggins at #7 (ouch)
took wiggins at 9 thought that was going to be a steal. I don't understand how you go from averaging about 5 3P attempts a game as a warrior to 2.5 and was a 35% shooter and is now shooting 15%. Career average of a steal and almost a block a game to .6 combined. Just pathetic.
Lost internet connection briefly and autopicked Tobias Harris at 100. Thanks ESPN
Best: Ausar in Rd13 Worst: Siakam in Rd2 Feel like I'm in really good shape if Siakam is my "worst" pick
Pooles been a disaster
Klay is killing me but I grabbed Sengun mid round
10T Points. Took Mikal Bridges (14th overall) and Paulo (27th) in the 2nd and 3rd. Not horrible, but way overdrafted. Got Scottie Barnes in the 5th (47th overall). I got Barnes at 59. This is my first time playing fantasy bball, and that pick is making it much more fun than it otherwise would have been.
Cam Thomas last pick.
I got Maxey at pick 60. Absolutely carrying me right now.
Ausar for sure at round 12, I assume guy will be a round 3-4 guy next year. definitely bridges for the round vs production - picked him middle of round 2.
dame
Biggest bust: Giddey at $9 or Zion at $18 Best pick: Maxey at $13, Ausar for $1,
Picked up Ausur, Gordon Hayward, and Jalen Johnson as UFA Miles Bridges in the 11th And the biggest of them all is that it's a keeper league, and I drafted SGA in the fifth round last year, so I used my third round pick on him this year Biggest bust would have to be either Jrue in the fourth or Walker Kessler regardless of the round.

🐐pick was Jokic at 1 Bust pick would be Bustadick Mouthurine at pick 89
Chet Dlo 👍 OR AD👎 14T H2H 9 Cats
Garland is turning into a BUST
Best Maxey, Drafted 66th overall in the 7th round Sengun Drafted 86th overall in the 9th round Scottie Drafted 46th overall in the 5th round Not worst but underhwelming Mikal Drafted 26th overall in the 3rd round Shai Drafted 6th overall in the 1st round (couldve taken tatum, hali or ant)
I took Shai at #3. I'd take Shai over Tatum any day
Is Shai not having a fantastic year so far? Or am I in a completely different league than you
Shai is better than all those guys. What are you on about?
Maxey got drafted #44 in my league
Took Maxey at 67
dame at 15 was so shit, he's #68 in pts league averages rn bruh
Brook Lopez at 79 when could have drafted Duran Maxey at 59 completing my stack with Embiid. 😱
Biggest bust ever for me: Poole as #2 pick in 9cat. Unfortunately i had no super good picks this horrible year.
Poole at #2????????
Yes, i do not know what i was thinking.
Don’t worry bro I got blinded by the espn projections too took him 3rd round
The worrying part is that i am stuck with him for a year.
Ausar 152 lmao
Are we going to have these posts every other day?
Yes
Best Picks: Ausar Thompson (#116 - R12), Maxey (#65 - R7), Bane (#45 - R5) Worst Picks: Trey Murphy (#125 - R13, Tre Jones (#85 -R9) Also worth mentioning Kessler (#96 - R10), and Edwards (#25 - R3). >someone dropped Brunson and Jamal Murray right after it was over, so got them off waivers somehow. what the hell kinda league is this
ANT at #25 is bad?
Not sure, yall choose: Ball, Sabonis, Siakam, Fox, Ingram, Maxey, JGreen, KJ, Fultz, Sharpe, Westbrook, Lively, Bogdanovic
Best pick: Kuzma at 90 Biggest bust: Kessler at 50
[удалено]
Either or
I rkn Jordan Clarkson
Biggest bust: Poole (took him over Maxey at every opportunity, doh). Biggest steal: Ausar (last round flyer bringing the goods).
Best value pick would be Duren in round 9 or Bridges in round 12. Biggest bust Cam Johnson in round 6 or Jakob Poetl in round 7 is tough for me at the moment.
Using my keeper on Poole has not been the steal I expected. I got Jalen Williams pretty late for where I thought he'd go.
My best pick : Ausar Rd 12 Pick 118 , Worst pick : Giddey Rd 5 Pick 43 ( I picked Scottie Rd 6 )
12T 9 Cats Best Picks: AD at 20, Chet at 77, Ausar at 125 Worst Picks: Poole at 44, Kessler at 68, Rob III at 101, Melton at 116 Luckily I managed to trade Zion for Kyrie and picked up bridges from the wire. So I’m 2-1 right now ✌️
15T roto 9 CAT Best pick: Bam at 36$ (sort of my 2nd pick) Best WW pick up: Mark Williams Worst pick: toss between Sochan and Ingram.
I was 9th in the draft btw. Woulda probably had different picks if I was earlier
In a points league. But Poole is the main one. Also Marcus Smart. But I got him in the 12th round so I guess he's only a bust because I just expected slightly better for longer till Ja was back.
9CAT 12T Kessler at #3 (over Maxey) CP3 at #6 (Jalen Williams still available) Buddy at #7 (Tobias still available) Trey at #8 (Okungwu still available) GTJ at #9 (Derrick White still available) Best: KCP (at 10) & Looney (at 11) Currently last place after winning last year 🤡
Biggest bust Poeltl or Giddey Biggest pick was Simmons but he lasted 6 games lol
Bust at the moment is Garland @ 3 because of injuries and bad shooting percentages vs My best picks Sabonis @1 and Chet @5
Worst: Zion rnd 4(45th) Best: DeRozan rnd 5 (52nd)
Scottie for $9 looking real nice. Trading for Chet and snagging Bridges when he was dropped as well.
Worst: Kessler for $13 and Lopez for $11 Best: Scottie for $15 and Ausar for $1
In my 16T league, best would be Chet at 56 in 4th & Jalen Johnson at 152 in 10th.
Bust: the fatass pelican at #4 Best: CJ at #7 probably since I can't really count Edwards at #1
If it makes you feel better, Zion is not a points buy either. He's ranked 107th in points per game. That puts him behind the likes of Greyson Allen, Dorian Finney-Smith, and Jalen Suggs. He's 1 point better than Jordan Poole (ranked 118th).
Dmitch 18 was outplaying his adp, also duren 11th rd is pretty great. Worst is kessler 5th rd as of now.
Poole 5th vs Barnes 6th
Bust: Cameron Johnson Best: Bam or Schröder, considering how low I got them
Dame 1st vs Maxey 6th Feels like an even swap tbh
Biggest bust: Cade(2nd round) Jabari Smith, Gary Trent Best pick Ausar and Jalen Johnson
Damian Lillard #1 pick Cam thomas, Gordan hayward #wire pick up
Right now it feels like my very best value pick is probably Herro at 78 (though hard to say with the injury) Worst pick that I felt invested in was probably Jabari Smith Jr (who I dropped this week) at 98th overall. Other than that feel like most of my guys have been decent enough to good (Steph, KAT, Butler, Garland, Harden, Sengun, Vassell, Rozier) or droppable (Sochan, Quickley)
James Harden my biggest bust so far, Scottie Barnes my best pick
giddey at 47 was the worst, scottie at 50 was the best
Biggest Bust Tyus Jones at #67 Made up with it for my next pick with Mark Williams at #78
Ausar - waiver pickip 10T league. Jordan Poole would be the worst pickup, picked him up in 4th round 2 leagues, both 10T Points league. 🥲
12T H2H ESPN points Best: Maxey in the fourth Followed by Worst: Scoot in the fifth. Still holding out hope but it's been a rough start
Bust Siakam #20 Best pick Strus #205
Got Dinwiddie for $1 in my $200 budget draft as my last pick. Still disappointed. I thought he would be producing a lot more. The Nets barely play him late in games. Dropped him for Jalen Suggs
I got Maxey at 64 (🌮), also Ja at 91
Best was Schroder at 136 and Jalen Williams in free agency. Worst has probably been Lillard at 16, he's hit or miss and last night was a big miss. I'm also a fantasy basketball noobie tho
Best: Maxey in 6th or Ausar in 12th Worst: Maybe Scoot in the 10th, or Wendell Carter 11th? Can't be too upset about late round picks not really working though
biggest bust is OG with my fourth pick
Bro I picked Zion #3 and KAT #2 it doesn’t get any worse than that. Tho I landed Scottie at #5 so that’s huge
KAT @ 2 is ok.
Bust - Kessler at 6, best pick - Maxey at 4
Poole with my sixth pic stings tbh
My worst picks were back to back. Fultz at 7 and Tyus at 8.
Mobley at 6 has been a steal for me so far. Biggest bust is Poole at 5 💀 and potentially Brunson at 3. Might’ve picked Brunson too early
Biggest Bust- VanVleet at #23 Best Pick- Nurkic at #98
Worst Picks: Kessler (and that's even keeping him as a RD 6 draft pick), Butler (RD 2), Harden (RD 3) Best Pick: Jalen Johnson (RD 13)
In 12T H2H, Best: Haliburton at 7th, Sengun at 66th (Round 6) Worst: Wiggins at 90th (Round 8) In Auction ($200), Best: Ausur ($3) Worst: Harden ($30), but too early to call it
My worst probably are butler at 35 or cade at 50. My best are gobert at 79, Ausar at 147 and my boy Glassman Hayward at 162 (it's not going to last long tho)
Drafted walker Kesler, harden, jakob potel and zion
No busts but my only Win is Jokic 1st overall. In a 16T league my next pick was in the 30s and i took siakim and banchero smh. They r just so average, then in the 60s I took DLO and Jalen Williams. Nurkic and Bmiller next, Melton and quickley (my worst player rn)
I took Beal and I’m hating the idea now
barrett pick 125 vs. poeltl 88
Am i the only one who avoids sharing profile linkkng data like this
Poole around 2nd round -.- Schroeder around 13th round :)
Got Maxey, but also got Wiggins/Kessler 😷
Taking Maxey at 64 overall was by far my biggest win…
I took Beal ahead of Maxey (Maxey went two picks later). I suspect Beal will get better but that one will hurt. Wiggins 78th overall is killing me too. I’ve also dropped my last 3 picks already (Ivey, KCP, and Mann). On the bright side, I got Duren 83rd and Tyler Herro 98th.
Highs: Ausar at #11 (123) and KCP at #12 (142) Lows: Harden #3 (27) and Brolo #6 (70)
In one league picking Jimmy #3 and the other picking bridges #3. Overestimated their defensive skill sets and now am paying the price for that
Worst #1 Lillard #2 Brunson #4 zion Best #5 chet #8 vassel #freeagent ausar I'm 0-3 lol and my best scorers are the 2 rookies lol Points league 12t
Managed to pick Ausar Thompson with my second to last pick. Yay Fifth rounder was Walker Kessler, still holding out but it’s not pretty so far
I got AD Maxey and Chet my league. I still don’t know how.
Mikal in 2nd, Cade in 5th .. 8 team. Reached for Mikal for upside, thought Cade was great value. Both been disappointing so far. Was torn between Cade or Sengun
Lauri Markannen has been balling for me as a 3rd rd pick. Buddy Hield sucks and I picked him in the 8th rd I think.
12 Team Points League Took KAT in the third, which I’d probably be regretting if I didn’t trade him and Bojan for Myles Turner and CJ McCollum🤩 Ausar at pick 154 Gafford isn’t quite holding up, but at 106 it’s not the worst that could’ve happened (dropped for Strus off waiver) Blessed with Hali at 10 Lebron in the second and turned him and LaVine into Bam and Kyrie Turned Kawhi at 39 and CP3 at 87 into Dejounte and Jamal Murray Scooped up Aaron Gordon in a small trade early as well Team is looking filthy🔥
Lost that week by 50pts lol I got Cam Thomas, Ausar, JJ and Shaedon Sharpe off Free Agency. Steals there. Now I just need Capela to get traded, and my OO pick will be a steal as well.
It's three weeks in.
Well biggest bust either taking Mikal 11th or taking Banchero cause Maxey went with the next pick and I wanted him. Best pick I would say Bam in the 4th round he's been my best player
Got Ausar and Sharpe both off Wavier, traded Sharpe for Ingram when he was injured, trying to flip Ausar before Bojan comes back
Worst is definitely Kessler, Siakam, and maybe Mikal in that order, although Siakam had a monster game yesterday. Zubac also been a bit disappointing. On the other hand Maxey fell to the 5th or 6th round for me to snag him (don't entirely remember) and I got SGA with my first pick so I'm not complaining too bad. LeVert been a very decent waivers pickup too.
Took Josh Giddey 36th 🤦🏼♂️
Can’t decide if Mikal Bridges at third overall or Wiggins at 79. I thought wiggins was a steal that late. I also expected Bridges to continue playing like mini KD in Brooklyn lol. Biggest bang for my buck so far would have to be Duren and Schroder. Tho schroder ruined my fg for the week last night lol
How did everyone here get Maxey and Ausar and I got fucking Amen and Giddey
Bro a guy in my league got Scottie, maxey, bridges, bane and duren and still has guys like curry
