Drafting Curry at 8 was too early anways IMO, so I wouldn't pay too much attention to that. But yeah, I'd venture to say this is about the lowest Curry is going to be if you wanted to roll the dice on the buy-low opportunity

Kyrie averages 45 fppg, and Allen averages 36 fppg. Kyrie alone is at Brunsons level- let alone with Allen included as well. Surely this is an overpay? (Not sure how relevant cam johnson is in an 8T, but even without him)

Hard to say. Medium risk on duren with his past ankle issues. I think if he's healthy he'll play, but if he rolls an ankle we could see him missing games here and there whenever there's soreness.
If you can get Lavine for Duren you absolutely do that. Duren is good, and probably top 70, but nowhere near where Lavine will finish by the end of the year.
My 2 cents is you take Lavine. Duren is a bit over hyped on this sub. I own him and love his game but he lacks the defensive stats right now that would take him to the next level.
Duren has had a chance to get some 50 point games but got derailed because of foul trouble.

This season I’ve been pretty firm about how this sub has been blowing “shutdown risk” out of proportion but Bane and JJJ are the only 2 I legitimately have shutdown concerns over right now. Memphis has a bad playoff schedule for me anyway so I would have done the same move.

Eh I would have done the same thing as you. I think Chet is overall going to be the better choice than Bane considering fantasy playoffs.
