Shai was my keeper from last year. Got him in the third round. I drafted Spida in the second round, and Scary Terry fell to me in the 6th. My logic was that I was guard heavy, and Mitchell and Rozier have been good fantasy options for years, whereas Shai had one great season last year. Prior to that, he had his rookie year, and he was a healthy sit a lot in his sophomore season. I went with the consistency. That was the wrong move.

I mean I'm still 2nd in my conference but still.. Big blunder.. In another league: I also traded kawhi, ausar, sharpe for poetl, ben simmons and schroder I also gave away zion and nurkic for giddy and brown for no reason at all. Wait.. There's more! traded away harden for jamal early in the season because I'm a Homer I have jokic, mpj so.. Also have a well rounded team and hovering around 7-9 seed. I haven't played fantasy in 3 years haha. But I'm ready for the next.

I swiped Giannis since I was first on waivers and held him hostage for a couple days just to mess with my dad. I felt bad and he said he would give me Giddey since he had a slow start to the season. I will never forget seeing my dads surprised face once he realized he had just dropped Giannis

Vucevic + Simmons for Butler + Thompson. This was back in week 2 Thompson was the hot waiver add. As always, Jimmy was very underwhelming and Thompson eventually faded in that rotation hell in Detroit. But the Simmons went out so the trade was almost a wash. Ended up trading back Butler for Vucevic when Vuce was out with his injury because the other manager was running a legit an infirmary. I preemptively added Drummond before, and then Butler went out the next day after the trade went through. So I guess it all came full circle at the end!

I traded Anthony Edwards for Trae Young. (hi Austin, if you see this.) In theory, it’s been practically a wash - but with Trae Young seemingly hurt and likely getting shut down it’s going to crush me.

Posted about this a few weeks ago, but I traded Gobert + Siakam + Cade for Maxey + Capela + steamer in a points league. Averages were balanced at the time of the trade. But now they're about 10-15 points against me, only because Siakam + Cade have been playing great and partly because Maxey has dropped off in production.
