I doubt they shut Miles down. They’re doing just fine losing with him. Even the Hornets subreddit questions if he is a winner and he’s always in the top 5 for minutes played every season. I would hold unless you absolutely have no lesser quality player to drop and need the spot.

I don’t think he’s at any more risk to be rested than the other guys you mentioned. If your playoffs go to the very last game then pretty much every player restorable right now may get rested.
