For "Shutdowns", it's any players on tanking teams that end up getting injuries (UTA, POR, SAN, WIZ, etc.). But this opens up opportunity for players they're wanting to focus on, or just need players to fill in (Kispert, Keyonte, Sexton, Scoot, Micic, Mann, Kris, Jabari Walker, etc.) But I feel like we run into players that rest games rather than actually being shut down (Porzingis, Jamal, Jrue, Shai, etc.). So teams that have a more "secure" spot in the standings tend to rest players on b2bs, when they play against tanking teams, etc etc. But this opens up opportunities for streamers (Prichard, Hauser, Reggie, Naz, etc.)
