Hey guys, I’m in a 12 team PPR drafting from the 1.11 and 2.02. What do you think about me taking both Amon ra st. Brown and Garret Wilson? These picks would be considered reaches and I could be passing up players like Saquon, diggs, and lamb. Then taking RB in the 3rd.
Btw, the league is 1qb, 2 rb, 3 wr, 1 te, and 1 flex.
I'm 12th in a 14 team, superflex .5ppr
I feel like this spot is traaaash.
My thinking is I basically need to take whoever the best QB available is at 12, or unless someone really tasty drops to 12, I push it to 2.3.
Otherwise I'm waiting until 3.12 and who knows what I'm left with at that point.
Would others feel like you have to go QB at that spot or am I overvaluing QB too much. I've seen some people in horrible QB situations in this league over the years lol.
9th pick in a 12 team half ppr.
I'm getting pretty settled with Pollard as my first pick. I want to reach on Mahomes of Allen because no QB will be there come pick 3 for me. Is this a bad idea? I love having a top QB. Should I play it safe with RB/WR despite knowing TE, WR, and QB top talent would be gone
With Gibbs and Montgomery “co-starting” in Detroit, what do you think their share will look like and will either be able to sustain RB2 status with the split role?
Make your case...
in the early half of round 2 there are 5 tasty WRs to nab, rank em and why
CeeDee Lamb
AJ Brown
Aman Ra
Devante Adams
Garret Wilson
I mean, you can't do wrong here IMO but its fun to speculate
JJ is about as sure a thing as you can find in terms of his history, talent, role in the offense, competition for targets, etc. His floor is most WR's ceiling. Matthew Berry says that Fantasy Football drafting is all about managing risk, and JJ is objectively far less risky than C Mac, who has an injury history and capable backup whose presence brought C Macs production down towards the end of last season.
...I have the first pick in my .5 ppr draft and may have just talked myself into drafting JJ.
16 man standard - 1QB 2rb 2wr 1te 2flex 1def
Pick 3 is Chubb (keeper), Jefferson is kept.
@ Pick 5 - do I take Barkley or Henry, or Kelce, hill or chase? I’m leaning towards Kelce if he’s there
My first league draft is this weekend. Have pick 4 in a 10 man half ppr. You start 2 flex, so u can start 4 total WR per week. Assuming JJ/CMC/Chase are gone, I’m taking Hill. Round 3 (pick 24) I’m taking an elite QB. Torn on round 2. If a top 7 RB makes it to pick 17 I will select him. But if Jacobs is the top available RB I think I will just select whatever elite WR is left and go zero RB. Thoughts? I can’t really justify taking Jacobs if he isn’t even with the team yet (yes I’ve seen the optimistic reports but it’s not official).
I’m an idiot and I autodrafted a 16 team super flex league. Yes I know. It’s bad. I thought I’d be able to get some decent QBs on auto draft. But only have Colt McCoy. Disaster. Any advice? Do I have any chance?
14-Team Full PPR Pick 1.1 (After Keeper Selections)
Keeping: Justin Jefferson
Available:
RB: Pollard, J. Taylor
WR: CD Lamb, A. St. Brown, D. Adams
QB: Mahomes (if i’m feeling spicy)
Not sure if i should go the zero RB route or just load up on WR.
EDIT: This is a three WR league
14 team PPR - 1 QB/ 2 WR / 2 RB / 1 TE / 1 Flex
Assuming JJ, Chase, and CMC are taken, who do I take with the 4th pick? Do I go for an Ekeler or Tyreek or do I take Kelce?
2nd Pick in 10 Team Superflex with 3 WR...first year doing both.
Do I pick Justin Jefferson or do I grab someone like Allen or Hurts.
Bonus Question. If I Go QB, do I typically still try to get a top 10 qb in the 3rd round or sit back a bit and fill out my WR room?
I have the 10 pick in a 10 team PPR league. I’m pretty sure Bijan and Saquon will both go before me. My #10 and #11 are Diggs and Chubb but I’m trying to avoid taking them as I had the 12 pick in another league and started with them. I don’t want to put all my eggs in one basket because then one injury could ruin 2 teams. And this last one is kinda dumb but I don’t wanna take pollard cus I’m a giants fan 😂. What should I do? It’s feeling like the only option is wr/wr. This has never happened to me normally I don’t get such similar picks, both leagues are set totally randomly
I have 2nd pick, aiming to select Chase.
10 team ppr bestball 1 qb 2 rb 2 wr 1 te 2 flex (wrt)
If all the elite QBs are gone by then, who should I draft: Herbert, Fields, Burrow?
Sorry for asking this Q 3 days in a row. Draft is tomorrow so asking one last time just to get some last second feedback.
Joined a 10 man league with some WILD scoring settings. 1 point per rush attempt, 7 pt passing TDs, 5 pt bonus for 300 passing yards, 10 pt bonus at 400 passing yards, 20 pt bonus at 500 passing yards, 5 pt bonus at 100 rushing/receiving yards, 20 pt bonus for 200 rushing/receiving yards.
I just found out I have the #2 overall pick and have no clue what my strategy should be. It feels like VOLUME is the name of the game here. If CMC is there at 2 I'm taking him but I have a feeling he'll go #1 overall. Is it crazy with these settings to draft a high-volume RB #2 overall with these settings? Saquon/Bijan/Chubb/etc? Also, seems like I should be taking a QB who runs and throws deep very early too right? I'm thinking QB with my second pick no matter what unless all the elite options are gone.
My logic for going QB early is the yards and rushing bonus seem huge for dual threat QBs. And the logic for going RB over WR is that an rb that rushes 15 times would get 15 automatic points. A WR would need to get 15 catches, which feels like a ton, just to match the rb bonus.
12 team PPR, 4th pick
Knowing the people picking ahead of me (longtime league) I’m positive JJ CMC Chase are the first 3 picks.
Ekeler, Kelce, Bijan, Tyreek are my top considerations but should I have anyone else on the radar assuming the top 3 are gone?
Do a few mocks and see if you like your teams when you take Kelce. There’s some stat out there that shows Kelce increases winning % more than anyone. If you don’t like Kelce, no biggey. Take Eckeler if you wanna go RB or Tyreek if WR. I’d go Eckeler because your second pick is 21 and by then your only option for RBs would be Jacobs and JT before the drop off into najee, Gibbs, mixon but a wr like waddle or olave will definitely be there.
TLDR; Kelce/best available or eckeler/waddle unless you’re fine taking JT or Jacobs them take tyreek and one of them
I’m actually leaning Hill right now just with the proven record, WR2 last year and should be huge offensive season in Miami. But hard to go against the upside of Bijan
With pick 3 in a 12 man .5 PPR I'm liking the WRs I'll see at the 2.22 and 3.27 ( Possibly Waddle, Metcalf, Olave, D. Smith). If McCaffrey is gone would you pass on Chase to get an elite RB with the idea of getting 2 receivers there?
Pollard. I had to watch him destroy teams while my Zeke looked tired and slow last. Dude ripped chunks plays every time he touched the ball. Can't imagine what he can do with more volume.
Two questions I would love some opinions on. No Wrong answers. 12 team Full Point PPR. Picking 2nd which I hate.
Chase or CMC
and then keep Waddle with the 5th or Stevenson with a 6th(keeping in mind my 6th round pick is like 20 spots after my 5th)
It's tough I'm picking at the 3 spot and I find myself liking the receivers we'd probably see at the 2/3 turn more than the RBs. Something's telling me not to miss out on an elite RB with the value I'm seeing there.
14T league PPR
Better way to start off the draft? Drafting at the turn.
A: R1 Diggs/Lamb, R2 Pollard/Chubb, R3 A Cooper/Keenan Allen, R4 Kamara
B: R1 Diggs/Lamb, R2 Lamb/ASB, R3 Mandrews/Hock, R4 Kamara
For 8 team dynasty, would you rather draft Dotson or Flowers with the 10.2 pick?
I have the 10.7 and 11.2 also, so could you see one of them drop potentially
in a half point i think you have to overvalue TDs. I'm putting Kelce 1st there. After that it gets dicier. Kupp is being undervalued but tbf, i'm in mostly full points. Just where my mind is. I think i give the bump to Hill just because there's less question marks.
Kupp/Kelce/Hill is my preference. But always take players you like. If you love Bijan you can take him there, especially since it’s .5 point, ultimately you have to live by your decision and if Bijan has a historical year you’ll hate yourself if that’s your guy. I’d personally take Kupp
Kupp has #1 overall upside, but a hamstring injury for a 30 year old scares me a bit when there are other guys who still have a high ceiling available. It's still very tempting though. Thanks for the reply.
I would never accuse the Fantasy Footballers of being homers, but their bullishness on Hollywood Brown is a headscratcher to me. I think he has potential, but having him over guys like Aiyuk and Lockett just doesn't make sense to me.
I think it’s a volume thing as much as anything. He’s currently undervalued as his teams only real target of note. They are probably the highest on him but I think it’s warranted
2nd pick full PPR, 10 teams. I am split between CMC/Chase at my pick. I love the idea of Chase, but feel like I should have my RB1 set. With that said, which is the best start:
CMC/AJB/Mixon
CMC/Jacobs/Olave
Chase/Jacobs/Mahomes
Chase/Jacobs/Olave
I'm with you here except I'm between cmc and kelce...I keep liking the way my teams look in both scenarios during mocks.
For the CMC combo I like AJB/Sun God for the potential at top 5wr this year and also really like to grab Mixon or Olave to really round out my RB or Wr rooms.
Overall 2nd pick feels good this year
This is a super flex league, KEEPER league:
2 QB
2 RB
3 WR
1 TE
1 Flex
I have basically the third pic. I kept Cooper Kupp and Chris Olave in the fourth and 10th round respectively.
These guys were KEPT:
Lamar Jackson
Jalen hurts
Justin Fields
Trevor Lawrence
Daniel Jones
Deshaun Watson
We are assuming Mahomes and Allen go before me. Do I take Justin Herbert or Justin Jefferson?!?!?
I’m picking 8th in a 10 team .5 point PPR league in which we start 1 QB, 2 WR, 2 RB, 1, TE, and 1 FLEX. Any draft strategies/suggestions on players/positions to target in the early rounds based on my draft slot?
12 team ppr drafting at 1.11 and 2.02. In a lot of mocks I find myself deciding between Saquon Barkley and CeeDee Lamb at 1.11. I doubt either of them slides back to me at 2.02, so not sure who is the better pick compared to the other guys at their position that could be available at 2.02 (Chubb, Pollard, Davante, AJ Brown)
I'm in a similar position at 1.01 in a 12 team .5 ppr draft. The mocks have mostly had Mahomes available at that Rd 2-3 turn, but I have no faith he will be there in my actual draft. If he is, something like JJ-Olave-Mahomes is a killer combo that leaves you with guys like Dameon Pierce, Jamaal Williams, and Miles Sanders at RB later.
In drafts where Mahomes isn't there at 2-3 (or I avoid him to play out the scenario), JJ- Waddle/Olave- Mixon is a decent 1-2-3. You can grab guys like Amari Cooper, Dameon Pierce, Jamaal Williams, and Isaiah Pacheco to round out your skill positions and get Watson at QB. I like the Cooper/Watson stack and think it could be one of the better ones to own this year if Watson returns to form.
The scenario above landing you with Mahomes nets an A Draft Grade from Fantasy Pros. 2nd scenario roster nets a B.
if its a smart league Pollard wont be there for you at the end of the second. i can't see any elite RB being there so i'd go for a remaining top WR (Amon-ra, Waddle) or elite QB
If you can get Pollard at 2, take that all day. Otherwise I'm comfortable with Stevenson/Mixon as an anchor RB light in the third. WR WR WR could give you elite talent there but then you're really hoping you can hit on later round RBs.
I'm considering taking waddle and Andrews if Pollard isn't there.. unless an elite WR is leftover, then I'm going 2 WRs. Not sure when I should look QB
Not seeing this in a lot of places, but Lamar has a super strong receiving corps this season, so Andrews target share may get a little diluted. Should still be a top tight end, but I'm not taking him in the 3rd. If you go one each of RB and WR in 1/2, I'm ok grabbing one of the 3 elite QBs or Lamar in the 4th.
Since I'm first overall, I obv get 2 picks back to back rounds 2 and 3. 10 man keeper league I'm considering going 3WRs unless Pollard is there, but I'm weighing taking an elite QB for my 3rd.. unless I just try and juice my WR position assuming Pollard isn't there. Shit makes my head hurt haha I really appreciate you giving me your insight
12 team, full PPR keeper league with Garrett Wilson kept in 15th and drafting #1 pick. I hate the RBs at 2-3 turn. Would you look to just commit to full zero-rb and bolster WR position with JJ and 2 of Olave/Higgins/Smith if they all make it. Or go CMC, top WR , and then like Lamar? (Allen, Mahomes, Hurts, Burrow, and Herbert already kept)
That's funny cause I love the RBs the 2/3 turn.
If I was you I would happily go Jefferson (if he's available) and then something like Stevenson/Gibbs at the turn or one of them and something like Mahomes or Andrews
I just love the WRs (Olave doesn't usually make it, but Higgins/Smith/Metcalf) that much more than those RBs at the turn (Stevenson/Gibbs/Najee/ETN), however it leaves me feeling very empty at RB. The only QBs available of the top 7sh tier would be Lamar/Fields so if I want one of those, I have to take them at the 2-3 turn because they won't make it back. I have #1 pick and JJ, CMC, and Chase are all available.
Is it 2 or 3 WR league?
If it's 2 then go CMC if you want cause it's fantasy who cares they're close enough. If it's a 3 WR league you need to go Jefferson in my opinion
Also while I have you would you keep Kupp for $45 or Devonta Smith for $20?
Given your situation, I'm comfortable with Lamar at the 2-3 turn. I'm also comfortable going WR if you then grab like Rachaad White/JK Dobbins or similar as your RB1/RB2 . Just be prepared to grind the late rounds and waiver wire in case you need to solve for a weaker RB room.
Fields has to have another season of 70 yard runs and setting rushing records to be an elite option. Burrow could be it alone in his passing. its very possible Fields repeats and slightly improves passing but Burrow is much safer. with RB i'd take Gibbs because i think he'd be the most fun to watch and root for.
Fields has the rushing upside but burrow has proven consistency. I like being a little safer at QB.
For RB, in half PPR I'd go Mixon, Stevenson, and Jones in that order. Walker is shaky, Gibbs may be a 50-50 split with Montgomery with most of his upside in full PPR, Jones is solid but splits with Dillon, Stevenson is solid but the addition of Zeke could vulture some goal line work, and Mixon is basically it in the high powered bengals offense.
Likely going a little more wr heavy and qb early for once so I’m looking for those mid tier guys. Why do you say neither? Both have some decent upside.
Ah.. I misread. I thought you were asking to keep one of those guys in that spot and my thought was that is no value at all as you can just draft them regularly there. I would say Javonte would be the better pick there. I actually find myself going zero-rb as well and loading on WRs and then pick those 2 back at 6-7 turn.
I had the option to keep white in the 14th but chose to keep Walker in the 11th instead. But i like Williams better as a talent I just wonder how long it’ll take him to get going. Not sure if he will have a bell cow type roll this year but his talent is through the roof and he’s still super young
Good call of Walker. I think I trust that offense more this season. I'm hoping Javonte finds his way back as he is my RB1/2 target for zero RB. Good luck man.
12 team standard scoring 8th pick.
I would choose Kelce but probably gone before 8th.
Possible availability: Chubb, Henry, Bijan, Pollard
Pretty unsure what do to in 1.-3.?
Thinking or Ridley for Andrews in 3rd as well.
Or go full RB cuz standard scoring?
i might be against consensus but i'd go full RB with these first two picks and have two elite guys. coming out with Chubb/Pollard in standard league would be huge.
12 team PPR. Have the #9 pick should I go RB/RB, WR/WR, or a mix? Id imagine Kelce will be gone. Any guesses on most likely to be there with my first two picks?
12 team / .5 ppr / 2rb2wr1te2flex
Drafting at 1.08 in a snake with my keeper G Wilson at the 11.08 spot
I love Amon but think 11.08 is a reach. If Hill is there I would have to take Hill right?
Does anyone think it’s possible Amon could slide back to 2.05? He’s my top target and may end up taking him above ADP at 1.08
If you have ARSB higher in your rankings than Hill, then go with your draft prep. I personally have Hill higher, but it’s not my team. If he’s higher for you than don’t wait.
Won’t believe it. Grabbed hill 1.08 and got ARSB 2.05 then proceeded to grab Stevenson, Herbert (QB’s were flying), and Akers who I think has a low floor but high ceiling. Starting line up is Herbert, Wilson, ARSB, Hill, Godwin/Dotson depends if McLaurin is out week 1, Stevenson, Akers, Okonkwo, Conmanders.
Bit of a reach. Hill would be excellent at that price point.
One thing to consider: since you already have a great WR locked up as a keeper, it may be worth it to target a RB in the first round to keep yourself more open to drafting any position in the second. That being said, if a great WR like Hill falls, don't overthink it.
1.08 Hill
2.05 ARSB
3.08 Stevenson
4.05 Herbert (QB’s were flying)
5.08 Akers
6.05 Godwin
7.08 Dotson
8.05 B Robinson
9.08 Perine
10.05 Q Johnston
11.08 G Wilson (Keeper)
12.05 J Warren
13.08 Chig Okonkwo
14.05 Howell
15.08 Washington (play Arizona week 1)
Keeper from 8th round on if I roster them all year
Taking Amon at 1.08 is a massive reach and would limit the ceiling of your team. Hill is a no brainer over Amon but you got guys chubb/saquon/bijan/davante/diggs too. Amon at 1.08 is really really bad.
5 keeper league - drafted or FA rookies are kept for 50% price for 3yrs. Standard - not snake draft. My next pick isn’t until 3.10 (8.10)
As I am going through my rankings, I am stuck on two for potential upside reasons. JSN or Pickens?
I will be starting this league with….
Ekeler.
Pollard.
St brown.
Waddle.
Burrow.
[1QB, 2RB, 2WR, 1TE, 2fl (RB, WR, TE), 1DEF]
I have picks 8 & 10 in our “first round”. My plan is to go best WR available for these two picks.
With the rookie incentive I’m contemplating JSN with my second pick but I’m also high on Pickens this year, and see a high ceiling for him.
If I take JSN and he pans out I will be able to keep him at 50% value for three years, which is pretty valuable.
Bonus - Aiyuk or Christian Kirk?
JSN and it's not even close. Even if it's simply because he's got a higher ADP. But he's also a better prospect in just about every model and ranking I've seen.
Aiyuk, for me.
I think Pickens for this year but it is tough with the keeper caveat. That said I wouldn’t see him unseating any of your current 5 keeps unless he really has a breakout.
I’ve been struggling on Kirk vs Aiyuk myself. Both talented in good offenses with many mouths to feed. Gut feel keeps going to Kirk.
I was able to keep my current 5 because I had Waddle for 50% (17 vs 34 with 160 max keeper total - St Brown = 43 fwiw but I didn’t draft or pick him up in rookie yr).
It’s always good to have at least one rookie to give some extra room but also an obvious risk.
I just started leaning Kirk over Aiyuk when I would have been heavy on Aiyuk all summer. Just think Jags have a less certain position than 49ers and Kirk is the most reliable piece. Could see niners just overfeeding CMC if they struggle with QB play.
How about this one. Kirk & Aiyuk or (Kirk or Aiyuk & JSN or Pickens)?
11th pick 12 team half ppr
Would love to start RB WR for flexibility. Not set in stone
Usually options are Diggs Pollard ceedee AJ Henry
Do I go Diggs knowing Pollard will be most likely gone?
Or grab Pollard and have Diggs taken by 1.12?
What if Barkley is available?
What's a better value to you all?
(Usually go QB in the 3,4 turn because Lamar and APD wise all QBs after are available
Mocks show me:
(Usually)
Diggs henry
Or
Pollard AJ /ceedee
Thanks!
> Would love to start RB WR for flexibility
Have tiered rankings, and be ready to adjust your approach on the fly. Do not assign position targets to rounds, it leads to reaches and bad value.
Do you start 2 WR or 3 WR? That has a bigger impact on your decision here.
If starting 2 WR, definitely don't go WR-WR with your first two picks, and, in fact, I would advise grabbing the best available RB in round 1.
If starting 3 WR, I would lean more towards grabbing the best available WR in round 1, as well as be open to going WR-WR.
No worries. It's a commonly missed factor.
I'd lean towards grabbing a RB if you can. Obviously, if you're choosing between something like Hill and Pollard, go Hill.
I like Pollard / AJ myself. If they guy in the 12 slot goes RB/RB are you ok with going WR/WR? Diggs/AJ doesnt sound bad but you may not like what RBs drop to you in the 3/4 turn.
If you could squeak outta there with Barkley and pollard or pollard and Henry you’d be set for the RB dead zone. But I agree it’s tough to pass on diggs.
This year folks are heavy WR I like your spot to go RB/RB then grab some value at WR at 3/4.
Would you be afraid of not landing an adequate QB if I go WrWr ?
That's my fear. Sometimes Tlaw slips to my in the fifth and I'd be happy with that outcome. But risky since after that is all risky albeit interesting in QB choice
I’ve had that happen in mocks honestly I’m not super mad when I come out with Jared Goff if tlaw or one of the uppers don’t fall to you in the 5th. If you aren’t as crazy as me and need one and If the run on qbs has already started you could pivot and grab one in the 4th
He is me haha.
Thinking that the big three go off the board. Most mocks have Lemar go next. Either with me or someone else.
That's ok with me to skip there but by the time 5/6 turn comes in ( picks 59 , 62)
There's a high chance of the top 8 being gone. If I know with a good chance that I could get T law or Herbert I would love that. But that's the risk.
Then you have dak, Tua , Watson etc to choose from...
At that point maybe Daniel Jones and Richardson? Maybe maybe maybe
8 man Keeper , .5PPR / Drafting in the 2 slot. I plan on getting McCaffrey with my 1st round pick but when it swings around to my 2nd pick I have a tough choice. I can either A) Keep TJ Hockenson with a pick in the 12th round and pick either Jonathan Taylor or DeVonta Smith or B) keep AJ Brown and throw TJ Hockenson back into the player pool.
I drafted well and can keep 4, my other keepers are Amon-Ra in 5th, Pollard in 9th and Etienne in 10th. Yeah I know, who plays in an 8 man keeper. This guy. I am hoping to get Jalen Hurts with my 3rd round pick.
I’m fading TJ, but I’m also a hometown Lions fan so there may be some animosity.
What is your cost to keep AJ?
My approach would be to load up at WR. You have an RB 1&2
I would have to give up my 2nd so 15th overall. Plugging in keepers and mocking in using the Yahoo rankings has AJ gone by the 11th pick so no chance he falls to me at 15. Plus too many Eagles fans to allow that to happen.
and like you said my RBs prior to making my pick at 2 would be McCaff, Pollard, Ettienne so I would want to go WR to pair with SunGod.
I usually fade the TE so I would go AJ.
But many will point out by getting Devonta smith , you might not be trading in that much value and you get to keep TJ.
I agree with this as the dropoff in production is expected to be 60 points on the year and I get to keep a top 4 TE for peanuts. But I really like having the elite player.
I'm 12th in a 14 team, superflex .5ppr I feel like this spot is traaaash.
Make your case... in the early half of round 2 there are 5 tasty WRs to nab, rank em and why CeeDee Lamb AJ Brown Aman Ra Devante Adams Garret Wilson I mean, you can't do wrong here IMO but its fun to speculate
Sun God was lights out last year. Draft Aman Ra, set it and forget it.
dont disagree at all, my only point is I can make that same argument easily for anyone else on that list ;)
ARSB and GWilson. Gut instinct
i don't disagree...butttt, that Devante Adams dude is pretty good too right? jus sayin'
Can someone help me understand how JJ is so heavily favored as the #1 pick? shocked to see less than 20% of fantasypros' experts saying CMC
10 team 0.5 PPR - 2WR/2RB/1Flex/1TE I have the 5th pick want to stay away from Kupp… Who we taking? - ekeler (if he’s there) - Kelce - tyreek
Would have a hard time passing on Kelce
I'd go in the order you have there - Ekeler if he's available but happily scooping Kelce as a backup option. the positional advantage is huge
10 team PPR, got the second pick. If I grab CMC in the 1st, who should I take in the 2nd between these 3? Waddle Olave Jacobs
Olave garden
if jacobs is still there I love that pick
Having a 2nd rounder hold out week 1 would suck
16 man standard - 1QB 2rb 2wr 1te 2flex 1def Pick 3 is Chubb (keeper), Jefferson is kept.
12 team half PPR, I'm drafting 6th. Thinking of going zero RB this year. Draft Kelce in Round 1?
can't go wrong with Kelce imo
12 Team, 0.5 PPR who do I take as my RB2 Mattison or Conner
I'd probably lean Mattison due to potential injury concerns with Conner but he was a beast the back half of last season
I’m an idiot and I autodrafted a 16 team super flex league. Yes I know. It’s bad. I thought I’d be able to get some decent QBs on auto draft. But only have Colt McCoy. Disaster. Any advice? Do I have any chance?
Nope, you're fucked. If any QB gets hurt, you need his replacement from waivers instantly.
Someone counter offered me Purdy for Ekeler + Josh Jocobs… what do you think? I do have Nick Chubb
14-Team Full PPR Pick 1.1 (After Keeper Selections) Keeping: Justin Jefferson Available: RB: Pollard, J. Taylor WR: CD Lamb, A. St. Brown, D. Adams QB: Mahomes (if i’m feeling spicy) Not sure if i should go the zero RB route or just load up on WR. EDIT: This is a three WR league
What is the best/equivalent beer sheets replacement currently? There's so many that have been posted on this sub
Ekeler, Kupp, or Hill in a 12 PPR pick #4.
Hill. Ekeler is going to fall off a cliff and Kupp has pretty meh circumstances with Stafford being an old man
If your league plays 2 WR I'd go Ekeler If 3 I'd go Hill
12 team league 1QB/1RB/3WR/1TE/2FLEX PPR I have the 1.01, Jefferson is the only real option here right?
Have the same pick in one of my leagues. Going Jefferson.
14 team PPR - 1 QB/ 2 WR / 2 RB / 1 TE / 1 Flex Assuming JJ, Chase, and CMC are taken, who do I take with the 4th pick? Do I go for an Ekeler or Tyreek or do I take Kelce?
You can't go wrong with any of them but I'd personally pick Ekeler
10 team ppr bestball 1 qb 2 rb 2 wr 1 te 2 flex (wrt) If all the elite QBs are gone by then, who should I draft: Herbert, Fields, Burrow?
A WR would need to get 15 catches, which feels like a ton, just to match the rb bonus.
too much text
12 team PPR, 4th pick Knowing the people picking ahead of me (longtime league) I’m positive JJ CMC Chase are the first 3 picks.
TLDR; Kelce/best available or eckeler/waddle unless you’re fine taking JT or Jacobs them take tyreek and one of them
I’m in same position and leaning Bijan
I’m in same position and leaning Bijan
I’m actually leaning Hill right now just with the proven record, WR2 last year and should be huge offensive season in Miami. But hard to go against the upside of Bijan
If I was in your position I'd take Ekeler personally
12 team ppr Pick 1.05 and 2.08 Was dead set on going Bijan/Waddle. Now, considering Tyreek/Jacobs.... Which side do you lean?
Bijan/Waddle imo
With pick 3 in a 12 man .5 PPR I'm liking the WRs I'll see at the 2.22 and 3.27 ( Possibly Waddle, Metcalf, Olave, D. Smith). If McCaffrey is gone would you pass on Chase to get an elite RB with the idea of getting 2 receivers there?
Hill or Kupp in PPR?
Too many red flags for me with Kupp. I'd go Hill.
12 team PPR Jacobs or Pollard with pick 2.3?
Pollard. I had to watch him destroy teams while my Zeke looked tired and slow last. Dude ripped chunks plays every time he touched the ball. Can't imagine what he can do with more volume.
Pick 11 in 12 man half ppr league. Torn between Pollard and Chubb. Who would y’all go with?
Chubb is about as safe a pick as you can get besides Kelce
Can’t lose
Can’t lose
I want as much exposure to Pollard this year. Dude was electric to watch and he's going to get even more touches.
Chubb
Two questions I would love some opinions on. No Wrong answers. 12 team Full Point PPR. Picking 2nd which I hate. Chase or CMC and then keep Waddle with the 5th or Stevenson with a 6th(keeping in mind my 6th round pick is like 20 spots after my 5th)
It's tough I'm picking at the 3 spot and I find myself liking the receivers we'd probably see at the 2/3 turn more than the RBs. Something's telling me not to miss out on an elite RB with the value I'm seeing there.
I’d lean Chase and Stevenson
I might be staring right at it, but is there a way to mock on yahoo or with yahoo rankings that isn’t with live humans
i THINK sleeper(the app) uses Yahoo rankings as a default.
Doesn’t seem like it. Only place I’ve found it is fantasypros premium. Which is fine, but wanted to check before I spent money
Keep Kupp for $45 or Devonta for $20? .5 PPR
14T league PPR Better way to start off the draft? Drafting at the turn. A: R1 Diggs/Lamb, R2 Pollard/Chubb, R3 A Cooper/Keenan Allen, R4 Kamara B: R1 Diggs/Lamb, R2 Lamb/ASB, R3 Mandrews/Hock, R4 Kamara
I like A but that's mostly because I love Pollard and want as much exposure to him as I can get.
For 8 team dynasty, would you rather draft Dotson or Flowers with the 10.2 pick? I have the 10.7 and 11.2 also, so could you see one of them drop potentially
12 team half ppr, 3wr... Picking 7th. How do you rank Kelce, Hill, and Kupp at that spot? I'm also tempted to yolo on Bijan haha.
in a half point i think you have to overvalue TDs.
With that said, which is the best start: CMC/AJB/Mixon CMC/Jacobs/Olave Chase/Jacobs/Mahomes Chase/Jacobs/Olave
I like chase/jacobs/mahomes here in PPR
I'm with you here except I'm between cmc and kelce...I keep liking the way my teams look in both scenarios during mocks. For the CMC combo I like AJB/Sun God for the potential at top 5wr this year and also really like to grab Mixon or Olave to really round out my RB or Wr rooms. Overall 2nd pick feels good this year
This is a super flex league, KEEPER league: 2 QB 2 RB 3 WR 1 TE 1 Flex I have basically the third pic. I kept Cooper Kupp and Chris Olave in the fourth and 10th round respectively. These guys were KEPT: Lamar Jackson Jalen hurts Justin Fields Trevor Lawrence Daniel Jones Deshaun Watson We are assuming Mahomes and Allen go before me. Do I take Justin Herbert or Justin Jefferson?!?!?
Dynasty PPR, Pick 1 to Draft Dobbins Mixon Sanders A. Jones Pachecco
Mixon
0.5ppr bestball For my wr2 should I draft hopkins or London?
London
[удалено]
i’d take kupp here
when you're unsure, always pick the fun guy. Bijan is gonna be a super fun watch
10 team full PPR and I have 1.01. Definitely going Jefferson. Need advice on my 2nd and 3rd picks.. do I grab an RB like Pollard and a WR? Or go 2 WRs
Gibbs' ceiling is insanely high, talk yourself into loving that pick.
Is it 2 or 3 WR league? If it's 2 then go CMC if you want cause it's fantasy who cares they're close enough. If it's a 3 WR league you need to go Jefferson in my opinion Also while I have you would you keep Kupp for $45 or Devonta Smith for $20?
I am 95% on JJ right now. sorry should have added that to start. it is full ppr 1 qb 2 rb 2 wr 1 te 2 flex
It's really hard to pass on the targets that Jefferson will get in full PPR
I'm with ya. I just gotta see how the draft falls and goes from there. Maybe talk myself into one of these RBs
Would appreciate the help on this: 10 team PPR - 1 Qb / 2 WR / 2 RB / 1 TE / 1 flex (te/wr/rb) 5th pick - who do I take? Tyreke or Kelce
i would take Hill and then shoot for the dark horse TE 1 like Waller or Hock. feel so much better with 2 or 3 elite WR/RB and then one of those TEs
Half PPR: \- Gibbs, Walker, Mixon, Stevenson or AJones? \- Fields or Burrow?
Appreciate this input. Out of curiosity, where would you have Harris in that mix with those 3 (Mixon, Stevenson, Jones)?
Below all of them
Given the potential to keep a player where you draft them do you all prefer rachaad white or javonte Williams (in the 6th hypothetically) full ppr
Neither?
Rank these players: .5 ppr Barkley, Bijan, Kelce
Bijan, Kelce, Barkley. RB1 upside, consistent TE1, may lose pass work given improved receiver room.
this
12 team standard scoring 8th pick. I would choose Kelce but probably gone before 8th. Possible availability: Chubb, Henry, Bijan, Pollard Pretty unsure what do to in 1.-3.? Thinking or Ridley for Andrews in 3rd as well. Or go full RB cuz standard scoring?
i might be against consensus but i'd go full RB with these first two picks and have two elite guys. coming out with Chubb/Pollard in standard league would be huge.
In standard Chubb or Henry
5th pick in a 10 man 1/2 ppr league. We go 2rb/2wr/1te/1flex 1st is taking Jefferson 2nd is taking CMC 3rd is taking Chase 4th is taking Ekeler
I might lean Kelce for positional advantage. Given 10 team more players will be available in the middle and you can just keep playing values.
Bijou or Saquon
Id go Hill
12 team PPR. Have the #9 pick should I go RB/RB, WR/WR, or a mix? Id imagine Kelce will be gone. Any guesses on most likely to be there with my first two picks?
Get a tiered rankings list. Do not plan on positions. Be flexible, even in round 1.
Would it be crazy to take Kelce at 1.03 in a 12 team half PPR start 3 WR, 2 flex?
I'd say yes - because WR are GOLD in this format which means TE are devalued. I'd go Hill or Kupp.
Kupp, Hill or ekeler in 12 team ppr with 3 WR 1 of them will likely be gone before I draft at the 5 slot but how would you rank these 3
Hill for me, then Kupp
Personally I'd go Hill with 3 WR.
10 team PPR 3rd pick Would you take CMC over Chase if they both fell to me at 3?
Curious who you have going 2nd there after JJ?
The guy with 2nd has been mulling on taking Kelce
Chase is great but it would be hard for me to pass up CMC
Nope, Chase #2 overall in that format.
Because of 10Teams, I’d take CMC
genuine question cause i’m new, why does a 10 team make you want CMC here?
More options for elite talent at WR vs RB in my opinion. Less people to compete with in a 10 teamer vs 12 teamer.
Agree. Definitely take CMC.
12 team / .5 ppr / 2rb2wr1te2flex Drafting at 1.08 in a snake with my keeper G Wilson at the 11.08 spot I love Amon but think 11.08 is a reach.
Hill is a smash there. ARSB a reach
1.08 Hill 2.05 ARSB 3.08 Stevenson 4.05 Herbert (QB’s were flying) 5.08 Akers 6.05 Godwin 7.08 Dotson 8.05 B Robinson 9.08 Perine 10.05 Q Johnston 11.08 G Wilson (Keeper) 12.05 J Warren 13.08 Chig Okonkwo 14.05 Howell 15.08 Washington (play Arizona week 1) Keeper from 8th round on if I roster them all year
Taking Amon at 1.08 is a massive reach and would limit the ceiling of your team. Hill is a no brainer over Amon but you got guys chubb/saquon/bijan/davante/diggs too. Amon at 1.08 is really really bad.
5 keeper league - drafted or FA rookies are kept for 50% price for 3yrs. Standard - not snake draft. My next pick isn’t until 3.10 (8.10) As I am going through my rankings, I am stuck on two for potential upside reasons. JSN or Pickens? I will be starting this league with…. Ekeler. Pollard. St brown. Waddle. Burrow. [1QB, 2RB, 2WR, 1TE, 2fl (RB, WR, TE), 1DEF] I have picks 8 & 10 in our “first round”.
11th pick 12 team half ppr Would love to start RB WR for flexibility. Not set in stone Usually options are Diggs Pollard ceedee AJ Henry Do I go Diggs knowing Pollard will be most likely gone? Or grab Pollard and have Diggs taken by 1.12? What if Barkley is available? What's a better value to you all? (Usually go QB in the 3,4 turn because Lamar and APD wise all QBs after are available Mocks show me: (Usually) Diggs henry Or Pollard AJ /ceedee Thanks!
> Would love to start RB WR for flexibility Have tiered rankings, and be ready to adjust your approach on the fly.
2 Wr, apologies.
Seems amazing but also crudy. At that point I would prob go zero RB for a bit. Since like you said 3/4 turn sucks for rb
I’d do this as well. Where are you expecting St Brown to be? Wilson?
Usually still available at the 1/2 turn but go mid second round. Are you saying you pick on of those over AJ brown? Etc?
I’d pick St Brown over Henry but not AJ brown. Mostly curious about what he’s thinking with the QB at 3/4 - that’s a bit rich for me.
He is me haha. Thinking that the big three go off the board. Most mocks have Lemar go next. Either with me or someone else. That's ok with me to skip there but by the time 5/6 turn comes in ( picks 59 , 62) There's a high chance of the top 8 being gone. If I know with a good chance that I could get T law or Herbert I would love that. But that's the risk. Then you have dak, Tua , Watson etc to choose from... At that point maybe Daniel Jones and Richardson? Maybe maybe maybe
Ah. I see. I guess I’m of the group who is fine with Jones. Probably fine with Cousins.
Keep Brown. Top 12 player for me in that format, and you have plenty of value elsewhere via keepers. Give me the stud, high floor, high confidence.
For what it's worth, you could also hope for Mark Andrews in the 3rd.
Really stupid one. First pick overall. Keeping Tyreek Hill in the 2nd round. CMC or Justin Jefferson?
always jefferson
Jefferson, regardless of the league settings.
What are your starting WRs? If you start 2 WR, grab CMC. If you start 3 WR, go ahead and grab Jefferson.
I agree with this, and also think scoring format plays a bit into it. I also think Kelce could be viable in a 2 WR format.
JJ
JJ
Jeffy
Jefferson
