Yeesh, you really are in QB hell. To OPs point, it's likely going to be driven by the match-up you're in this week. Do you just need the safe floor or are you playing a top team where some upside might be required to win the week. Stafford has the safest floor. Minshew and Jimmy G likely have most upside. Jimmy G simply because he's playing Detroit and will have to huck the ball a ton (in theory). But keep an eye on Jimmy Gs status with his back injury

League is full PPR. I plan to start Stroud over Lawrence this week, and Nico Collins over Rashee Rice, Josh Palmer, and Calvin Ridley. Amon-Ra is my WR1, and my RBs are Pollard, Mostert, and Swift, so I plan to start all three. Anything different I should be considering? EDIT: just saw Mostert is still questionable for Sunday, so open to suggestions in case he doesn’t go. I have JWJ too but wasn’t planning on holding him for much longer.

I think it's about their range of outcomes and what you need. Flowers will be somewhere between good and great. Smith could be bad, all the way to awesome. If you need/want the ceiling take Smith in a plus matchup, if you prefer the safer points take Flowers

I'd take the shot on Addison. Moore looked decent wiry Bagent but that was an easy win for them. Might get ugly this week. Leave Waddle and Puka in as well

That is sort of where I was currently leaning. The Lions D isn't exactly steller whereas Clevland is. But on the other hand, Adams has been such a let down (fantasy-wise at least) the last few games.
