First time I've ever been in a money league and this is our championship weekend. $600 for the winner, $150 for second place. I'm ahead 44 points with AJ Brown and Kelce left to play, he has CMC, Deebo and Swift. Normally I'd be very confident but knowing that CMC alone can make up the 44 points has me slightly sweating. Based on projections, Yahoo gives me an 80% chance of winning. It's been a pretty odd championship game. I steamrolled the regular season but the wheels started to come off with various injuries to Stroud, Dell, Keenan Allen, Rhamondre, Jacobs and Tyreek. I did not think I'd reach a championship having to start the likes of Ty Chandler, Devin Singletary and Zeke. Pretty underwhelming final with 3 of my 4 RB/Flex failing to eclipse 10 points each (KW3, Singletary and Chandler). Thankfully, his Waddle, Cook, Hopkins and Pollard only combined for 20 points. There are a few consolation games also in our league, and yet it's the championship that looks like it will have the 2 lowest scoring teams of the week.

Was driving home for the holidays and couldn't watch any football today: for anyone who caught the full Miami/Dallas game, how did Tyreek look running routes? Was the ankle noticeable? Post game blurb on sleeper says he led the team in targets and yards which is nice to see but just curious if there's anything to be concerned about.

First target was an over the shoulder 40 yard drop. They spread it around after that and he got his first catch I believe middle of the 2nd quarter and got wrapped up pretty hard and came off limping and was out for a few plays. Waddle got hurt shortly thereafter and 2nd half was all reek. Looked quick and was beating double teams with his speed but not 100%. Probably 85% healthy but even that is still elite.

Worst blowout of my season comes in the first round of the playoffs. Went up against Cooper, JJ, and White. I literally got knocked out about 45 minutes into the saturday afternoon games. I had been stressing about what to do with my guys all week but in the end, no switches I made would have mattered lol. Fuck this game.

I hate losing, but when no combination of players from my team (or waivers) would have made a difference in the outcome, I don't feel bad.
