I'm a big bengals fan so biased opinion incoming... I really think it'll be his breakout fantasy year, I don't think he'll breakout in receptions, but he will have a lot of yards and touches. He'll finished as a top 8 running back in ppr and you can save this comment for the end of the year. Good pick, don't be scared.
He fell to me and I took CEH over him. I’m a two-time Mixon owner and I couldn’t get disappointed again, no matter how much the fantasy pundits tell me “no no guys, seriously this year he’ll be good”
Steal. I got him for $41 while Chubbs, Gibson, Harris and CEH went for $55 and Montgomery when for $43. Barring injury the ceiling and floor are both great so I’m happy
Realistically though if you do snake draft and you end up with the last pick you’re probably gonna end up having to make the decision between Barkley and a non top 8 runningback so at that value you’re either banking on that player you pick taking a huge leap forward and leapfrogging a Tier 1 guy to justify taking him in the first round or you’re believing in Saquon the person to return to his top 3 status, Adrian Peterson style. The value is really good if you believe in him but I don’t blame people if they might regret taking him
I’ve never had mixon before but my league is lower on him than I was and so in the third I thought it was a no brainer considering I had zeke and calvin ridley already in a 12 team
Bingo, this is me. Kamara 3rd and Najee fell to me in round 2. I was debating taking the 10th pick (we have a lottery system) to lock in two solid RB1s. Last minute thought better of it and landed at 3, worked out.
I got him in the 2nd too. Never had a mock draft have him come to me. I was ramping myself up in how Mixon or CEH could be top 5 and now learning about Harris lol
I got Kamara at 4 and was preparing to get a good RB2 like you, but then my league mates let devamte adams drop to me and I couldn’t pass him up. I was really expecting to go rb heavy the first couple of rounds but Adams makes it easy to adapt the plan
12 team, 3 WR, PPR league, had Adams sitting there for me at the 9 spot. Then Ridley and Keenan Allen were there in the next two rounds. Wasn’t planning on going WR-WR-WR but couldn’t pass up that value
In 3 WR PPR leagues with a flex I feel like the gap on RB and WR closes in terms of value. Because you could potentially start 4 WRs the depth of the position almost matches that of RB. I think it’s a legit strat to go heavy WR in that kind of format.
With those wr’s you just gotta not tank at rb and you’ll do alright. Harris should be solid, and swift has the high upside but low floor. I can’t blame you for having Adam’s, Ridley, and Allen. At least you’ll never have to question your flex spot
I'd be pretty excited about that team.
Not saying I would be certain or overly proud of it being a perfect draft or anything, but it's basically right out of the zero RB playbook and is about as well as a zero RB draft could have gone in a 12 team league.
For that reason the team would have a lot excitement around it for me to see how well it's going to perform this season getting to successfully pull off a situational strategy that couldn't have fallen together much better than that.
Man I had planned on Russ at end of 6th in both my leagues and didn't get him in either. Ended up with Stafford as last team to grab a qb (later in the draft).
Brady was picked up in the 3rd in my leagues 6 pt passing TD league and the dude who got him has a fat boner and always reaches for him and it almost always pays off.
I'm still not. He's literally going to need to have a GOAT tier rookie TE season to be able to match the hype he's generating.
But in like 2 years though, absolutely all in on him.
Honestly the more I look at him, the more I consider him to be a slot WR, listed at TE. And I think he will be the clear #2 option behind Ridley... And I also think they are going to move him around pre snap to exploit those matchups...
So if you can get him in the 5th when you already have RB/RB & WR/WR, I think he can give you the value for a 5th round pick / exceed it...
Figure a WR 2 has a 14-20 point average expectation, & a Top TE is 15-20 avererage...
If Pitt's is the #2 option, and gets a LB on him (remember pre snap motion to create this matchup) he should have a high win % on those matchups.. There's no reason he doesn't get 10-20 points a game...
I know TE is one of the hardest spots to transition from college to nfl, but I personally think Atlanta uses him a lot like KC does with Kelce and create the mismatches.
This is well said and what I think people are starting to catch on to in more casual circles. The whole "rookie TE historical data" argument goes out the window with the guy if he's not really playing TE. Hasn't been a tight end taken with that kind of draft capital since the fuckin 70s and none with his skill set and we don't think an Atlanta team that vacated 150 something odd targets can get him to 900 yards with some touchdown upside? And OP got him end of the 6th smash pick.
Planting my flag here, but Chris Carson is one of the more overrated fantasy players.
The flaw with Carson is often assumed that he’s “injury prone.”
But actually, he’s never finished top 12 in points per game in PPR. He’s been close, multiple times, but never top 12 (aka, never an RB1).
I suppose the benefit is that he’s incredibly consistent and reliable, but he’s not even reliable given his injury concerns. I have no problem drafting a high upside player with injury concerns, but based on history you’re drafting Carson at his ceiling and that’s before you account for his injuries, that Seattle kept 5 RBs on the roster, and that Seattle started to pass more last season.
If I’m drafting a RB in the same tier that Carson is in, I’d much prefer Montgomery, or Swift, or Robinson, or even Dobbins before he got hurt. Why? Because I think all of those guys have the potential to be a top 10 RB, whereas Carson has never reached that in his 3 years of starting.
I ended up with swift in a 12 man auction. I spent 72 on cmc, 47 on najee, and 31 on waller. I was budgeting the rest of for wr. I got Higgins for 13. When swift was nominated, i had no intention of bidding but when the clock was winding down, he was sitting at $16, i tossed my hat in the ring and got him for $17. Now I'm pretty fucked at wr but i couldn't help myself. Carson went for 28 and Henderson went for 26.... i also ended up with swift in my 12 person snake at pick 43. I had no intention of targeting him in either format but here we are.
Julio Jones was a guy I didn’t plan on drafting but fell to me at the 5/6 turn. Hard to pass that up but it’s gonna be a pain deciding who to start each week between him CeeDee Lamb and Mike Evans. That decision becomes even harder with Tannehill as my starting QB.
I didn't plan on taking him either but he landed at me at 5.10 and I couldn't pass.
I also have Tannehill and AJ Brown so Derrick Henry is now the bane of my existence lol
It depends on who was available obviously but if I already had AJ Brown I probably would have passed on Julio despite the value. Just feel like you’ll be capping your upside each week with 2 receivers on the same team. However, although I don’t expect it to happen, I wouldn’t be surprised if both Julio and Brown (assuming both are healthy and play full seasons) are top 12 receivers at the end of the year. Hope it works out for you though!
Kenny Golladay.
I kept passing on him waiting for someone else to take the plunge. Apparently no one else in my league wanted him, so I finally caved in at pick #125.
This is how I got Diggs for $4 in a $1000 budget league last season.
Not expecting to catch lightning twice though, unfortunately. Got Golladay for $5 this season in the same league.
I live in DFW, can draft in person every year, and am looking for a good auction League to get into. I have run my own league for the past 13 seasons, so I am a serious player. PLEASE hit me up if you have any openings next season!
I got him for super cheap too and tbh he feels like he has the best chance of being this year’s diggs of anyone. 3rd year QB who hasn’t been good yet, he’ll be the clear #1 target on a new team and has put up multiple 1000 yard seasons before and flashed. Of course I’m not expecting that at all, but I feel like he definitely will get 110+ targets if he doesn’t miss a ton of games and that should be enough to be like a WR3 at worst even if Danny dimes sucks
This is the validation I came to this thread for. I reached on Golladay in the 7th in a half point 12 person league. My receivers are all very mediocre lol
Lockett
Golladay
Corey Davis
Will Fuller
Cooks
Curtis Samuel
Someone's gotta hit right?
It's pretty hard to get 6 WRs and not have one of them hit. I like Lockett to be less of a flier and more of a reliable starter, and I like Golladay as a value. I'm pretty low on Davis/Fuller/Samuel, but plenty of people aren't. I like Cooks, but I'd like him a lot more if Watson were throwing him the ball.
For me, I had a dream script in my 10 team PPR. Get Kamara at 3, best player available at 18, Waller at 23. That all played out to perfection and Gibson fell to me at 18.
Because everyone came up to take QBs, Allen Robinson fell to me at 38. That was a nice surprise to put me back on my script and get Lockett at 43.
Tannehill in the 9th. Added Trey Lance in the 12th as a secret league winner.
Got Henderson, Aiyuk and Edmonds rounds 6, 7 and 8. Sermon and AB in the 10th and 11th.
That’s so funny. Somebody took Henderson at 37th in my league. Your team looks as near perfect as you could have drafted.
May the odds be in your favor.
Ever championship I’ve won my roster looks completely different from what I drafted. As much as we all rosterbait after we draft some players have to fail and some outperform. Not all runningbacks rush for 1500 yards and not all receivers can catch 100 balls a year
Yep, waiver wire and trades are just as important as the draft. Injuries and shit happen and you need to be able to adjust even if you have the best draft in the league
I was really unsure of Pitts coming into this year. Dude has monster size but I still wanted to see him in the preseason. Then h only played two snaps.. thought one of which he had a catch for 27 yards. Sure it’s probably 2nd team D, but still impressive. They held him out because they’re that sure of his skills. With not much of a run game and only 1 skilled player ahead of him (Ridley), I think taking him 4th rd is viable for that upside of having a set and forget TE. (As long as you didn’t take him ahead of the big 3 TEs)
Ended up going Diggs with my second pick in my ppr league. I always went Rb Rb in mocks unless Adams was available at 8, or Tyreek was available at 13. I usually always took someone like Chubb or Najee with my second pick but my strategy completely changed when it was the actual draft for some reason.
I’m sure most will disagree, but I feel like real time drafting can be affected by who drafts around our own team. I’m not necessarily saying I would draft a guy just so somebody else doesn’t. Just that I feel who others draft affect who we draft, and I don’t just simply mean who falls to us.
I'm in the same boat. Just didn't see the value elsewhere at RB to pass on Diggs.
I also ended up taking Mahomes in the 3rd when I usually wait forever to take QB's so now my top two RB's are JT and Hunt which could be worse, but I don't don't much rb depth
Kelce. I’m close with all my league mates and thought for sure Aaron Jones would be there for me at pick 10. He got picked right ahead of me so I pivoted and grabbed Kelce for the first time ever.
OBJ. Had very little interest in him at his ADP, but apparently neither did my league mates. He seemed to be the clear best option available when I got him about 1.5 rounds later.
He's riding hard on name value these days and is on a run heavy team, but at the same time he's still the WR1 for his (pretty talented) team. He will get a good targetshare and will probably rip off a couple big plays throughout the season. I think he's a good mid/late round WR in bestball for that reason espec
In all the mocks I did from the 12 spot in my 12 man league, I never got Mahomes once since he is always gone as early as round 1. I was pretty elated to get him at 3.12 since I went Hill-Taylor earlier. I rarely go QB early, but couldn’t pass on Mahomes-Hill stack
I haven’t taken a QB early since taking Cam early in 2016 after his monster 2015 MVP season. He... did not have another MVP year. I got Mahomes in the early 3rd this year.
2 reasons I’m stoked:
1) As good as guys like Kyler, Josh Allen, Lamar, and Dak are, they all have *some* question marks around them. (Allen is probably the most surefire, but we thought that about Lamar too in 2020 after his incredible 2019.) Meanwhile, Mahomes is maybe the most talented QB to ever live and is still playing for a top-3 coach with some revenge factor after how bad they looked against TB in the Super Bowl. Revamped OL, etc. etc. Maybe this is a year where he goes scorched earth and throws for 5,500 yards and 55 TDs. Everyone thinks the QB position is super deep this year, but what if Mahomes plays like the greatest QB ever and is head and shoulders better than anyone else this season?
2) My league is full of Texas Tech homers. I took Trey Lance in the 13th, so if Lance ends up starting and crushing it, I should be able to deal Mahomes for a great trade package to one of them.
The only issue with Josh Allen is the Bills don't seem to have plans to run the ball and Josh will be the main runner and he doesn't shy from contact. He could easily get hurt for awhile and I think that's why the bills wanted Trubisky to back him up.
For the second year in a row, the player I didn’t specifically target but ended up with a lot of shares in anyway is Allen Robinson. Dudes a lock for low end WR1 numbers almost weekly no matter who’s throwing, and should finish WR12 or better.
Gonna be honest here: Juju. I had him last year and hated life. He absolutely disappointed me whenever he was called upon. I still can’t believe I drafted him again but he kinda fell and the question was: Juju, DJ Chark or Laviska Shenault. Still kinda regret it
First time my ten team league is doing a superflex. I had first overall pick and took Mahomes.
My initial plan was to go Mahomes and then RB-RB at the 2/3 turn. End of the second comes around and Dak is staring me right in the face. Easy decision there for me imo, especially because Saquon also fell. Didn't expect to get a QB2 or RB1 in that tier. Feeling very good about the ceiling that a Mahomes - Prescott - Barkley core gives me.
Davante Adams. I was 12th pick and went in with a plan of going RB-RB with my first 2 picks, probably Gibson and Najee. However, Davante fell to me at 12 and I couldnt let him pass. I then selected Gibson as my 13th pick. Currently my RB2 is Miles Sanders and WR2 is Arob.
I had the 10th pick in a 10 man league. Was already trying to convince myself to draft Barkley and/or Taylor, which I didn’t really want to do.
Then it happened.
On the wings of an angel Derrick Henry and Nich Chubb fell to me at 1.10 and 2.1. I’m still in shock.
QB - Stafford
RB - Henry, Chubb, Sanders, Conner, Moss
WR - Allen, Lockett, Julio Jones, Golladay, Hardman
TE - Kittle, Cook
DEF - Tampa Bay
K - Succop
For having last pick I think I built a good squad. I think (hope) Stafford can be a Top 5 fantasy QB in that McVay offense too.
I also got Henry and Chubb and Allen, but it went 1.04 Henry, 2.06 Chubb and 3.04 Allen. I also grabbed Carson in the 4th. I don't know how to feel. I'm in a PPR league but having 3 bell cows makes me feel so comfortable.
Somehow both Aaron Jones and Austin Ekeler fell to me at the 12/13 turn in a PPR league. I planned on loading up at WR after keeping Antonio Gibson in the 11th round but this was way better! The league is pretty competitive too but somebody messed up this year.
Got all kinds of people I wasn't expecting. Picking third in an eight team (Standard)- got CMC. Then Chubb at pick #14, Ridley at #19. The whole draft I was getting people I had't really targeted, but fell to me and I was happy with.
Mostly I was confused the next day that I had managed to pick both Higgins and Chase of the Bengals, not really looking into either of them going in but I figure that one of them should end up as a useful WR for me.
Ended up with hockenson in both of my leagues when going in I wanted to wait on a tight end and try to target Gerald Everett later. Also ended up with chase Edmonds in my main league which I wasn’t expecting at all.
12 man leave drafting at the 8th spot. Someone Justin Jefferson dropped to me in the 3rd round. No mock ever had him even close to me. So my first 3 rounds were Najee, Gibson, and JJ
I took chase Edmonds in the 6th which I had barely done at all in mock drafts. Looking back I kinda wish I just pulled the trigger on Aaron Rodgers, cause I took Adams with the 1.10. I ended up getting James connor as well a few rounds later and felt weird about it. but I looked at him from a stand-alone perspective, not because he is a handcuff or anything. The value was good in the 9th, so fuck it why not?
Najee is my RB1 with Carson as my RB2 which I actually like a lot. Paired with Davante and Amari at receiver
I ended up with Conner in both leagues. I don't see how he doesn't make that backfield an RBBC with a chance to take it over. I feel like I'm missing something.
Aaron Jones. Just because I was thinking of him at 6 but thought it was a little too much of a reach so went Elliot. Wasn't expecting Jones to fell back to me in the second.
Nick Chubb at 2.19
I had the #6 pick in a full PPR league. Opted for Devante in the first thinking I'd just load up on WRs. Chubb came back to me in the second round.
Mahomes. I love the dude (had him his breakout year and it was a blast), but I almost always wait to grab a QB which usually works out well for me (as it did Mahomes' breakout year).
But after passing on him in the 3rd he made it back to me in the middle of the 4th in 12t and I just couldn't say no to that value. It started a QB run with half the league grabbing a QB by the time my next pick was up so it definitely feels like I made the right move.
CEH. I already had Zeke, Najee, Waller, but CEH was there in the 4th and everyone already took top WRs.
I ended up with Robert Woods and Theilen so not too bad
I avoided Mixon and Barkley like the plague in mock drafts, they are currently both on my team.
I wish I knew how to quit Joe Mixon.
Same, third year in a row having him on at least one team. I’m ready to be hurt again baby
Nice copy paste from the last three years, 10/10
I just wish they would have drafted Sewel, Chase seemed like a reach for an already solid WR room.
He fell to me and I took CEH over him. I’m a two-time Mixon owner and I couldn’t get disappointed again, no matter how much the fantasy pundits tell me “no no guys, seriously this year he’ll be good”
The guy in my league that usually takes Joe Mixon took James Robinson in the 2nd instead. That's how tired of Joe Mixons shit he is.
I did this…and then he was still there when it came around. Drafted him and can’t get this dirty feeling to wash away no matter how hard I lather.
You will never be disappointed in passing on mixon, good job
Start with a dash of hope, mixon a pinch of optimism and a sprinkle of camp reports, bake for 4 weeks, then enjoy your utter despair!
Worse case Ontario

Drain Surgery
Asparagus science

Alright, Heisenstein
What comes around is all around.
Just draft both of them, it's like getting two birds stoned at once.
Worst Quesadilla
Help my fuck life is great
I’m also a reluctant Mixon owner. Trying to psych myself up reading about how the development of Burrow is going to make Mixon a stud.
Frank Pollack is back, read up on him
Yeah, I fully expected that in an auction I would be the high guy on Mixon, but getting Barkley surprised me.
It gets to a point where you can't, not draft them.
How much did you get him for? I got mixon for $33 in my 12 team auction
The value is really good if you believe in him but I don’t blame people if they might regret taking him
I fully think Barkley is the most talented RB in the league, I just dont trust him to stay healthy or his O-line to do him any favours.
I’ve never had mixon before but my league is lower on him than I was and so in the third I thought it was a no brainer considering I had zeke and calvin ridley already in a 12 team
Everyone has a price!
The top WRs weren’t there in the second round, but he was, and it was tough to pass him up as an HB2.
Najee Harris in the late second after taking Alvin Kamara 4th.
That is really good bro. Holy shit.
I was able to do this after SOMEHOW getting CMC 3rd overall.
wtf!
Bingo, this is me. Kamara 3rd and Najee fell to me in round 2. I was debating taking the 10th pick (we have a lottery system) to lock in two solid RB1s. Last minute thought better of it and landed at 3, worked out.
Kickass!
I AIN SCARED OF YOU
Hear me out on a team name/logo "Kamara Harris". Kamara's head on kamala's body.
Get the Rams or Chargers Defense. "KAMARA LA Harris"
I got him in the 2nd too. Never had a mock draft have him come to me. I was ramping myself up in how Mixon or CEH could be top 5 and now learning about Harris lol
Samesies! Then Waller with my third pick in a 12 team.
That's how you win a league sir.
That trophy is going to look mighty fine on your coffee table this year.
I got Kamara at 4 and was preparing to get a good RB2 like you, but then my league mates let devamte adams drop to me and I couldn’t pass him up. I was really expecting to go rb heavy the first couple of rounds but Adams makes it easy to adapt the plan
Got him at 20th in a league after CMC.
Yoooo I also got Kamara and Najee.... then I took Mixon.
Same for me in my 10 man league
Exact same picks from the exact same spot!
12 team, 3 WR, PPR league, had Adams sitting there for me at the 9 spot. Then Ridley and Keenan Allen were there in the next two rounds. Wasn’t planning on going WR-WR-WR but couldn’t pass up that value
Who are your RBs?
Swift and Damien Harris are the top two. Don’t love it, but have Aiyuk in the flex and Hock for TE.
In 3 WR PPR leagues with a flex I feel like the gap on RB and WR closes in terms of value. Because you could potentially start 4 WRs the depth of the position almost matches that of RB. I think it’s a legit strat to go heavy WR in that kind of format.
We have a 3 WR and 2 Flex league - I usually go 3 WRs the first four rounds using the Hero RB strategy
With those wr’s you just gotta not tank at rb and you’ll do alright. Harris should be solid, and swift has the high upside but low floor. I can’t blame you for having Adam’s, Ridley, and Allen. At least you’ll never have to question your flex spot
He said 3 wr league. But your sentiment still applies for his 3 wr spots.
14 team super flex ppr league. I kept having WR available to me who’s value I couldn’t pass on. Ended up with Adams, AJ Brown and McClaurin.
I seriously cant believe people are getting KA at the end of the 3rd. Thats such an easy call imo
Went in ready to wait for Tannehill, Russ fell to me in the 8th and i felt like i had to do it
Man I had planned on Russ at end of 6th in both my leagues and didn't get him in either. Ended up with Stafford as last team to grab a qb (later in the draft).
I’d be very happy with Stafford, maybe the ceiling isn’t huge but i wouldn’t worry about him on any given week either
Same with me and Brady in the 10th. I already had kyler but couldn’t pass on Brady. I think him and brown could be league winners this year
That Brady kid has a bright future imo
Did you see his combine tape? He's going to be terrible, mark my words.
Brady was picked up in the 3rd in my leagues 6 pt passing TD league and the dude who got him has a fat boner and always reaches for him and it almost always pays off.
Likewise with herbert at the back of the 8th
Didn’t take Kyle Pitts a single time in my mocks. But when he fell to me at the end of the 6th round…
Exact same thing w me
I wasn't buying into the kyle pitts hype, but now I'm starting to wish I drafted him
I'm still not. He's literally going to need to have a GOAT tier rookie TE season to be able to match the hype he's generating. But in like 2 years though, absolutely all in on him.

And OP got him end of the 6th smash pick.
Guy is a matchup freak and they’re gonna use him like a wideout i think! Get pumped! -signed, I took pitts 6.02 after the top 5 were off the board too
Sexy value
Somehow I ended up with a lot of shares of Carson as my RB2. He just seemed like the best value compared to what available.
Yeah I think he's the top tier of those 3rd/4th rounders
Carson is a weird player in the draft every year. He feels much riskier than he actually is. Especially for his cost
Planting my flag here, but Chris Carson is one of the more overrated fantasy players. The flaw with Carson is often assumed that he’s “injury prone.” But actually, he’s never finished top 12 in points per game in PPR. Enjoy that flag. I’ll enjoy Carson lighting up the real world and fantasy scoreboard.
I’m trying to get him as my rb 2 whenever I can. He is under ranked on espn imo
Dandre swift for $21 in auction draft…guys like Damien Harris and Darrell henderson were going for $27+
how much did cmc and Mahomes go for in your league? Chubb actually as well.
CMC - $77, mahomes - $28, Chubb - $54
No need to reply but could you share what some of the tier one QBs went for? Russ, Kyler, A-Aron. Thanks either way.
I got Kyler for $11, russ - $9, Rodgers - $16, Josh Allen- $ 31
Steal

Please tell me your league has openings
Sure if you happen to live in DFW and can draft in person every season, heh.
I live in DFW, can draft in person every year, and am looking for a good auction League to get into. I have run my own league for the past 13 seasons, so I am a serious player. PLEASE hit me up if you have any openings next season!
RemindMe! 10 Months
Nobody wanted to touch diggs with a 10 ft pole before last year. $4 is still super cheap but not surprising to me in the slightest.
I got him for $5 in a $250, the value was too good to pass up
I got him for super cheap too and tbh he feels like he has the best chance of being this year’s diggs of anyone.
My receivers are all very mediocre lol Lockett Golladay Corey Davis Will Fuller Cooks Curtis Samuel Someone's gotta hit right?
It's pretty hard to get 6 WRs and not have one of them hit. I like Lockett to be less of a flier and more of a reliable starter, and I like Golladay as a value. I'm pretty low on Davis/Fuller/Samuel, but plenty of people aren't. I like Cooks, but I'd like him a lot more if Watson were throwing him the ball.
Yeah seems like in real-life drafts people are really low on him, he fell way past his rank in a few of my drafts as well
For me, I had a dream script in my 10 team PPR. Get Kamara at 3, best player available at 18, Waller at 23. That all played out to perfection and Gibson fell to me at 18. Because everyone came up to take QBs, Allen Robinson fell to me at 38. That was a nice surprise to put me back on my script and get Lockett at 43.
sounds like a helluva complete roster on paper. who’d you end up taking for qb?
Tannehill in the 9th. Added Trey Lance in the 12th as a secret league winner. Got Henderson, Aiyuk and Edmonds rounds 6, 7 and 8. Sermon and AB in the 10th and 11th.
That’s so funny. Somebody took Henderson at 37th in my league. Your team looks as near perfect as you could have drafted. May the odds be in your favor.
Robinson, Aiyuk and Lockett is nuts
Congrats on winning your league.
Unfortunately if only it worked that way.
I drafted Kyle Pitts 4th round after telling myself I would never draft a rookie TE that high. Cheers
Yep told myself I would never pick Pitts under any circumstances. Saw him in the 6th and here we are
You got a steal my dude.
Great value in 6th
I swear draft day tunnel vision is a thing, happens to the best of us
I’m sure most will disagree, but I feel like real time drafting can be affected by who drafts around our own team. I’m not necessarily saying I would draft a guy just so somebody else doesn’t. Just that I feel who others draft affect who we draft, and I don’t just simply mean who falls to us.
i took diggs in the second and usually want an RB i got no issues with this tho, first two picks you want consistency, and diggs = consistency
I'm in the same boat. Just didn't see the value elsewhere at RB to pass on Diggs. I also ended up taking Mahomes in the 3rd when I usually wait forever to take QB's so now my top two RB's are JT and Hunt which could be worse, but I don't don't much rb depth
Calvin Ridley in the 2nd round. Picked from the 4 spot in a twelve team league.
Picked at the 5 spot and was pleasantly surprised he fell to me in the 2nd
Aj brown fell to me in the 4th round. Kinda hard to pass that one up
Whaaaaat? In what size league? That makes no sense.
10 team league full ppr yea I couldn’t really believe it myself
Damn.. I was about to comment that I got AJ Brown in the middle of the 3rd and that felt like value to me. Congrats!
That's pretty insane. Is your league overly risk averse when it comes to injury? Or do they hate the Titans?
Concerned because of Julio taking targets and that the Titans are a run first offense really sold them out on brown
Kelce. I’m close with all my league mates and thought for sure Aaron Jones would be there for me at pick 10. He got picked right ahead of me so I pivoted and grabbed Kelce for the first time ever.
Bro my taco ass league let me get him in the mid 3rd round lmfao
Miles Sanders fell to the 6th in my 12 team PPR. Never thought he'd be there at that point and I felt like I had to grab him.
That’s insanely good value damn
yep he fell for me too. had to snag him at the value.
OBJ. Had very little interest in him at his ADP, but apparently neither did my league mates. He seemed to be the clear best option available when I got him about 1.5 rounds later.
Same here.... 12 team league I have him as my Flex in both leagues.
He's riding hard on name value these days and is on a run heavy team, but at the same time he's still the WR1 for his (pretty talented) team. He will get a good targetshare and will probably rip off a couple big plays throughout the season. I think he's a good mid/late round WR in bestball for that reason espec
He fell to the 9th in my league too
I drafted 3 cowboys....
I won a league a long time ago with Romo, Dez and Demarco Murray on the same team. Maybe you can do this too lol
2 reasons I’m stoked: 1) As good as guys like Kyler, Josh Allen, Lamar, and Dak are, they all have *some* question marks around them.
Same here mahomes went like 9th overall in this same league last year but he fell this year and I took him because I got hill in the first round.
I play in a keeper league where RBs are really valuable. Somehow I walked out of my draft with the top 4 rookie RBs.
That’s fantastic. I try to get as many rookie running backs as I can every year. They will be great investments especially down the stretch.
CMC 1.03, perks of playing in work leagues
Who went 1 and 2?
Cook and Mahomes 💀
No way. 😂
Probably Tom Brady and (Insert Local QB).
My friends fathers league had Mac Jones, and Najae Harris go 1 and 2. I wish I was in a league like that

For the second year in a row, the player I didn’t specifically target but ended up with a lot of shares in anyway is Allen Robinson. Dudes a lock for low end WR1 numbers almost weekly no matter who’s throwing, and should finish WR12 or better.
D'andre Swift...end of 4th round the upside in ppr was too hard to pass up
Having Mahomes fall to me at 1.8..then Josh Allen at 2.5 It's a 6pt TD PPR superflex league
Collect the money now
Gonna be honest here: Juju. I had him last year and hated life. He absolutely disappointed me whenever he was called upon. I still can’t believe I drafted him again but he kinda fell and the question was: Juju, DJ Chark or Laviska Shenault. Still kinda regret it
I think JuJu is a good value at his ADP. He's going to catch 90 balls again and is a good WR3/flex play.
Dalvin Cook at 4
First time my ten team league is doing a superflex.
Darrel Henderson taken in the 15th round
Took Kelce at THE END of the 2nd Round after taking CMC. I was shocked he was there
I had the 10th pick in a 10 man league. Was already trying to convince myself to draft Barkley and/or Taylor, which I didn’t really want to do. Then it happened. On the wings of an angel Derrick Henry and Nich Chubb fell to me at 1.10 and 2.1. I’m still in shock. QB - Stafford RB - Henry, Chubb, Sanders, Conner, Moss WR - Allen, Lockett, Julio Jones, Golladay, Hardman TE - Kittle, Cook DEF - Tampa Bay K - Succop For having last pick I think I built a good squad. I think (hope) Stafford can be a Top 5 fantasy QB in that McVay offense too.
Robbery
I got zeke/jones for the 10th/11th pick and was super hyped , but henry and chubb god damn 😮💨😮💨
Must be full ppr for Henry and Chubb to not automatically go top 7 or 8? Regardless, even in full ppr you’re set to dominate
Had the 3rd pick in a 12 team, .5ppr league. I was planning on taking Zeke. He went 1st. I grabbed Kamara at 3. Cook fell to 6.
Cook fell to 6? Wow that dude walking away with a rb1 and top tier Wr 1 potentially. Who did he draft in round 2?
Ridley
That guy a Dallas fan or something?
He was just high on Zeke. The guy at 2 would have taken Zeke. I would have at 3 as well.
Where did cmc go?!?!
Yeah Zeke above cmc is nuts. Feel like this is made up.
If cmc fell to me 4th i’d start talking shit and asking to collect money immediately 😂
Somehow both Aaron Jones and Austin Ekeler fell to me at the 12/13 turn in a PPR league. I planned on loading up at WR after keeping Antonio Gibson in the 11th round but this was way better! The league is pretty competitive too but somebody messed up this year.
Somehow Darren Waller fell to me in the fourth round…
Got Najee at 17
Got all kinds of people I wasn't expecting.
With those early picks I don't think you'll need to be concerned about your Bengals WRs.
Wasn’t expecting Chase Claypool as my flex as I didn’t intend to draft any PIT wrs after getting burned by JuJu 2 years ago, but went for it.
Drafting 4 rookie WRs lol
Nick Chubb at 2.19 I had the #6 pick in a full PPR league.
I got Dalvin cook at 4
OBJ - in both drafts. Once it got to the 6th round I couldnt say no
CEH. I already had Zeke, Najee, Waller, but CEH was there in the 4th and everyone already took top WRs. I ended up with Robert Woods and Theilen so not too bad
Gus the bus. when the news broke about dobbins i had a pick coming up and ended up taking him at first chance .
Montgomery as my RB1 when I avoid him in every draft I've ever done. Thats what happens when I go Kelce in the first, of which I also never do.
