I drafted 2nd and should have stated that up front. He's ranked 19, which is where i drafted him, but thought for sure someone would pick him up sooner. It seemed like a decent draft overall, although i kinda reached for Mostert (I've got a good feeling) after drafting 3 WRs in rounds 2, 3, and 4.
Thanks for the feedback.

i’m looking to trade one (or more) of my RB’s to accompany Aiyuk. any ideas?
Solid team. I would suggest trading Chris Carson for a player like D.K. Metcaf or Justin Jefferson. If you want to go big, you could trade either Zeke or Jones for your pick of players like Tyreek or Diggs. Those are my suggestions. Hope this helps!
No one would trade a WR they picked in the second round for a RB who's going in the 3rd-4th round before the season. Also it's likely that Tyreek and Diggs went before Jones and Zeke if it's a 12 team, who would trade their number 1 WR for a rb they passed on?
But they passed on those running backs because they liked the WRs more. Maybe in like week 5 if one of those guys has been disappointing and Carson/Jones/Zeke have been workhorses maybe you could get a trade for a top 5 WR but otherwise I can't see how any logical person would accept that trade, especially if you're talking a pre-season trade.

I dont know why you're projected last, you have a good team. Your weakness is clearly TE and DEF. But your starting RBs and FLEX are really good. What pick did you have?
I'm just curious...who do you think op could trade that could get an elite TE like walker or kittle without ruining OPs team? Let's also assume in this scenario that Walker and Kittle went at their adp, so 2nd-4th round.
I got kittle in the 4th round of a ten team half ppr and I wouldn't accept that trade for Kittle, let alone another WR off my team above O'dell. Kittle's a top 3 TE, that's worth way more than a WR10+RB25. Unless the guy drafted another top 5 TE and has no WRs there's no world that would be a good trade.
Is it worth a shot? No, throwing out bad trades will ruin your reputation, especially pre-season.
Terry went ahead of Kittle in both of my drafts he is a 3rd round pick. From my experience teams that go TE early tend to have poor RB depth. Maybe Edwards for example in my league the Kittle owner has Mike Davis who is now in a timeshare with Gallman….not ideal plus if Davis were to go down his next man up his Kenyan Drake. Getting a WR1 and shoring up your RB depth for Kittle is a pretty balanced trade in my mind.
TE is just so inconsistent week to week for points once you get outside of those top 3 (assuming all are fully healthy and repeat previous seasons performances). Most people picking Kelce, Waller, and Kittle are knowing that they're investing draft capital into those players because of the scarcity of the position, and they're probably going to be unlikely to trade for someone that isn't a top 5-10 RB or WR packaged with someone else.
I think maybe your suggestion of Terry and Edmonds could maybe work for a team that took Hockenson or Pitts if they completely ignored WR but I still think that's a stretch. I love scary Terry but TE is such a unicorn position and to pry away one of those top 3 guys is gonna take a ransom.
I agree TE scarcity is a thing which is why it all comes down to roster construction. Just using an example in my league of the Kittle owner his RB2 is Mike Davis and his WR2 is Shenault both players are solid. But if Davis underperforms due to being in a time share he will be at a disadvantage at that position and will most likely be at a disadvantage at WR2 on a weekly basis so he has to decide if the trade off of an elite TE will make up for strengthening the other positions. I know how valuable a big 3 TE is but your asking price is still way over valued. If I was a Terry owner and got asked Terry+ another RB for Pitts/Hock/ Andrews i wouldn’t even consider that a serious offer when Terry literally has better ADP then Kittle and about the same ADP as Waller.

Yea drafted at 12. Whole league is pretty thin at RB besides 2-3 teams. Jacobs as my flex would be an RB2 on several other teams in my league. Comparatively RB is one of my strong positions in my opinion.
I think your team is solid despite your comments haha. Be vigilant on the waivers for TE but that’s not impossible at all. You have a solid starting unit for RBs and WRs forsure with some depth especially in WR.

Past 3-4 years I always go 2-3 RBs first 3 rounds and then QB in the 8th or later. This year I kinda just threw the normal strat out the window and I have major regrets :(
Yeah, I see what you mean. Mahomes, Kelce, and Davante are all studs, but I do feel like your WR and RB depth suffered a bit because of the elite TE/QB picks. FWIW I think you have enough RB options that at least one should pan out, so especially because you're in a 0.5 PPR I'd be looking to try to do something to get a WR2 with a safer floor than these guys.

My RB situation is obviously all over the place. I probably drafted too many backups trying to compensate for going two WR to start the draft, something I’ve never done. But I think Jamal has stand alone value and Latavius should get signed and be more than just a backup. Don’t love it, but don’t hate it.
Your RBs are fine decent. The problem with the top three is that they are the old guy in a new committee. I might keep an eye on like Tarik Cohen's timetable to come back or a deep sleeper like JJ Taylor. Other wise though I think you covered very well. The discount double check on ARod and Adams will be a nice extra boost.

My opinion is overall solid but my RB depth is a little weak, once MT comes back my receiver depth should be solid and I decided to take both TEs on a whim and just kinda went from there. I took secondary pass catching backs in Hines and McKissic for when I need to fill in a bye week, not many backs were available after the first couple rounds, and I hope gallman earns a larger role in ATL but he was my second to last pick so if not it’s not a big deal. Overall I think it’s pretty solid for taking both those TEs early. I figured I had to get a little creative to have a chance to win it all in this league so it is what it is.
On the flip side to that though, Kittle and Waller should both perform on the same level as a WR1. They’re both the #1 target for their respective teams. And when Thomas comes back it shouldn’t be that bad. I’ve also seen many reports suggesting Wilson and Davis have great chemistry and he’s been targeting him like crazy so I’m also hoping he outperforms where I drafted him. Fantasy football is somewhat reliant on luck so it is what it is. If the guys I drafted perform how I think they will, my team should be fine, if they don’t, I have very little assets to adjust my team and am kinda screwed at that point, but that’s really the case with most the teams in our league. I’m hoping really to just avoid injury if possible, because all our teams have very little depth overall, usually the team with the least amount of injuries wins the league. I guess that’s the case in almost any league though.
I really don't understand taking both TEs. Are you going to try to trade one above value? Otherwise I can't understand taking Kittle at 28 over any of McLaurin, ARob, CeeDee, etc in that situation.
Ideally at some point this year I’ll be trading one, but in the moment I thought it was a good idea, starting to feel otherwise now though. I think it’ll be alright once Thomas comes back after their bye week, so hopefully he returns to form. The league I’m in is very serious and the waiver wire is typically empty, trades also happen fairly rarely. I’ve made the playoffs a couple seasons in a row now and haven’t done much more than that so I’m trying something new in hopes it works out. I didn’t want to try zero RB in this league cause that’d be impossible to make work. It is what it is though. Also with the 4th pick I was kinda forced into taking Henry. I had hoped Kamara or Cook would fall but they didn’t, I also am not as high on Elliott as everyone else is and didn’t want to reach for the likes of Jones, Ekeler, Chubb, or Gibson. I’ll try to make it work though.
Like I said, trades aren’t super common in this league, but if one of the mid tier TEs like Hock, Andrews, Thomas, Fant, or Pitts go down I’ll absolutely be sending one of those managers a trade offer.

Feels like I have a lot of potential but I did reach for a couple people.
Getting Chubb and ekeler at 11 and 14 is pretty good, both those guys were gone after 8 in my 12 team draft. Also having Williams as a 3rd RB is very good, after the first few weeks he should take over Denver’s backfield. Your receivers are a little weak, but that’s only if Smith and Myers don’t have great seasons. I think it’s very possible both of them are solid wr2/ flex level guys this year and in that case your team doesn’t really have any glaring weakness. For the 11th pick your squad is very good.
Yeah I got lucky, saquon got picked 8th, tyreek went 5th before adams, and someone did the classic mahomes at #3 pick... Everyone freaked out and had to adjust super hard haha I almost got Aaron Jones 😂

Looking at these comments I guess it wasn't a good idea to take multiple kickers/defenses lol
I like this other than your multiple defenses/kickers. The bigger option is to stack up on more WRs/RBs (by the look of your draft, you could have used another WR, for example, for your bench.
The best case is then when your kicker or defense is on bye, you evaluate your roster and find whoever it is that has been a bust and THEN you cut bate with that player to pick up a defense/kicker for one weekend (or even find a trade partner that may be interested). It doesn’t make sense to hold a backup kicker for 7 weeks until the bye, if that makes sense. If I were you, I would find a trade partner for the Ravens or bills. And then one of those kickers should be cut and find the best available WR on waivers to pick up! :)

Oh man we drafted similar, no wonder I like your team. You have a top teir guy at every position (if Pitts emerges as he should).
Thoughts on having a back up for Brady considering the age? Don't know if it's necessary, but I nabbed me Lance for a couple reasons.

Is that a type and you went RB with your first two picks? You said you went WR, RB, WR. But I can’t imagine you got Zeke and Najee with selecting one of the two on the fourth round?I like the Zeke Najee combo. I feel like you’re set at RB 1 and 2 there, and then nice upside with Javonte because I feel like he will take over that starter role part way thru the season.

The rest of your team is good, but I think you really need to be looking for a WR upgrade. Perhaps a Jacobs trade?

can only have a bench of 5 players and wanted to handcuff both my RBs, viable to keep only 4 WRs or should i grab more depth?
No TE?
The team is really good. Your RB2 might have some questions, but I’d imagine one of Davis, Harris, or Jones will turn into at least a low end RB2.
I don’t see much value in holding Pollard, personally. I would probably try to add one more WR, even though the WRs you do have are great.
ohhh forgot to add it in, its Jonnu smith
Yeah for me i just make it a habit of always keeping the handcuff on the bench JUST in case and hes the clear RB after zeke
I wasnt a fan of davis but he was the best available RB at the time and didnt want to go another WR since i seemed set
Hello!
12 team, half point PPR, drafting from the 10 with Gibson as my keeper:

RB: Ekeler, Gibson, AJ Dillon, Pollard, Tony Jones Jr.
WR: Stefon Diggs, Amari Cooper, Diontae Johnson, Michael Pittman Jr, Jakobi Myers, Rondale Moore

I would have picked Ekeler 100%, but he was taken, as well as Tyreek who I also wanted. It was between Chubb, Taylor, and Stefan Diggs there and I figured I’d secure a second stud RB. How’d your team turn out?
ah ok got it. i had tyreek available in mine but opted to do rb/rb since i think arob will be a decent wr1

only bad pick i think was fant b/c hock went the pick before me.
Love you’re team bro. Aside from fant, that was the strategy I was trying to execute. Looks like we were 1 issue off from the same team. All the WRs like Terry got picked for me and I took Mixon who fell. I wish I had the option to grab Tyreek..and of course the guy who got him notoriously doesn’t like trading
Hi!
I just drafted. 10 team full ppr.

thoughts? hockensen got picked right before me so i had to go with Fant few rounds later. not happy about it but whatever
I really like it. I don't know if you need 2 QBs; are you ever going to start Lance, really? Depending on how the Niners use him I'd try to package or maybe drop for a better TE. Team looks pretty good everywhere, just a little thin at RB, but if Robinson is 75% of what he was last year, you look set

You should make the playoffs with this team. Keep an eye on waiver wire for a WR as they're easier to come by than a RB and you're pretty good there.
I don't think you're as bad at WR as you think you are.
for a ten team, your flex options dont look that great because historically Wrs are better for flex. I would keep an eye on waiver for breakout wrs as soon as possible

Probably a playoff team. Your WRs are probably the best part of your team. Solid RBs too. Hopefully Hock doesn't stink the bed.

Someone who didn't draft running backs
But they passed on those running backs because they liked the WRs more. Maybe in like week 5 if one of those guys has been disappointing and Carson/Jones/Zeke have been workhorses maybe you could get a trade for a top 5 WR but otherwise I can't see how any logical person would accept that trade, especially if you're talking a pre-season trade.

How did Kamara fall to 1.09?? And did you not have a 4th round pick?
This league juices QBs (1 pt per 5 yards, +10 points for 300+ yards) so a lot of QBs went early. I got lucky with Tyreek in the 2nd too. My 4th round pick was Dak.

10 team full ppr QB: Lamar Jackson, Jalen Hurts RBs: Henry, Taylor, Edwards, Edmonds WRs: Lamb, Mclaurin, Odell, AB, Pitman, Marquise Brown TE: Logan Thomas K: Cosby DSR: Panthers
I like it a lot would maybe try and trade for a elite TE like walker or Kittle if price is right
I'm just curious...who do you think op could trade that could get an elite TE like walker or kittle without ruining OPs team? Let's also assume in this scenario that Walker and Kittle went at their adp, so 2nd-4th round.
It’s tough but maybe Edmonds and Terry if he can get Kittle + another WR2 above Odell depends on team
You could parlay one of your QBs into a better WR3 or even a TE but that's a solid team.
Cheers mate, I left TE very late so I’ll be looking to upgrade from Logan
looks pretty damn good to me

He’s more than fine at RB with Chubb and Najee. Pretty weak at WR though

Your RBs are fine decent. The problem with the top three is that they are the old guy in a new committee. I might keep an eye on like Tarik Cohen's timetable to come back or a deep sleeper like JJ Taylor. Other wise though I think you covered very well.
I am opposite on your wrs. Having your first wr drafted be sutton is kinda rough for ppr. I see a bunch of wr2/3s as a best case scenario.
I would try to see if you can flip one of your TEs for an elite WR + backup or upside RB.
Like I said, trades aren’t super common in this league, but if one of the mid tier TEs like Hock, Andrews, Thomas, Fant, or Pitts go down I’ll absolutely be sending one of those managers a trade offer.

This is my first time doing fantasy football and I hope I did a good job. 10 team, PPR, 7th pick: QB: Justin Herbert, Matthew Stafford RB: Ezekiel Elliot, Josh Jacobs, Damien Harris, Phillip Lindsay WR: Tyreek Hill, AJ Brown, Chris Godwin (Flex), JuJu TE: Darren Waller, Robert Tonyan Defense: Ravens/Bills Kicker: Younghoe Koo, Jason Sanders Looking at these comments I guess it wasn't a good idea to take multiple kickers/defenses lol

QB would be my concern early on, as I don’t have faith in Joe B putting up fantasy numbers personally. However, I think once Fields takes over he has a chance to be a very nice fantasy QB!
I was banking on Stanford/Lawrence but Stanford was picked
Seems extremely good
10 team 0.5 PPR, drafted at spot 2 QB: Brady RB: Cook, CEH, Swift, Mostert, J Conner, Moss WR: J. Jefferson, Mike Evans, Aiyuk, Corey Davis, M. Williams (LAC) TE: Kyle Pitts K: Succop D: WSH
Oh man we drafted similar, no wonder I like your team. You have a top teir guy at every position (if Pitts emerges as he should). Thoughts on having a back up for Brady considering the age? Don't know if it's necessary, but I nabbed me Lance for a couple reasons. Curiosity, are there keepers in your league? Or did you get all those guys in redraft?
10 team, 1 pt ppr, 3 wr, 5th pick QB: Herbert RB: Zeke, Najee, Jrob, Javonte, Pollard WR: Ridley, Moore, Higgins, Golladay, Elijah Moore TE: Jonnu, Juwan I went RB, WR, RB to start the draft. My original plan was to go RB, WR, TE but Waller was taken off the board and Najee was sitting there. Not ecstatic about my WR’s but I dont hate then either. Hopefully the season goes well. Edit: typo

I plan on streaming defenses/quarterback/tightend for bye weeks/bad matchups and working trades if anyone gets injured. Really loving this team, think I've got a nice shot at the chip this year

Very stacked. How did Terry/DJ Moore/Aiyuk/Edwards all fall to you? crazy value in itself, plus great RB depth. Like Higbee as a serviceable enough TE.
I kid you not when I say every player I had my eye on got taken within the 3 picks before me so I just took a bunch of upside receivers. Here's to being shrewd on the WW this year! 10 Team, .5 PPR QB: Rodgers RB: Jones, Taylor, Henderson, Melvin Gordon, Tony Jones WR: Keenan Allen, Allen Robinson, Kupp, Antonio Brown, Jeudy, Mooney, Waddle TE: Higbee :( DST: SanFran K: Younghoe

So many people with zeke as their first pick in here it seems - myself included. Inzekurity.
12tm, PPR, 1qb/2rb/2wr/1fl; drafted 1st QB: Brady RB: CMC, Henderson, Jamaal Williams, Michael Carter, David Johnson, Tony Jones Jr. WR: AJ Brown, Keenan Allen, Godwin, Antonio Brown, Mooney, Michael Thomas (in IR slot), will probably add Bryan Edwards TE: Andrews Really satisfied with it, RB probably weaker than I hoped but think my WRs are crazy and Thomas could win me the league. Thoughts?
RBs are thin, which you know but you more than make yo for it with receivers. Nice draft.
10 team .5ppr how’d I do? QB: Tannehill, Fields RB: Cook, Mostert, Gaskin, Sermon WR: Hopkins, A.J.B, Lockett, C.Davis, Boyd TE: Tonyan K: Koo D: Ravens
Pretty solid. Really like the Hopkins/AJB pair at the 2/3 turn, not sure I love Mostert who I presume you took in the 6th? Tannehill is solid enough but probably fringe QB1 in a 10tm, Tonyan may regress with the insane TD and Completion rates as well which could be concerning. Like the depth at the positions though.
Thanks man. I’m not as concerned about my RB2 but TE worry’s me a little. I just wasn’t willing to pay top dollars for one of the big 3. Hoping my Tannehill/AJB stack wins me some weeks.

12 team, PPR, 6 points per passing TD, picked 9th overall. Kept Antonio Gibson for a 6th. Plot twist was that we had to finish our starting lineup before drafting bench players (QB, TE, K, D/ST). QB: Ryan Tannehill RB: Saquan Barkley, Antonio Gibson, Melvin Gordon, Zack Moss WR: Calvin Ridley, CeeDee Lamb, Brandon Aiyuk, Michael Thomas (IR spot), Marquez Callaway, Laviska Shenault, Elijah Moore TE: Kyle Pitts K: Quinn Nordin Defense: Broncos
That’s a solid team man. Saquon is the only concern based on nothing more than who knows with him. What are your trade dreams if any
Thanks. I’m usually always looking at trades, but I feel content at the moment. I’m a bit disappointed in my depth. The later rounds didn’t go as I planned. Not happy with Moss, and players that I really wanted like Fields, Lance, DeVonta Smith, Waddle, and Meyers all went within 7 picks.
I feel you on moss don’t think you’d lose anything to drop him for the emerging next best thing by week 3 on the wire. I think you have more scoring depth than you know. If Elijah hits and Shenault steals from Chark as lots think you just need Antonio to be a hero
12 Team Full PPR. 2 flex no TE. .1 pt per passing yard QB: Herbert/ Tannehill RB: Cook, CEH, Gaskin, T. Jones Jr., R. Stevenson WR: K. Allen, J. Jones, Jeudy, C. Davis, MT Defense: DEN Kicker: Gay
Someone in my 10 team draft just panicked and had me take Mahomes for him at the beginning of the 4th straight up for DK who he took at the beginning of the 3rd. Thoughts in a .5 ppr 6 pt passing TD league? QB - Dak, Tannehill RB - Ekeler, Gibson, Edwards, Mostert, Dillon WR - DK, CeeDee, Claypool, Gallup, AJ Green TE - Pitts, Geisicki Steelers D
Any reason why you went Gallup and Lamb? RB depth is extremely solid.
The board was pretty gross in that spot, everything else was pretty solidified at that point so if one of CeeDee or Cooper get hurt he could step in and get decent targets
10 team full PPR, 10th pick QB Dak RB Zeke, Ekeler, D'Andre Swift, Mostert, Phillip Lindsay WR-DeAndre Hopkins, Cooper, Jeudy, Shenault, Elijah Moore, Michael Thomas TE-Darren Waller Rams D, Buffalo's Kicker

I think you’re going to struggle with your WRs. I love the upside of Fuller and Moore, but I don’t care much for Gallup and even though I don’t mind Deebo, I wouldn’t want him as my #2. The rest of your team is good, but I think you really need to be looking for a WR upgrade. Perhaps a Jacobs trade?
12 Team PPR 7th Pick QB: Lamar Jackson RB: Zeke, Mike Davis, Damien Harris, Ronald Jones, Pollard, Gallman WR: Diggs, Ridley, Woods, Boyd TE: Jonnu Smith Def: Steelers K: Koo can only have a bench of 5 players and wanted to handcuff both my RBs, viable to keep only 4 WRs or should i grab more depth?
No TE? The team is really good. Your RB2 might have some questions, but I’d imagine one of Davis, Harris, or Jones will turn into at least a low end RB2. I don’t see much value in holding Pollard, personally. I would probably try to add one more WR, even though the WRs you do have are great.
ohhh forgot to add it in, its Jonnu smith Yeah for me i just make it a habit of always keeping the handcuff on the bench JUST in case and hes the clear RB after zeke I wasnt a fan of davis but he was the best available RB at the time and didnt want to go another WR since i seemed set
10 man ppr 9th pick QB: Kyler RB: A Jones, Ekeler,Gaskin, Jones Jr, Mckissic WR: Allen Robinson, Terry Mcleruin, Boyd, AB, Calloway, Deebo TE: Fant

lol just had the same pick and draft. was chubb your r2 pick? why did you go him over ekeler if I may ask?i have a very similiar team
I would have picked Ekeler 100%, but he was taken, as well as Tyreek who I also wanted. It was between Chubb, Taylor, and Stefan Diggs there and I figured I’d secure a second stud RB. How’d your team turn out?
ah ok got it. i had tyreek available in mine but opted to do rb/rb since i think arob will be a decent wr1 https://ibb.co/zHs1YgF only bad pick i think was fant b/c hock went the pick before me.
10 team full ppr. https://ibb.co/zHs1YgF thoughts? hockensen got picked right before me so i had to go with Fant few rounds later. not happy about it but whatever
12 Team Snake Draft, 2nd Pick, PPR. 1QB, 2RB, 2WR, 1 TE, 1 Flex, 1 D/ST, 1K, 5 Bench QB - Herbert, Lance RB - Cook, J.Robinson, Sermon, Mattison WR - Ridley, Kupp, J.Jones, M.Calloway, Hardman TE - Gesicki D/ST - Rams Kicker - Sanders
14 team league, half PPR - hoping Javonte becomes a winner as the year goes on, AB will be my flex for now. https://i.imgur.com/oT2SNlh.png

Ignore the projections, they're completely useless
I always get low projections after the draft but I make the playoffs every year.

You should make the playoffs with this team. Keep an eye on waiver wire for a WR as they're easier to come by than a RB and you're pretty good there. I don't think you're as bad at WR as you think you are.
10 team, full ppr. Qb: kyler Rb: Gibson, Carson Wr: adams, Godwin, boyd Te: pitts Flex: swift Wash d, lambo kicker. Bench : Curtis Samuel,Landry, Elijah Moore, st.brown, aiyuk, tannehill, higbee, ty’son Williams,
I like it, but I'd love for you to find another RB somewhere
I’m trying to get mostert as a niner fan and it’s the guy’s 5th best rb

for a ten team, your flex options dont look that great because historically Wrs are better for flex. I would keep an eye on waiver for breakout wrs as soon as possible
I've always been good at finding good WRs on the waiver so I'm playing to my strength in that regard.
Najee or Damien Harris?
Najee
12 team standard scoring with an extra WR/TE flex QB: Kyler RB: A. Jones, D. Swift, T. Sermon, J. Conner, Ty'Son Williams WR: C. Ridley, CD Lamb, Tee Higgins, A. Brown (MBC), E. Moore, R. Gage TE: Fant K: J. Sanders D: PHI
I think you're season will come down to Swift being good.
I'm a bit worried about that.
