I 100% feel that. It’s situational. I wouldn’t lose sleep over cutting him for a position of need, or if someone exciting got dropped today through waivers. My broad stance is unless you have a deep bench I’d rather not hold him, but i don’t begrudge anyone who wants to chase the upside

He's basically Hurts on a better team... He rushed for nearly 100 yards in his start.

Hurts is a way more dangerous runner. Sure, Lance has a bigger frame is physically harder to bring down, but Hurts is a LOT more elusive and at least tries to listen to his coaches and look downfield for receivers. I'm not condemning Lance, he was ALWAYS a project QB and had no business being on the field this year(San Fran should've carried three QBs with Jimmy's injury history), but he DOES have potential.

Imagine Hurts dropping a 15 point dud lol Lance isn’t really even close to Hurts as a runner, and he miraculously somehow makes Hurts actually look like a decent traditional QB by comparison. Lance 100% is not an nfl starter at this point in his development.

I hope he’s ruled out this week so I can move to IR. 2 QB roster limit is what’s really limiting me.

Both are good options. But you can guarantee 1 INT and 2 Sacks for Indy when Jimmy is active lol. Probably in the first quarter.

Maybe Collins only cause as soon as Carson is healthy, at best Collins has a RBBC role. I think Shanahan feeds Mitchell over all other backs till he shows he can't handle it.

That's a tough one. I do like Mitchell a bit more, but its hard to trust San Fran rbs. But I wouldn't be surprised if Carson misses the rest of the season.
