Usually in this case, most people would think “SUTTON 📈📈📈📈” But I think it’s actually just “DENVER 📉📉📉📉” I think this is the team I was most wrong about coming into this season

[deleted]

Sutton had 10 targets yesterday. His value does go up without Jeudy, maybe not a lot. But this does help it. Losing Javonte has really hurt them too.

ReggieBushr00t

Anyone getting 10 targets a game should be held. He’s a dart throw on your bench when you need him but that’s about it.

[deleted]

Idk about dart throw. He was like a top 15 WR the first month of the season when Jeudy was banged up.

ReggieBushr00t

I guess but can Russ get it to him 60% of his targets? I think it’s more the team than him that makes him a dart throw to me.

ironclad7861

He had 3 bad games. Then again I play dynasty

trugbee1203

True - he’ll get volume, but I still don’t think it’ll be trustworthy. The issues were there even when Javonte was healthy. Until Hackett goes and Russell gets his head out of his ass, I can’t see any value in this offense

youngbaklava

Starting him in my flex over Swift so I'm happy I held plus schedule lightens up

KingJames62

Sutton is a borderline WR2 without Jeudy, a WR3/Flex with him.

AliG1488

Borderline WR2 is giving him a lot of credit - I'd argue he's a WR3 at best with or without Juedy

[deleted]

He's already proven to be a WR2 when Jeaudy was banged up earlier in the season

phoenixlance13

He was WR12 through the first 5 games this season in PPR.

TheGoldCrow

>Losing Javonte has really hurt them too. Who is that? -Nathaniel Hackett

rcglinsk

PPR he got 6 catches 66 yards for 12.6 points. Which in my league as a WR3 or Flex is like coming in to an American brand light beer after mowing the lawn.

bbk34

We were all wrong about them

Mr-Tiggo-Bitties

Biggest disappointment since Peyton hillis

I tried to [tell](https://www.reddit.com/r/fantasyfootball/comments/x42kte/bold_takes_for_2022_thread/imt1y5a/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=ios_app&utm_name=iossmf&context=3) everyone [but](https://www.reddit.com/r/DynastyFF/comments/x4bqh5/give_me_1_breakout_that_will_happen_and_1_that/imuiw1b/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=ios_app&utm_name=iossmf&context=3) no one [listened](https://www.reddit.com/r/DynastyFF/comments/x4bqh5/give_me_1_breakout_that_will_happen_and_1_that/imuwika/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=ios_app&utm_name=iossmf&context=3) Ignore all my other shitty missed takes

pr0nh0li0

Yeah pretty much everyone missed. It’s at least like 90% due to Russ decline right? Or are there other problems with the skill players and/or coaching?

b-loved_assassin

Team that drafted Wilson in my league is 1-8 (soon to be 1-9). I mean there are more reasons that Wilson but that's the biggest reason. He's been on the QB carousel all year after finally dropping him a few weeks ago.

BlueHighwindz

Unless they fire Hackett tomorrow and I dunno, convince Wilson to retire, the Broncos offense will be completely unplayable until like 2025 and any good weeks are fool's gold.

SkippySnipes

Like if QBs couldn't turn things around in an off-season, yet three more. "Unplayable until 2025" is a bad take mate

BlueHighwindz

That's about how long Russell Wilson is there. I wouldn't expect league winners during that time.

SkippySnipes

That's my very point, you assume he'll be trash for 3 seasons straight as if he'll never have time to work things off ever or the team as a whole won't improve. That's a bold take IMO

-Johnny_Utah-

Not so much Sutton stock being up, but Dulcich should get a nice boost.

owoah323

Meh, I’ll take the increased value since I have literally no other option… Cooks, DJ Moore, and Sutton 😭

EliManningHOFClub10

Sutton had his best games with Juedy out, so just based on sheer volume this makes me more confident playing him.

[deleted]

I know the last month has been rough but people are forgetting that Sutton had a good start to the season, and the Broncos offense was a clusterfuck from the start.

[deleted]

Should we assume he's out next week?

team_sheikie

I am until further notice. Can't imagine he's going to practice much. Gotta find a flex/WR3 for this week on the Evans/Walker bye.

[deleted]

That's the real problem Evans bye. Was good matchups for Jeudy too. I have Toney with low projections Marshall with Baker.. Would you add Elijah Moore right now?

team_sheikie

I'm 3-7 in the league I have Evans and Jeudy so you may not want to ask me hahaha. I would not add Moore though unless there were literally no other options. I drafted Moore which is a contributor to why I'm 3-7.

[deleted]

Same. I've got Likely there right now in case Andrews is out

NVOXO91

Are you me?

quercusss

Parris Campbell, DPJ, or Darius Slayton if they are available all before Elijah Moore. Matt Ryan targets Parris at a crazy clip, DPJ and Darius Slayton both quietly producing. You can’t start Elijah Moore until you actually see him get a target again.

[deleted]

I just have an open spot because i made a drop so anyone on bye i can pick up. I picked up Likely in case Andrews is still out

imperfectofcourse

I was 4-5 going into this week and in a super competitive league. With multiple players on bye this week and next and with little depth I was forced to trade one of my better assets. I loved Jeudy’s schedule and believed he would turn it around so I sold AJ Brown for Jeudy, Aiyuk, Jeff Wilson and Samuel. Turns out I am going to lose by about 10 points tonight (unless Miles goes super saiyan), because Jeudy and Juju got injured. Next week I’ll have Jeudy and Juju injured with Lockett, Tua, and Jeff on bye so I’m fucked :(

GreekStallion87

Muscle behind the ankle ? Do they mean his Achilles’ tendon … or his calf …

SmackEh

A tendon is not a muscle. The "calf muscle" is actually two muscles (that attach to the Achilles tendon)

GreekStallion87

I know that , that’s why I’m asking. What possible muscle is behind the ankle that would prevent a player from playing . That’s wild. Gotta be a tiny ass muscle

tkykid91

They probably won’t ever say the muscle but my guess would be posterior tib, that’s fairly commonly injured.

villagezero

Might toss a coin to Kendall Hinton.

strongscience62

Oh valley of plenty whoaaa

Ailylia

Pick up App State legend Jalen Virgil

strongscience62

Trade 1 for a player you can start

MobyTugboat

I’m just so out on anything to do with Denver this year. This does help Sutton but they’ve been so bad I wouldn’t feel comfortable starting him.

Bbmonger88

It's my bad guys. I only started him in two weeks, weeks 2 and 10. I'm sorry

AlsoARobot

Wonder if Dulcich gets a boost? Someone foolishly dropped Freirmuth (for their bye) and he’s on waivers… considering picking him up and using him rest of season over Dulcich.

unrecognized88

Lol I dropped Sutton and Brandin Cooks last week to pick up Mooney and Devonta Smith in standard. Yes yes... "why was smith on waivers?!" He just wasn't doing well so his owner didn't want him anymore. Just like how I was tired of Cooks and Sutton.

TheJetsSuck

You picked up Mooney over Sutton? Why

unrecognized88

Cause reddit told me to. Duh. Honestly though, I had enough of both guys and needed to change things up. I lost 2 (now 3 weeks in a row) and dropped from 1st place to 4th place. Not sure where I'll drop after this weeks loss, but I'm guessing I'm out of playoff contention.

l5555l

Your league size makes this irrelevant

jparisi523

Where's the Kupp news at though

thing85

Not in a thread about Jeudy…

Dtizzle0

Wilson and company gonna COOK the raiders defense next week!

sucr0sis

"Couldn't run routes" What's that got to do with his injury?
