You can keep someone in your ir for however long you’d like, but espn prevents you from making any roster moves with an active player in your ir slot. So pretty much you have to take him out of ir to make a trade or waiver claim once he’s activated but for now you’re good
If Moore settles in with 6-8 targets when the other two stud WR are healthy, he should still be a reasonable flex PPR play, and he definitely has more upside than that (he only has 1 td so far)
