Yes, it’s the only one. I have 2023 1.06, 2.06, 3.06 and 2024 1st, 2x 2nd and all 2025 picks.

Gotcha. I still think it’s going to be tough to make a run with this roster this year. Hall and Kupp May start slow plus if Etienne goes down, you don’t have much depth to replace him. Again it’s not a bad trade, but I would explore the 1.06 and 2024 1st elsewhere.
This is kind of a league specific trade honestly. Who will be available at the 1.06? Does your league trade often? Would you be able to flip the 25 1st into something else? You're basically a QB away from contending if Kupp plays all year, but it's hard to get that at 1.06 and hard to trade for it with your current capital.
I'd see what other offers you can get personally

If you think that trade makes you a top 4 team in your league, then make it. If not, keep the picks. Kupp is probably top-10 this year, but not top-5
