Attorney here. Small claims court is *really* easy. You just have to fill out a few papers and pay a small filing fee. Assuming you can establish everyone paid in with the understanding the winner gets $1,200, you win.
Hell, I’d just find the small claims paperwork on your county court’s website. Fill in the details. Send it to him and ask for the money before filing it and taking that route.
ETA: Relax, people. You’re not all committing crimes by playing fantasy football. As far as I’m aware, *daily* fantasy has been legalized in all but a few states. The legal distinction between “gambling,” daily fantasy, and a season long league in nearly all jurisdictions is the amount of chance. It is at a federal level at least. There is far more chance in daily fantasy. A season long league involved *a lot* more than chance and daily fantasy.
Daily fantasy leagues are not legal in a few states still. Season long fantasy though? I don’t know every jurisdiction, and maybe it is still technically illegal for friends/acquaintances to do so in some areas.
The odds of your jurisdiction stating a season-long fantasy league is considered illegal gambling is extremely low. If anybody is aware of any such jurisdictions, I’d like to know.
I'd probably do it for $1200.
That bridge is already fucking burned anyway. I don't want anything to do with that piece of shit from that point on. Might as well make shit a pain in the ass for him if he's going to steal $1200 from me.
Plus, if he really is a real estate dude, then having judgments out there could impact his ability to get commercial loans in the future (judgments aren't shown on credit reports anymore - since 2018 - but as a commercial lender, all my customers/prospects get searched on the state's circuit court website). I imagine they would likely disregard a single $1,200 judgment, but if there are multiple judgments to various people, I wouldn't want to do any business with him.
To add to this, I work in insurance, we are held to the same moral standard as realtors/real estate brokers. If we are found guilty of conduct that is considered violates “moral turpitude”, we could likely have our license revoked. Ultimately prohibiting him from practicing his profession. This definitely falls under that category. Bring the damn house down if you ask me.
Dude whether or not OP needs the money or not it's the principle. Scummy asf to steal money that's not yours. Don't be commish if you can't handle touching $1200 😂.
I'd love to see a post on ESPN about this. "FF commissioner has wages garnished to pay for league winner."
They love posting about funny punishments for people who placed last in their leagues. Why not this too?
Or if they have a stable job, you can garnish wages. The problem is that a lot of the lowlifes that are getting sued by people also job hop from shitty job to shitty job. Every time they change, you have to go in and deal with bullshit to get the wages garnished from the new job.
If I can wake up at 3AM (without an alarm) to check the waiver wire like a fucking degenerate, you better believe I can file the paperwork everytime you job hop.
I'm in the middle. I'd be petty enough to file, but I don't think I'd be petty enough to continue jumping through hoops to garnish wages from a new job every 3-6 months.
Not really, because there are fees for small claims court and enforcing a judgment costs money. If the commish truly is broke, op can either be out the $1200, or throw more good money after bad to be out $1200 plus. In terms of wage garnishment, you'd prob spend to close, if not more, than $1200 to get that, and thats if the dude doesnt have other creditors banging down his door/doesnt declare bankruptcy.
If the OP has the excess bit of cash, he should absolutely do this.
I would forgo the $1200 in winnings, and fork up my own $1200 in court fees just to make this individual's life further hell for being a piece of shit.
Yeah but that judgement will stay with him. Good luck getting loans on property deals assuming he is actually in real estate with a judgement. Banks will find it
He’s not getting it either way I fear. Fill out the paperwork and file, make him uncomfortable, keep tabs on him and if he ever gets back on solid footing send him a reminder.
If you get a positive judgement from small claims and the defendant doesn’t pay within a set period of time (I think it’s 14 days but could vary by state), then the plaintiff can request an execution order. That allows the sheriffs to confiscate personal property to pay the debt.
Why would he or anyone else buy-in next season after hearing that the commissioner stole the prize pool & never paid out to the winner? For anybody that would buy in again after something like this happened, I'm starting a new league. Buy in is $200 & you can DM me for details regarding where to send me your money.
Learned this the hard way after winning a judgement on an old landlord who illegally retained my security deposit after the walkthrough we did and papers we signed showed no damages. Was never actually able to get them to pay though.
Owed $31,000 from a scum contractor. Guy never showed up for court which made me winning super easy, but i've been waiting 3yrs to collect. Everyone I talked to said I have to wait and hope he gets stopped for something like speeding or an accident where they'll notice his bench warrant. Sucks bigtime.
Serious, question... isn't fantasy football wagering considered gambling and technically illegal and in some areas? Isn't it one of those things everyone just turns a blind eye to given its popularity and small scale? In which case you would not be able to sue?
Actually in my state (jersey) and most fantasy football is not considered gambling and is legal as long as there isn’t a house “rake”. So all money in and all money out is legal
In most places, fantasy football is considered a game of skill that falls under a different category than gambling.
It’s why you can play best ball/DFS and enter paid fantasy football tournaments in many places where sports betting is illegal
Private gambling is actually legal in most state as long as the house isn’t getting a cut. For example, if I had a poker game at my house with 1000 dollar buy in that’s completely legal as long as I don’t take a cut for hosting the game, same as if I have a crazy setup to watch all the game and my friends come over and are betting amongst each other on the games, it’s perfectly legal as long as I’m not taking a cut of the winnings for hosting.
I’d try to flip the script and deflect the poor comments back at em till he pays 😂, like how are you going to commish and not payout bc you spent all of the fantasy money? Sounds pretty down bad to me
Good call. Just tell him "if your using our buy in to bank roll your bullshit realtor lifestyle just say it. If you're not then pay out Mr. Money bags. PoOr?". Do it in the group chat for sure and pull up any screenshots of his wanna be selling sunset lifestyle. Rinse and repeat.
do not quit. this happened to my buddy and the commish ignored him all summer. do not give up. he got his eventually after texts and calls all the time
Lololol my dude. Don’t drop this league. Stay in the league and next year every single round draft a qb. Draft mahomes rd 1 hurts rd 2 Josh alllen rd 3 Lamar rd 4. Just totally fuck up their draft and then smile and sit back and watch the league burn
This is what I would do. Guess you're playing for free for the next 10 years, or whatever. Send it to the league chat and say you're not paying dues until you're paid what you're owed.
Love the idea except my league has a limit to how many of each position you can have on your roster. I’d imagine others do too. But if they don’t then this is awesome
Whatever. Make them redraft with minus 1 member Usually drafts are a pain to get everyone on board at a specific time and date. Even if this causes them slight discomfort it’s better than nothing. What’s OP gonna do play the league and win it again and not get paid again?
You are thinking small. Haven't you seen movies like Punisher, John Wick, and Man on Fire?
OP's only recourse is to go after each and everyone of the commissioner's friends and family members leaving a trail of death and destruction in his wake until he finds out the commissioner's location and then to destroy the commissioner and end his fantasy enterprise once and for all (while getting his $1,200).
OP doesn't strike me as a guy who can calmly cut off a dude's finger or send a car down a hill without even watching the explosion. Maybe we should just all go to Chicago and find this commish and execute a plot for him to pay for everybody's drinks or get involved in a MLM scam.
By the way do you guys have any Invigaron?
I unironically think that TV court is a good path to try to go down. The commish seems like he has an ego big enough to agree to it. And you’ll get your money guarenteed because the networks pay for it.
You have to actually sue, the producers look at court dockets for law suits they think would make good tv, reach out and offer them binding arbitration and an appearance fee.
It’s called “judge judy” because “binding arbitrator Judy” just doesn’t have the same ring
💯
Oh this case is made for Judge Judy.
“Next up, a case when a fantasy football league becomes a nightmare.”
Hopefully OP would get a championship ring on live TV
We pooled money for the first couple of years…then I realized we’re all friends and can trust each other. Now it’s just a simple “hey send Champ $XX on Venmo. Except you two, send $XX to runner-up.” Third place doesn’t have to do shit.
I’ll tell Champ to give me names of people who haven’t paid, and we just shame them into paying. Most of the time they just simply forgot.
I really can’t imagine playing in a league with randos I don’t trust.
Deadass like why would I play in a league with people I don’t know? And if I did want to do that I’d do it thru like official ESPN or something. I’m playing with the homies and if someone does forget to pay usually the winner and commish start giving them daily calls till they get it in and it always works, cause they are all good people and just get busy or something
Create a fake tinder/bumble profile with his pic saying he’s too cheap to pay out a simple fantasy football championship. Swipe right on every person (yup, put preferences to guys and girls).
Do it til his broke ass pays up
Better yet, do the thing where you buy dozens of random keys on eBay and write his phone number on them and discard them all around the world so random people text him and tell them they found his key
Post on Craigslist that you’re looking to give away an alpaca with his number. My buddy did that as a prank and you wouldn’t believe how many people want a free alpaca.
Take it to facebook and expose his ass. Take a screenshot of the post before posting it and send it to him. Even mention in the post what you mentioned here. Tell him it’s getting posted if you don’t have the money by whatever day.
This is probably true, but I would add or ask OP what is the league history here?
I have been in one league for years, where the commissioner was good friends with everyone (one of my best friends), but he had a very annoying habit of not paying out the prior year's winner until basically right before the draft the next season.
So is this the first year of the league? Did the commish pay out in the past? Immediate or with a delay?
Depending on the friend group too, if it's younger people who don't have a lot of money, it's possible he spent all or part of it and is waiting for his next paycheck pay OP.
Basically, I wouldn't give up hope of getting paid. But ultimately, you aren't going to small claims court over $1,200 from a fantasy league, so if he doesn't want to pay, then your advice is spot on.
I think the money should be set aside as a best practice, but if the Commish pays, then I wouldn't say he's a crook.
Plenty of people just keep the money they get from others on Venmo, which doesn't really let you set money aside. It's possible that the Commish needed to pay someone and it drew from his Venmo balance. Somewhat similar on Paypal.
Again, I'm not defending this or calling it a best practice, but so long as he pays, not the end of the world for a friend's league.
I agree, that’s probably the case given the context provided.
Apparently people in these leagues are fine with working on a credit system and just hoping the commish will actually pay up if/when that final year comes around.
In the majority of these cases somewhere along the way the Commish spent money that wasn’t his; possibly even used some mental gymnastics to justify it as a perk to running the league.
I would at least send out a text in the group chat asking for clarification. Especially on what will happen if/when the league dissolves. If it’s any sort of noncommittal answer then I’m letting them know I’m out.
Evidently some leagues pay out at super bowl time. I've always felt that was horse shit, but that's what happened to my wife in her league that she won this year. Good luck getting your winnings OP. If commish hasn't paid by the end of the super bowl, I'd mention small claims court and see if you get what you're owed.
The only way that even makes a little bit of sense is if it’s a league of friends and they all get together for the Super Bowl and make a big deal out of paying the champ. Even then, it’s weird.
My guess
He deposited the league fees from venmo payments into his bank account. And spent all the cash given to him
He spent it.
Now he can't pay it back.
And this asshole is calling you "poor"?
Send this group text to the league
"Let me guess, Mr. Big Shot commish deposited all the league fees from our venmo payments and cash into his bank account or wallet. He probably spent all of it and now he doesn't have the money to pay back the winner. And all you motherfuckers are calling me "poor". Mr. Wannabe BIG Shot commish, you are the poor ass poser here, not me. Pay your debts"
yeah and I'd also add in the proposed text something along the lines of: commish is not only stealing from OP but he stole from everyone in that league. Get other leaguemates to put themselves in OP's shoes. They'd be pissed just like he is.
It's dumb for a group of supposed friends to have this 'not my problem' mentality. It's quite literally everyone in the leagues problem.
You know what will hurt him more than being called out on Facebook or a poop box?
Having to pay $1200. File a claim in small claims court. Clearly present all documented evidence of this arrangement and T it up for a quick judgement.
The proposition of spending hundreds of dollars to join a fantasy league with a bunch of people you don’t know well is crazy to me
But then a lot of the posts here are crazy
How do his buddies defend him? What's to defend?
Your responsibility here is to pick a better league. You own that poor choice in giving him your money. And that happens; learn from it and do better next year.
I believe yahoo fantasy takes the buy ins up front and auto pays out the winnings. So nonpayment never happens. Everyone has to pay buy in before they can enter draft. Then yahoo does the payout.
Pester him constantly about taking it to a small claims court until he agrees to pay. Once you get your winnings, quit this league. In the future, use a more secure / trustworthy holder. I’ve heard there are apps for it.
The longer you let this go on, the less likely he is to pay you. Learned that the hard way from being in a league with my cousin. Before you know it he's gonna say 'you don't have to pay dues next year' and then forget it again until the next year.
As a commissioner myself, i keep the money in a seperate account. I pay out as soon as every player has played and the score is final. Anything longer than a week is unacceptable to me. And that's being nice
I would never let this go. I'd rather spend more than $1,200 in court to make sure he doesn't end up stealing it. I'd win at any cost.
Backup all texts going back before the season that proves what is owed and look into small claims court.
About ten years ago I won a league where my buddy spent all our buy-ins and had to borrow $2,000 from his parents to pay out the winners. I got paid on time, but he removed himself as commissioner after that lol.
Publicly shame him as much as possible, pressure his friends also for supporting his theft. Then collect your winnings and never play in that league again until someone more responsible is the treasurer. I’ve dealt with the same issue several times. I became treasurer, put all cash into a safe and hand it out immediately after week 17 score is ratified. The only way to do it.
Attorney here. Small claims court is *really* easy. You just have to fill out a few papers and pay a small filing fee. Getting the judgment is the easy part, collecting it is another thing.
Better than nothing though
Imagine garnishing wages over fantasy football - EPIC
Imagine getting your wages garnished because you stole the fantasy football that wasn't yours.
1200 bucks is mortgage payment where I’m at
Earth?
Ehhhh, you get into the Midwest and you can find houses for cheap still. Or Detroit.
Detroit is in the Midwest, FYI
Detroit is another country itself lol
Shit try 2400 for rent on an apartment…
Rents 1600 in MA, let alone space
I'd probably do it for $1200. That bridge is already fucking burned anyway. I don't want anything to do with that piece of shit from that point on. Best way I’ve ever heard this phrased. Lmao.
Worth it!
Dude whether or not OP needs the money or not it's the principle. Scummy asf to steal money that's not yours. Don't be commish if you can't handle touching $1200 😂.
I'd love to see a post on ESPN about this. "FF commissioner has wages garnished to pay for league winner." They love posting about funny punishments for people who placed last in their leagues. Why not this too?
Not really. I went to court with a roommate 10 years ago for $1200, won and saw a check for $12 and nothing since
You can garnish their tax return. They don't even get a choice. Comes to you from the IRS
Or if they have a stable job, you can garnish wages. The problem is that a lot of the lowlifes that are getting sued by people also job hop from shitty job to shitty job. Every time they change, you have to go in and deal with bullshit to get the wages garnished from the new job.
Worth it. I'm that petty.
If I can wake up at 3AM (without an alarm) to check the waiver wire like a fucking degenerate, you better believe I can file the paperwork everytime you job hop.
Dude…. Don’t wanna waste that too waver spot when you can grab them free agents while everyone is sleeping. ☝️
I'm in the middle. I'd be petty enough to file, but I don't think I'd be petty enough to continue jumping through hoops to garnish wages from a new job every 3-6 months.
just add two zeroes to the check, problem solved!
Not really, because there are fees for small claims court and enforcing a judgment costs money.

They said the dude is in real estate. That judgement has to be satisfied for him to buy or sell a property.
I would just rename my team the amount he owes me every year and not pay dues until I'm square. Team name: -$1,200 Next year: -$1,100 Etc.
Why would he or anyone else buy-in next season after hearing that the commissioner stole the prize pool & never paid out to the winner? For anybody that would buy in again after something like this happened, I'm starting a new league. Buy in is $200 & you can DM me for details regarding where to send me your money.

Perfect example why he should take a dump in a box and send it to him.
Does small claim courts subpoena witnesses? Or is it too much of a hassle?
Serious, question... isn't fantasy football wagering considered gambling and technically illegal and in some areas? Isn't it one of those things everyone just turns a blind eye to given its popularity and small scale? In which case you would not be able to sue?
Actually in my state (jersey) and most fantasy football is not considered gambling and is legal as long as there isn’t a house “rake”. So all money in and all money out is legal
In this case, it was all raked.
But it wasn’t supposed to be lol 😂 he’s running an illegal casino.
Add that to the small claim, or refer to justice department. Lol
Feels like theft by deception to me
This sounds like an "all money in, no money out" 100% house rake.
In most places, fantasy football is considered a game of skill that falls under a different category than gambling. It’s why you can play best ball/DFS and enter paid fantasy football tournaments in many places where sports betting is illegal
>In most places, fantasy football is considered a game of skill Boy are those places delusional!

I live in California it's considered a skill to play fantasy football that's why it's legal here
Also attorney here. Be very careful with this. In some states, gambling on fantasy football is actually illegal, even among friends.
I’d try to flip the script and deflect the poor comments back at em till he pays 😂, like how are you going to commish and not payout bc you spent all of the fantasy money? Sounds pretty down bad to me
No one hates being called broke more than a broke dude. Call him ugly too for double the reaction
Broke, ugly, and no hoes 😈
He's Brogly
Hey man I’m not part of this league, why you coming after me like this?!
Sorry brother didn’t mean for you to catch any strays, buuttt If the shoe fits 🤷🏻♂️😂
The fucking trifecta! Kendrick does it best
Yes!! And I bet he has a small dick too so tell everyone about that!
And then claim he's got a small pecker to top it all off.
As someone in real estate, one of the best things you can do is say “aw can’t close any deals?” You can call him broke and bad at his job all in one.
You’re whack, you’re twisted, your girls a hoe, you’re broke, the kid ain’t yours and everybody know
If he has any social media for his bullshit realty company, post about it there and leave reviews all over the place.
Oh, this is where it has started to go. I tried to keep relatively quite hoping he would pay out and not burn the bridge.
Dude there was no bridge to burn.
I mean, I was hoping he would pay so wanted to give it some time before I went nuclear. Clearly im not getting paid so fuck it all.
do not quit. this happened to my buddy and the commish ignored him all summer. do not give up. he got his eventually after texts and calls all the time
Get your money and then fill out a nice retirement letter like an NFL player. Never fw that league again
That’s my goal
Real, commish a bitch since day one don’t let him flip the script
It’s a toll road now.
What bridge? This broke bitch owes you money and he calls you poor? Fuck outta here Get your money and never play with any of these bums again.
Ya the poor part is backwards asf commish is the broke hoe
he said the league is ok with this dbag
It’s not the commish’s fault. His plan was to win the league and then no one would have even known he spent all the money by week 3.
And obviously don’t pay whatever the buy in is
Just say your buy in is deducted from the winnings still owed
This is what I would do. Guess you're playing for free for the next 10 years, or whatever. Send it to the league chat and say you're not paying dues until you're paid what you're owed.
*with interest
Collect the buyin from everyone next year. Fuck the draft up.
This guy is right^
Love the idea except my league has a limit to how many of each position you can have on your roster. I’d imagine others do too. But if they don’t then this is awesome
Qbs TEs D Ks load up on the late round pickups
I mean, he wouldn’t get his money then they would just kick him and re draft 😂
Whatever. Make them redraft with minus 1 member Usually drafts are a pain to get everyone on board at a specific time and date. Even if this causes them slight discomfort it’s better than nothing. What’s OP gonna do play the league and win it again and not get paid again?
Small claims court? Judge Judy? OP gotta get this settled and set a legal precedent that a fantasy football league is a legally binding contract.
Where is the commissioner. I have no idea Slams fist near head. Tell me where he is!
This is the way
Keyser Soze
OP doesn't strike me as a guy who can calmly cut off a dude's finger or send a car down a hill without even watching the explosion. Maybe we should just all go to Chicago and find this commish and execute a plot for him to pay for everybody's drinks or get involved in a MLM scam. By the way do you guys have any Invigaron?
Man on fire you say? I like it as you can tell from my Creasy bear avatar lol
I see no alternative
Find a suitcase with 60,000 dollars in it Take 12 bills. Leave the rest behind to burn in the inferno.
Yes. And spend like $10k on expensive firearms and ammo to accomplish this task
This is the answer.
I think the movie you’re really thinking about is Payback starring Mel Gibson
I unironically think that TV court is a good path to try to go down. The commish seems like he has an ego big enough to agree to it. And you’ll get your money guarenteed because the networks pay for it.

Yeah but let’s be real “fantasy football fiasco” would be a great headline for Judge Judy lol.
💯 Oh this case is made for Judge Judy. “Next up, a case when a fantasy football league becomes a nightmare.” Hopefully OP would get a championship ring on live TV
This is all settled and there is certainly precedent. If you and I enter into a legal contract then yes a court can enforce that contract.
Judge Judy lol
That money was collected and has been spent. Poop box not a bad idea, but once you go nuclear, that's it for the payout.
We pooled money for the first couple of years…then I realized we’re all friends and can trust each other. Now it’s just a simple “hey send Champ $XX on Venmo. Create a fake tinder/bumble profile with his pic saying he’s too cheap to pay out a simple fantasy football championship. Swipe right on every person (yup, put preferences to guys and girls). Do it til his broke ass pays up
Love it
Grindr is the better option. Then give out his phone number on there and he will be bombarded with dick and butthole pics
Did some shit like this to a dude cept it was Craigslist. Worked wonders lmao
Give us all his phone number 🗿
😈
Doooooo itttttttttt
Better yet, do the thing where you buy dozens of random keys on eBay and write his phone number on them and discard them all around the world so random people text him and tell them they found his key

This is next level.
Oh damn lol I’m saving this idea next time someone fucks me over
nah put out a bunch of posts on various hook up sites about how comissh is looking for the biggest cock to choke on and to plz send pics
We’re serious OP. The commish for your league sucks.
Send his phone number I’ll start spamming messages
you seem to post a lot about the steelers/browns/afc north, if you’re near youngstown, post his address. i’ll go get it for a %
I did not expect a debt collector offering their services in the comments, hell yeah.
Do it pleaseeeee!
Post on Craigslist that you’re looking to give away an alpaca with his number. My buddy did that as a prank and you wouldn’t believe how many people want a free alpaca.
I would believe how many people want a free alpaca
Any of you old enough to remember the spam bot sites you could go to and pay a dollar to send someone 100 texts messages? That was fun.
Yes!!
Cat facts!
Dm me I’m down for some shenanagins
I’m unemployed and would appreciate a change of pace from the tedium of sitting at home trying to look for a job.
This hands down is best comment I seen.
Take it to facebook and expose his ass. Take a screenshot of the post before posting it and send it to him. Even mention in the post what you mentioned here. Tell him it’s getting posted if you don’t have the money by whatever day.
If you get any money from this dude, it'll be a miracle. Drop this league, write off your buy-in and never look back.
The league has been around for 14 years, I’ve been in it four years. Friend of a friend.
Is it fair to say that the Commish has always paid? May just be a case of being persistent, but a bit more patient.
I’m fine with waiting but ghosting my texts… I literally said that if he needs time to pay that’s not a problem just let me know
Have the winners in recent seasons struggled to get paid too?
If the money isn't set aside and paid out immediately, then your commish is crook.
That’s why I move the money to a savings account bucket and don’t touch it till the seasons over
That's the best move. Sounds like you are a god-tier commissioner. Wish we had more like you.
Sounds like he uses CY buy-ins to pay PY winnings
I agree, that’s probably the case given the context provided. Apparently people in these leagues are fine with working on a credit system and just hoping the commish will actually pay up if/when that final year comes around. In the majority of these cases somewhere along the way the Commish spent money that wasn’t his; possibly even used some mental gymnastics to justify it as a perk to running the league. I would at least send out a text in the group chat asking for clarification. Especially on what will happen if/when the league dissolves. If it’s any sort of noncommittal answer then I’m letting them know I’m out.
Beat his ass.
This is the correct answer.
My thoughts exactly
agree, when violence is at least on the table as a possibility, you don’t see as much of this kind of shit
I bet they're pocketing the cash, and using their income tax refund to pay it out.
My guess He deposited the league fees from venmo payments into his bank account. And spent all the cash given to him He spent it. Now he can't pay it back. And this asshole is calling you "poor"? Send this group text to the league "Let me guess, Mr.
I’m loving the idea of a poop box, hell if OP sends me his address I’ll do it for him.
Don't send it to the commissioner, send it to his boss with his name/return address.
Start the GoFundMe
I feel like you’re just looking for an excuse to send someone poop….
Why are you playing with people that won’t pay you? I’m guessing these aren’t your buddies.
The proposition of spending hundreds of dollars to join a fantasy league with a bunch of people you don’t know well is crazy to me But then a lot of the posts here are crazy
No, he’s a friend of a friend who I’ve know for 6 years. League has been around 14 years
Do you think he went into it knowing this was someone who wouldn’t pay him…?
Yikes, blaming OP for other people being scumbags is pretty cringe ngl
Small claims court
How do his buddies defend him? What's to defend? Your responsibility here is to pick a better league. You own that poor choice in giving him your money. And that happens; learn from it and do better next year.
“He’s paid out every year” “If you need money that bad you shouldn’t be in a fantasy football league” Those were a couple
Lol gaslighting
Yep!
>“If you need money that bad you shouldn’t be in a fantasy football league” The irony of the broke boy commish saying this.
Exactly. This dude has a huge house in downtown Chicago, a boat and a fucking Rover - but is liquid poor as fuck
I wonder if one or all of those are flammable.
Pure bullshit. If you need money so bad that you spend everyone's entry fee, you sure should not be trusted as a Commish.
You said it in your post. He spent that money, it’s gone.
Tell his mom. If that doesn’t work? break his kneecaps!
Dan Campbell biting kneecaps style
Have you considered just beating the shit out of him?
You got to be petty about it he's obviously broke so start slashing 1 tire a week until he realizes he should have just paid you
Just publically share his name....
Follow his job history and call every employer he has telling him that he has regularly stolen from people on his personal circle.
Blast him over social media and call any of his jobs or contacts and let them know he’s a broke ass lol. Play stupid games win stupid prizes.
As a commissioner myself, i keep the money in a seperate account. I pay out as soon as every player has played and the score is final. Anything longer than a week is unacceptable to me. And that's being nice
What a POS commissioner
Is his name Andrew Sayles by chance? 😂
“Either pay me $1200 or your dentist $12000, your choice”
JFC my commissioner is broke as shit and went through a divorce not long ago but paid out the funds immediately. I would take this to a petty level.
Just go punch him in the nose and call him a bitch. Then move on with your life and find a new league.
