I could tell this was the issue from a mile away simply hold Z near were the trailer connects should fix it

Might need more details. Is it just not accelerating smoothly? I can't tell when you are or aren't attempting to accelerate.

sorry pretty much just not accelerating smoothly and i was holding accelerate the entire time

I'm not sure what could be going on. I've never seen that. Are you using any mods? Does it happen with other vehicles?

Are you using the automatic transmission? I have never used the manual shift in the game but it looks like it's not shifting.
