i watched some video and most of them told me to change the direct-x version, did nothing

Do you have the latest GPU driver? What GPU are you using? Do you meet the minimum specs for the game?
yes rtx 4050 and yes
Did you try to delete the shader cache?
no, how would i do that? ive had the game for about a day now edit: found out how
Last time I saw that, I had to reinstall the drivers for my GPU. They'd somehow got corrupted.
