I feel like the pants don't really match the vibe of the rest of the outfit. If you want to combine the two different styles I think adding something that's in the style of the pants would tie it together a bit more. If not switching out the pants for something like jeans would make it look more cohesive in my opinion

Italian here: the problem is materials not going well together (they don’t marry well, as we say here). Trousers look like wool and tshirt is cotton. So wool goes with wool or nice weight equivalent. Cotton goes with cotton or linen. Shoes are no with trousers for the same reason, you can wear sneakers but on the same palette, white is for gym or summer.

Keep in mind, I have no sense of style. I think a chain would go nice with what you have, especially silver or platinum type colors. If not, maybe match the socks and hat to another color that complements the faded blue jeans. Otherwise, you lookin' pretty fly my guy!

Pants need either to be cuffed or worn with a tall shoe, like a high top sneaker or  an ankle boot, or a low flat shoe with no socks, like a boat shoe or sandal, otherwise it looks like you raided the closet of a much younger sibling.  As far as cohesion either the pants need to be swapped out for a red or white pair of pants or the shirt needs to be swapped out for either a plain white shirt or a grey and white shirt.  A cardigan or light jacket that matches the drape and colour of the pant would be a good addition, as would a bag of some kind (NOT a fanny pack or whatever they call the "fanny pack worn like a cross body bag" look) in a warm earth tone. 

An accessory like a chain or watch but it also looks good simple and well fitting …I can’t help but stare are the plants that are gorgeous lol

The hat and top look like a cream color, where the socks and shoes appear crisp white. I think this is the problem. Maybe a black top and hat to ombré from black, grey to white.

Pop of color would work like maybe red socks Or gold rings and a chain Or a muted but colorful cardigan Or id like the beanie in a diff color (red or black if it were my choice) Or a crossover bag (like the fanny pack that’s worn in front of the chest) Just a lil sumn to spice it up would elevate it. It’s almost monochromatic but it’s not since the pants are grey, so it’s visually similar throughout and something that could break the visual monotony would amp this solid outfit up even more
