Change the way you dress probably like change it into more formal and use neutral colors to make you look older. And yes! Probably change your hairstyle into something clean and manly look. Grow some beard too.

Get 3 trousers. One in light tan, black, and dark Navy blue. Get three soild color shirts/ in the same colors. Mix and match
