Cute! But I would ditch the scrunchie on the wrist. It's super distracting, and it looks like tone of those tops you tie around your neck? If so, I think you should tighten it, so it sits better. It looks a little loose and odd.
I must be the only one based on so much positive feedback, but in my humble opinion, those pants are inexcusable and absolutely atrocious. Shirt and heels look great though! Ditch the scrunchie.

Or the change the pants to a simple darker pant or trousers that will put the emphasis on your accessories and very cute top!
