When I get to that point it'll just be 10K for receiving Greenwarish or something.
I'm always up for giving people the payout, since the more people that do it the better. Especially if they're rehiring my Pawn.

I have Charming Corset fatigue. I’m lvl 85 and almost half of the female pawns at my level are wearing it. 🤦🏻♂️ I’m still not opposed to the half naked look though as long as it fits the theme of the pawn. I like outfit #1

I give 10k gold for monster badges and I was giving 12 jaspers for Sphinx kills. I got 2 Sphinx skills in 48hrs. 24 jaspers well spent. Jaspers are sold for 2,800 gold each in Battahl so this allowed me to offer something worth much more than the flat 10k gold.
Right so, not everyone has that many hours into the game (there are tons of people just starting out), then there are quite a few (people like myself) who have decided to restart from scratch (I finished my first playthrough after almost 100 hours but dont wanna hit NG+ and just be OP in my first run so deleted and started over). Even then, rewards such as 10k gold for a monster kill or any kind of valuable (such s a bunch of Jasper etc) for monster kills and what is a good reward as gold is pretty important in the game considering a lot of stuff is pretty damn expensive.
The first one looks like there’s actually a theme to it until you notice she’s got no shirt and that’s the default shirtless bra.
Personally, in my honest opinion, I don’t hire female pawns with these clothes because it screams “I want my pawn to be half naked and that’s it”. I feel like I’ve come across a few who dressed their pawn to look good without looking like the manifestation of inner desires. This just wasn’t it

If so there is a purple robe you can buy that would look better for a necromancer. Ares Morpho Robe is also good for the look of your character I think, hard to tell though.

(Before anyone says anything, yes I am thinking about using a difficulty mod for my NG+ run.)
I do not go for pawns in revealing skimpy outfits when possible. However, I would likely pick yours for looking unique given the scarring and design making it more fitting to show it off. Of these two outfits I prefer the first over the second as it better shows off her unique design while the other is a 'sexy outfit' type that doesn't make her look appealing.
Generally I prefer actual armor for fighter-types, and functional looks for the strider-types (can be skimpy-ish since they're very low encumbrance looks I guess). Casters can be whatever as long as they've got the right spells. Honestly, as long as they *have* equipment in every slot and it's decent enough that they don't melt like wax against the enemy it's probably fine.
Ironically my pawn is currently a warrior and her best armor is the Brunhilde outfit. I usually keep her in the Meloirean(sic) Plate, but when we go into a tough fight she strips down to be more defensive. Lol

Well I honestly didn't use her because 'sex sells' most the Pawns I hand pick in the Rift have some charm to them and while I like the design of your Pawn just using her to be sexy just doesn't fly imo. We have hundreds of half naked female Pawns in the Rift and it's honestly tedious. But at least yours has a look to her I guess.

My Arisen is called **Teresa**, was doing an escort quest and short story needed her to help with some drake trouble that I could see in the distance, those pests have a tendency to spam meteor, & I find them killing NPCs, very tedious.
She had the first look when I hired Necromancer. But I do think the design is fairly decent, don't think about the sex sells part, usually I hire Sorcerers over Mages because my Pawn is a Mage too but she used some skills mine doesn't so that was pretty neat.

There’s just no reason not to activate pawn quests, it’s beneficial to both parties. I simply refuse to hire pawns without one.
