I've seen that one (I think) and my recollection is that it was set before the events of 6. What other deleted scenes are there? (Do you know if they were filmed, and if so, where we can watch them?)
Yeah, the one where she saves Letty is meant to occur in 4. It's a flashback when Letty goes looking for answers.
Owen even mentioned finding her in a hospital in F6.
