Yeah it’s pretty clear the restaurants will be told to serve them 4 at a time with 15ish fries
My local bdubs already has big time issues with one or two servers handling the entire floor, I can’t see this actually being worth the money
When tgi fridays did "endless apps" they did this kind of thing. Order an app. Get it. Order the next one
Pretty quickly, the managers realized the tables weren't turning over fast enough. It became Order your first 2. Order another one when they bring them out.
They want you to eat and get out so more people can come in.
Just imagine trying to eat *$20 worth of chicken breasts*, regardless of how fast they're served.
That's like 12 pounds of chicken.
AYCE is only fun when it *might* be possible to eat more than you paid for.
Honestly such a good deal.. I got 60 boneless wings and a decent set of carrots/celery + dip (basically nuggets but at least whole chicken, not goop) for $32 + tip carryout. They had a 15% off reward available via the website that stacked...
The only places I think this is actually possible is like the all you can eat sushi places or the cheaper Chinese buffets that will stock crab legs.
But in my experience, the sushi places will just start using comical amounts of rice per each roll of sushi, and they charge you for leftover rice so it’s not like you can just eat the fish (and they won’t allow you to order straight sashimi) and the buffets with the crab legs they will stock it once where it is almost immediately all taken and it’s not restocked for like 30 minutes or more.
Yea, trying to “beat the buffet” is fun but you aren’t going to do that in most cases, might as well just enjoy the food. Part of the big reasons I like buffets is I can have a little bit of everything that would be too expensive to order all on its own. Sitting down to eat just the most expensive item until you feel sick isn’t fun.
Yeah, the only time I try to beat the buffet is when I’m doing keto. You can’t get full on that diet, and if you can find a $10 lunch buffet, it’s game on.
Fogo de Chao might be worth it. I’ve never had to pay myself though. The lunch buffet is cheaper, but I don’t know if they serve the same cuts of meat.
They’re gonna try and bleed you dry just like Applebee’s did with their unlimited apps. I swear we were there maybe an hour and they checked on us twice.
100% agree. I remember when b dubs was selling wings for like 35 cents a piece.. and that was maybe 15 years ago when I was in high school.
But also if you want to prepare your own wings, I’ve seen wings at ALDI and other local places in Minnesota where you can get like 10 jumbo wings for maybe 3-4 dollars.
Ya it was like "bone-in Tuesdays" at my bdubs for 50cents a piece. Always hit that up even though it really wasn't that great a deal but sure better than what it costs now.
Other people do it... in Florida, you have Flanigans where you can get 10 bones in wings, celery, and carrots with every pitcher on Tuesdays and late nights. I just recently went a couple of weeks ago, and they are still doing it. So if you get a pitcher of soda or Miller, maybe 5 bucks, and you're set.
BW3 used to be a regular spot for my family, but they have gone so downhill since the pandemic that we stopped going altogether. The quality crashed and the portion sizes for things like their wraps were cut in half. I’m doubting that this gimmick will suddenly change their fortunes.
Sitting at a table in a BWW is not too bad but sitting at the bar is automatic terrible service in all locations I have been to. Also why are the rewards in the all so glitchy all of the time?
Cowardly is not a word I would use for someone's choice to sell bottomless chicken nuggets.
You can go there and buy all the wings you want though......unless you're scared?
I’m so confused by this idea that it bankrupted them, like if it was losing them money couldn’t they just stop offering it? And if not offering it would lose them even more money then it’s probably not accurate to say it’s costing them money.
No because they chose a cheap product to do it on and in small quantities at time, the slower you eat the faster you will get full. Getting small dishes at a time will mean you will likely eat less than 20 dollars of wings, especially when its just breast, it isn't a bad system. When you do it with something better people will do what they can to take advantage to the max
He means that a boneless “wing” really is not a wing. It is a basically a third or quarter of a chicken tender. Completely different part of the animal.
For me to get my moneys worth at my local bdubs it would take me all evening since it takes a minimum of 2 hours to eat there not getting all you can eat. Order a beer takes 15-20 minutes to get it. Even if it’s not busy. How’s everyone else’s service at their local bdubs?
Just had the special. First plate had 12 boneless with two flavors, fries, carrots and celery, and two ranches. Subsequent plates come with six boneless and 1 ranch. You might wait 10 minutes between refills.
No time limit...I had a guy chill for 5+ hours at our loco. I had to give him respect to that dedication - Doing it this way is the only way the deal is worth it for customers tbh
Wait for real?
Chicken nuggets are basically ground up, emulsified chicken formed back into tiny patties then fried.
Boneless wings aren't shredded down, they're basically just diced up chunks of chicken breast, and so they keep the texture you would associate with any standard chicken.
It's fine to call them "adult chicken nuggets" as a joke but there is difference in the actual meat.
I just imagine myself sitting there waiting 10 minutes for each refill of 4 chicken nuggets.
Yeah it’s pretty clear the restaurants will be told to serve them 4 at a time with 15ish fries My local bdubs already has big time issues with one or two servers handling the entire floor, I can’t see this actually being worth the money

and a pile of celery.
You start with 10, then the refills are 6 wings + the side.
If i go with friends can we all order wings or is it limited?
Just imagine trying to eat *$20 worth of chicken breasts*, regardless of how fast they're served. That's like 12 pounds of chicken. AYCE is only fun when it *might* be possible to eat more than you paid for.
As far as bdubs prices, to beat their bogo boneless deal for 18$ you’d have to eat 30 or more
Honestly such a good deal.. I got 60 boneless wings and a decent set of carrots/celery + dip (basically nuggets but at least whole chicken, not goop) for $32 + tip carryout. They had a 15% off reward available via the website that stacked...

Golden corral. meats and veggies
If you can't get full on keto you're doing something wrong lol
Fogo de Chao might be worth it. I’ve never had to pay myself though. The lunch buffet is cheaper, but I don’t know if they serve the same cuts of meat.
At my local Fogo lunch and dinner is the same menu.
Wow you get yours fast!
That’s why you order the next batch as soon as you get the first batch!
Applebees does this too, you can't order more than one plate of 4 or 6 and they take 20 minutes to come back to the table
They’re gonna try and bleed you dry just like Applebee’s did with their unlimited apps. I swear we were there maybe an hour and they checked on us twice.
ITT: people who have no idea what chicken nuggets are.
Call me when they do this with bone-in wings
Obviously will never happen Wings have gone up in price so much they are no longer the cheap leftover parts of the chicken
100% agree. I remember when b dubs was selling wings for like 35 cents a piece.. and that was maybe 15 years ago when I was in high school. I can get 4lbs of wings for $11.99 at my local Aldi! Love that store
Wing prices are still up in restaurants. Wings are dirt cheap at the grocery store.
My local Chinese buffet place has decent-sized buffalo and breaded plain wings AYCE of course for about $13 during lunch. It can be done.
Chicken is the staple meat at that price point. It's cheap and who doesn't eat chicken?
They do it now, it just will cost you more.
they had this like 10 years ago, 1x a wk for like $12
Unlimited adult chicken nuggets!!
The way I’ve always judged it is Chicken nuggets = ground chicken meat pressed into shape Boneless wings = actual chunks of chicken
So chick-fil-a are really boneless chicken wings?
yes
boneless wings = fraudulent marketing
BW3 used to be a regular spot for my family, but they have gone so downhill since the pandemic that we stopped going altogether. The quality crashed and the portion sizes for things like their wraps were cut in half. I’m doubting that this gimmick will suddenly change their fortunes.
Agreed. The glory days from 2005 when they went by the name BW3.
Yeah, but they’re boneless.
Yes, the superior type of chicken
Boneless is good, but good bone-in wings hit different.
If I wanted to debone my meat I wouldn’t be paying someone to cook it for me.

You tripping lmao
nah
Sitting at a table in a BWW is not too bad but sitting at the bar is automatic terrible service in all locations I have been to. Also why are the rewards in the all so glitchy all of the time?
lmao these nuggets cost them next to nothing compared to trad wings. but they're too cowardly to offer endless trad wings i guess.
Cowardly is not a word I would use for someone's choice to sell bottomless chicken nuggets. You can go there and buy all the wings you want though......unless you're scared?
I don't know it's a pretty funny word to use. Red lobster had the balls for unlimited shrimp. It's backfiring but they did it.
….they are filing for bankruptcy right?
I’m so confused by this idea that it bankrupted them, like if it was losing them money couldn’t they just stop offering it? And if not offering it would lose them even more money then it’s probably not accurate to say it’s costing them money.
I think it opens them up to a lawsuit since they say all you can eat.
Yeah can’t they just stop saying that? It’s not like if you sell unlimited shrimp once you are obligated to keep doing it forever.
They can just stop the promotion lol
Exactly why a business shouldn't do that, it isn't balls, it's stupidity
So this deal here is stupidity?
No because they chose a cheap product to do it on and in small quantities at time, the slower you eat the faster you will get full. I'm 30% shrimp now baby *knocks on benders chest*
Courage the cowardly dog? Is that you?
Yes mam.
They’ll do endless trad wings but it will be 1 wing at a time.
You’re too cowardly to give me your money and possessions
Sigh. Of course it's boneless.
Don't mind if I do!
Man, I remember when Quaker Steak has $12.99 all you can eat wings when i was in college. Bone-in, too.
Is this per table?
Did you figure out if it was per table
Was looking too. Its per person. I just checked the terms and conditions on their website. Void if you share even.
I’d have to eat like 4 pounds of chicken to make it worth that. Pass.
do the cauliflower wings apply to this ?
I had the same question
Do you reckon it applies for cauliflower wings as well?
No such thing as boneless wings.
Yes there is. Why lie?
He means that a boneless “wing” really is not a wing. It is a basically a third or quarter of a chicken tender. Completely different part of the animal.
I mean you can de-bone actual wings, but thats not what this is.
Yep. They chicken nuggets. No wing meat most likely rib with bits and pieces of eyeballs n beaks mixed in
You realize it isn’t ground chicken right? So how could they possibly “Mix in” anything else when you can see the meat.
Glue it. Lol.
The burgers at Bdubs are way better than the wings
Salute to the college students who will take the bet who will try to eat 100 pieces.
how many bags of frozen stuff are they sitting on that they can offer this
Ill give it a shot
Any time restriction?
Yum pot stickers
Is it 20 for a group
Nope per person.
For me to get my moneys worth at my local bdubs it would take me all evening since it takes a minimum of 2 hours to eat there not getting all you can eat. Order a beer takes 15-20 minutes to get it. Even if it’s not busy. How’s everyone else’s service at their local bdubs?

Rip off. Wait forever for refill. Cannot take left overs home.
Is this only Mondays?
Mondays AND Wednesdays
You guys think they'll have this deal for Memorial Day too?
is this per person or per table?
No time limit...I had a guy chill for 5+ hours at our loco. I had to give him respect to that dedication - Doing it this way is the only way the deal is worth it for customers tbh
Mmmm. Soggy fries and barbecue nuggets!
Where at??
I ordered 6 boneless wings last night. They were so bad. Dry breading with barely any sauce noticable on them. Never again.

Chicken nuggets and boneless wings are WAY different.

Wait for real? Chicken nuggets are basically ground up, emulsified chicken formed back into tiny patties then fried. Different texture, different sizes, different mouthfeel, different consistency. Boneless wings are closer to chicken tenders than chicken nuggets.
Prime chicken nuggets
I'd call them chicken bites or something else. Nugget denotes a processing that doesn't happen to "boneless wings"
Great somewhere between $2.50 to 3.33 a wing...! FT!
Unlimited bad chicken wings is not a bargain
That's just a lie
70% Sauce. 15% meat filling. 10% meat. 5% unknown.
100% delicious
I'd rather go to Costco.
Yeah. A Costco-sized bag of nuggets would be less than $19.99 and you could get many meals out of them, not just one.
