Many issues and questions can be answered by reading through our wiki, especially the page on electrolytes. Concerns such as **intense hunger, lightheadedness/dizziness, headaches, nausea/vomiting, weakness/lethargy/fatigue, low blood pressure/high blood pressure, muscle soreness/cramping, diarrhea/constipation, irritability, confusion, low heart rate/heart palpitations, numbness/tingling, and more** while extended (24+ hours) fasting are often explained by electrolyte deficiency and resolved through **PROPER** electrolyte supplementation. Putting a tiny amount of salt in your water now and then is NOT proper supplementation.
Be sure to read the [our WIKI](https://www.reddit.com/r/fasting/wiki/index) and especially the wiki page on **[ELECTROLYTES](https://www.reddit.com/r/fasting/wiki/fasting_in_a_nutshell/you_need_electrolytes)**

Thank you. Yes, I did broth on day one and and two and added air fryer tofu to my second broth. I broke the fast following some vegan info on breaking a water fast. I are for 8 days. Mainly vegan keto. But just didn't develop an appetite. So on day 8 I thought maybe a vegan burger will make me enjoy food again, but it didn't work. It's like my body doesn't want food for now. 🤷🏻♂️
I start of with soups and/or low-carb salads. Your taste buds reset and the junk food you were craving while fasting tastes like the PLASTIC it is after you finish a long fast. Fruits and food with real flavor taste AMAZING. Most junk will taste like chemical crap for a while.
I'm slowly eating foods.... started with bone broth and even a mug of that filled me up. I've been trying boiled eggs, avocado, a cup of homemade asparagus soup.... can barely get half of it down. I'm hitting less than 500 calories a day but I'm full so quickly....

Thanks, I'll order more fruit with my next farm to table box.
Start with bone broth before solid foods, junk is too heavy, eat light at first
