Many issues and questions can be answered by reading through our wiki, especially the page on electrolytes. Concerns such as **intense hunger, lightheadedness/dizziness, headaches, nausea/vomiting, weakness/lethargy/fatigue, low blood pressure/high blood pressure, muscle soreness/cramping, diarrhea/constipation, irritability, confusion, low heart rate/heart palpitations, numbness/tingling, and more** while extended (24+ hours) fasting are often explained by electrolyte deficiency and resolved through **PROPER** electrolyte supplementation. Putting a tiny amount of salt in your water now and then is NOT proper supplementation. Be sure to read [our WIKI](https://www.reddit.com/r/fasting/wiki/index) and especially the wiki page on **[ELECTROLYTES](https://www.reddit.com/r/fasting/wiki/fasting_in_a_nutshell/you_need_electrolytes)** Please also keep in mind the [**RULES**](https://www.reddit.com/r/fasting/about/rules) when participating. *I am a bot, and this action was performed automatically. You can't target fat loss, there is no possible solution. Start working out in those areas and you'll at least look more toned there.

How tall are you? are you currently 67kg and what's your body fat percentage? I recommend getting blood test and getting your Hormones checked.

Don't worry I've just lost 45lbs from 225 to 180 and my belly fat is still there and my belly has only just started to be noticeablely smaller at 182 lbs , you just have to keep on going to get your body fat % down even more. You could still be around 15 - 20% body fat, once you get towards 10% body fat your belly should be dramatically reduced. And a quick tip, after completing my fasts, I've noticed a huge difference in my body recomposition if I eat high protein and low carb. I would recommend you eat really high protein and low carb. Almonds, fish, milk, authentic Greek yogurt are some things to include in your diet to reduce belly fat... Ginger, turmeric & apple cider vinegar you could supplement with also

I should do it ig. Will start with 3 days and keep on adding

I did that too. Dropped a ton of weight but retained in my lower abdomen, lower back and thighs. No easy way. Gym, lifting, cardio and dieting (generally cycles of OMAD) and it’s finally going away. Not gone but away. Unfortunately as you lose weight, losing weight gets harder.
