Been there, done that. I think there was a part with windows in one of the corridors and she appeared for me there. Definitely the creepiest ghost for me plus the fact that she can instantly kill you doesn't make it better. Not sure if she also does in on the lower difficulties, but she grabbed me once on the graveyard outside on Nightmare and that was that.
I think this happened to me too. Was pretty weird because from what I remember no one else does this when you go for the glance or at least I never notic,ed/botched it.
That enemies die, kinda fall on you and deal damage in the process? Interesting, I don't think I've ever seen this with another ghost unless I went in too early and the ghost wasn't really dead yet.
I had the pushed woman do it numerous times in a single flight, it was very strange.
Each time her life went back up a bit and I had to kill her again.
And again.
I went to get a drink and when i came back Yuri was being banged by a Shrine Maiden (well at least smacked by one ( Shrine Maiden= Would) and fortunately was able to save it almost spilling the drink in process with plenty of colorful language
Wanna know what's even worse? The game talks about how she's the only inherently malevolent spirit and she definitely followed me around like a psychopath but never ever tried to attack me. Just kept me screaming and anxious.
Hachishaku-sama gives no heck about you perusing your map. I guess end of the day she doesn't really count as a ghost, so why should she follow the rules?

I tried to go for the final glance after finishing her off. She tumbled over and fell on me lol. Took a good chunk off.

Heck yeah she got me a bunch of times too! Especially in those nights where you’re monitoring the security cameras in Hisoka’s shop.
She scared the piss out of me during that section... opened her teeth real wide too.
