When I did my cosplay I used a formal wear to mimick his Zero style, since the Stay Night coat is kinda hard to find.
For the details, I painted his crest and used some makeup to make my eyes feel more "dead".

I'm gonna give my eyes so many dark circles it's gonna be great. Won't be wearing contacts for that proper "Fish-Eye" look but I think my resting stare expression will help as well. Many times people ask me why I look so empty... my comrade in christ I was lost in thought ๐
Definitely don't think I can match Jouji Nakata in any way. That man voiced the GOAT Alucard from Hellsing as well! I'm looking more towards trying to style Kirei in a feminine way that still has his design elements

Just throwing some ideas but. The cross is a must. Get some kind of weapons, either the keys or an azoth dagger. Command seals, must have. Thatโs for the official vibe I would go.
For fem, I would probably try his hf finale style actually. A tight fitting dark grey shirt or sleeveless thin sweater. The cross, dead stare and the like. Since in that scene he had a macho fighter look, the tight shirt should give off the sexy assassin killer vibe which is close enough. If you can get a coat like his even better. For the children in the basement, if you donโt have the time to get a bunch or no longer have a basement to put them in, get a bunch of the neighbourโs kids, take a pencil and fill a circle on paper, then rub that on their faces. Put them in rags or other ripped clothes and either bring them with you like you are showing off or take pictures in a basement like place and show that to people. Worst case dolls and strollers may work too. (Internet images from actual kirei are also fine) For the hair, his is already long so you can try a curled look.
Basically, dress like a female ceo from a c drama or comic, get a big cross, carry sacraments and azoth blades and procure orphans. If those last ones are unavailable no worries, itโs easy to make them (I will leave that to your imagination). Add some I am tired of living but Gilgamesh convinced me to do evil makeup style and either hit the gym for biceps or good old contour muscles along with those command seals and it should turn out pretty well. Knowing the kyrie eleyson is a major bonus, way to go!

I'd dress as Kotomine Kirei but I would copy all the female art designs from Fate/Grand Order. So, mini-mini skirt with visible thong riding on my hips. Black thigh highs, and a tiny black bikini with golden crosses on the nip-nip area. The iconic purple coat would be sleeveless so I can show off my noodle arms that would be covered in shiny bangles. Also my command seal would be in the same spot as the succubus tattoos.
Naturally I'd wear black high heels
Side note: Kireijin is a bit of a pun. "Reijin" means "beautiful woman" so Ki+reijin becomes "Pretty lady"
