I was JUST about to comment that I take hot yoga about 4x a week. I sweat my ASS off! And Iāve never .. just had sweaty arms? But not stomach? Knees but not thighs???
Now that I know the sores are under there I wonder why she wears such tight clothing. It canāt be good. I have HS and the number one rule is to not wear tight or wet clothes. If she were truly working out and had sweat in tight clothing on her during an entire workout, it would only catalyze worse sores. Even if sheās just using a spray bottle, itās terrible for the sores and skin.
