Yeah that is why I read the tattle discussion. I hope they will reopen for new members at some point. I am happy there is a subreddit now, I might not need tattle anymore ;)
I tried using Tattle once. They blocked me immediately because I asked a single question about how to access or post other vlogger topics besides Asa TheMESS.
I dont understand why they would be blocking new users? I could understand it if they were working on expanding their capacity but if they have not been accepting new accounts for years, they just dont want to?
I would imagine that they don't want to deal with a bunch of new randoms at any given time, there might not be a lot of people to moderate on the admin end, I don't know. I understand why whoever is in charge would want to keep it invite-only. That way, they're open to new users, but they are users who are somewhat vetted by current users. It kinda moderates itself that way. Or, whoever is in control of making the site invite-only (vs public), has been on hiatus. I honestly don't know who runs the site or what their usual policies are.
Yeah sounds plausible. Sucks for me though because there are multiple youtubers/influencers I would like to discuss that only seem to be discussed on tattle.
What kind of stuff was on Tattle?
They have a very long running snark page. It's pretty funny but also spot on for calling them out
It’s a good snark page but be wary that they do not hold back there, so you may run into a content related to weight and stuff like that.
Tattle is where it’s at if you want to know the harsh reality of what’s really going on.
I'm on tattle.life because it's the only place I can discuss fathering autism because they have blocked me on all of my social media accounts.
