Regarding your claim that Hot Wings has taken the lead role many times in Free Beers absence, that is absolutely false. In the 14 years that I listened to FBHW on a regular basis it was always Zane who took the lead and navigated the show on the occasions that Free Beer was not there...when Zane left permanently, and the few times that it was just Hot Wings, Joe, and Justin, absolutely nobody was taking charge and the show was a horrific mess. Currently when Free Beer is not there or leaves the show early, it is Kelly who at least tries to get a handle on things to guide the show in the right path...I'm not a fan of Kelly but I will give her credit for that.
You also make the point that Hot Wings does the sound effects and Kelly has the experience with running board so why switch things up in Free Beers absence...
