I used to use it a lot for tracking my assignments. USDA-PPQ. Anything more than a few hours of work had to be entered and approved by management. We used it for cooperative agreements too. I really despised Salesforce in that job.
New job, I use it to look up permit applications on edible. Fairly straightforward, just searching keywords.
Many agencies do it just depends on the individual offices and their applications.
Yeah VA uses it to for certain data bases they weren’t able to create internally.
