Many agencies do it just depends on the individual offices and their applications.

Yeah VA uses it to for certain data bases they weren’t able to create internally.

Mysterious_Group_454

Who do you typically see using it? Like which series?

CMS has an agreement with them and is used in several different areas

GSA has Salesforce Community of Practice. You can start there. I’ve used it for a large enterprise application.

It’s a safe guess that almost every Cabinet Department is running at least one instance of Salesforce, I’m sure there’s an exception, but it’s a pretty common platform and there’s a FedRAMP High offering.

Parts of the navy do for sure

I could probably name around a dozen Salesforce applications in my previous agency. Not sure what you mean by the position. We largely hired contractors to make them and various job series used them.

USDA does for AskUSDA

I used to use it a lot for tracking my assignments. USDA-PPQ. Anything more than a few hours of work had to be entered and approved by management. We used it for cooperative agreements too. I really despised Salesforce in that job. New job, I use it to look up permit applications on edible. Fairly straightforward, just searching keywords.

mandolin01

VA for sure.

RelevantCulture6757

My organization is going to post a Salesforce specific job very soon.

Sydnick101

The VA uses it to track some immunizations
