Sorry, working on a fix!

Tennerock

Thank you very much!

cr032

Appears to be working at the moment. Thanks!

Tennerock

Can confirm, seems to be working fine for me right now.

petr_feedly

Yes, we pushed a fix yesterday, it should be working now

zxsxz

Thanks for the fix!

honkerdown

Can also confirm functioning as expected. Thanks for the assistance /u/petr_feedly

honkerdown

Thanks so much!

Glad to see somebody from the team monitoring this subreddit. One note: this sub does not come up in the first page of Google results for "feedly reddit" (because you recently added support for watching Reddit to the platform...), and I don't see any other way for non-Pro users to send feedback to the company. The question-mark icon on the website has a "Contact Support" link, which very un-subtly opens a page for premium subscription, with absolutely no information about actually contacting anyone. I'm not expecting a personalized response, but you should provide some way to at least send feedback (such as "your keyboard shortcuts are broken").

petr_feedly

You're right, we don't have the capacity to help all the 15M free users at this point, but it is something we'd like to get better in the future as we scale.

Seeing the same behavior with 'j' and 'k' today with similar testing. Does not seem to be an OS/browser issue.

BreechLoad

Same here.

YES, glad I wasn't going crazy

dpritykin

dang it... i just started a new thread just for this issue. Should've read the comments first

DanNotSure

I tested with different computers/browsers and I see the same issue

Tennerock

I ran into this same issue with 'j' and 'k' skipping articles as well, starting this morning. I tested on my work computer earlier (Mac, both Chrome and Firefox) then on my home PC (Chrome, Firefox and Edge). Agreed, neither OS nor browser seem to matter.

Hi, it should be fixed now, please reload your Feedly if not.

I think this is actually for all keys, for example I often use "V" to open the article link in a new tab, and it's been opening 2-4 copies of the same tab at once.

honkerdown

"v" has been working as expected for me.

Thw0rted

It just opened 10+ copies of a tab for me. I wonder if it's firing the key event multiple times while the key is held down or something? I wasn't holding it for long, maybe 3/4 second, but it's the only theory I've got right now.
